I tried to book a ticket on 25/5/2017 whose transaction id : [protected] but my ticket is not generated and status shows failed. The ticket price is rs.220 have been deducted from my account and not refund till now.
Therefore i request you please refund my amount as early as possible.

    Dear Recipient,
    As per the IRCTC rule a RAC ticket can be cancelled before 30 min of leaving of the train.
    What shoud be done if the IRCTC website is not working during this tome frame.
    The website actually says to cal a number or send an email.
    The email sent with these details are not accepted for cancellation.
    And it is mentioned in the email that the request for TDR should come online within the specified time

    9hrs 22mins delay of Pune-Santragachi Ac Spcl . Train No - 02821 . Is this the way a special superfast train with high train fare than normal train should delay for 9hrs? The other normal express trains are on time from Pune to Howrah .

      The amount of RS 690/- from a/c 685636 is debited on[protected]:37:53 info: PUR/IRCTC APIN/NEW DELHI// Seq No[protected] but no ticket was booked on[protected]. Please return the said amount of Rs 690/-. My money is deducted from Axis. I could not find the train ticket in booked history of train.

      Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

      dear sir/madam
      on date of 06/08/2017 i was trying to book ticket on irctc mobile application but 3 times there is a failed transaction and ticket was not booked but my a/c was debited 3 times
      so kindly refund my money...3 days gone till now but i still don't get back my money return...i want to book ticket but i have no money in my a/c so kindly refund my money as soon as possible

          My daughter nch haritha tried to reserve a train ticket from kakinada to sullurpet by net banking account of sbi/acct no — [protected]. The amount of rs340 deducted but no ticket was issued. Date of booking is 30/05/17. For circar express. Please return my amount of rs340/-the journey date is 2/06/17. My money is deducted from sbi.             This is in regard of pnr no [protected], they have n't send money to my bank account from which i have done transaction rather they have send it to some "paytmsdk".
            How could they do this, the problem is this i don't have my money yet.

                I booked the i ticket on 27/5/17 which i have not received yet. Infact the money is deducted from my a/c but i never got confirmation screen on my p c so i dont have any pnr no to track my courier nor does the transaction appear in booked history so kindly advice what to do. Also how can i travel without my ticket please provide me courier contact no and also the pnr number of my transaction.

                  I have tried book ticket online through irctc.co.in website on 10-may-2017. Ticket booking was fail but amount 6375 rs was deducted from my icici bank account for failed booking transaction.
                  In my irctc account's refund history showing amount was refunded on 11-may-2017. But i have verified amount [6375 rs against failed booking] is not yet credited in my icici account.
                  I have register complaint irctc #5892490. Many time i tried to escalate but i was failed. No communication from irctc.

                  The worst part and frustration, its very challenging to connect with customer care after huge patience and luck. I decided to start booking from paytm, makemytrip avoid this bloody # [irctc] fellow for train booking. They are not responsible for any thing. They used booking system which is developed by #s or [bandar chaap] developers. Sorry but you[irctc] have to accept something wrong with you.

                      I have booked a Ticket from Nangal dam to lakhnow (NLDM - LKO) having
                      Train Number - 04502 & PNR number: [protected] for my family.

                      I got Confirmed tickets in 2AC but after chart preparation my both confirmed Tickets upgraded into 3AC.

                      At 1PM when my daddy slept that time TC came and ask him to leave 2AC room and to shift 3AC.

                      They asked TC why this change and they are not gone leave bcs thay have given full fare of 2AC.
                      Then TC told no as per chart prepared your Journey Realloted in Lower Class.
                      And forcefully they have to leave the room.
                      This is very embarrassing.Bcs we have booked ticket 1 month ago.And suddenly this change.

                      Then he keeps saying them to ask for Refund. Bcs there is difference in amount which i have paid for 2AC then 3AC.

                      Kindly Check the attachment which TC gives me for travel information.And also this sudden chage.Bcs Normally Chages done from lower Class to Upper.

                      Please look into this matter.

                        my IRCTC user id is deactive. i have send several email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no response for last 3 months but i use to get auto acknowledgement every time and get Ticket id for this complaint which i raised. The last ticket id for my complaint is IRCTC# 5882726. Please do the needful

                        Problem: I am not able to use my user id to login for IRCTC and i couldnt able to create another id since my mobile id is already registered

                          Today i booked online ticket from bengaluru ksr station to sagar jambagaru srf for the travelling date of[protected] in the name of two senior citizens mr. Laxmanappa c (My father) & seethamma (Mother). Payment has been paid via debit card & confirmation received from bank for amount has been debited. 9 seats were available at the time of booking.                             I had made a train booking and the same was cancelled by me. The status shows refunded on the website under refunds but the same is not credited to my account yet. I have spoken on the customer care number and they asked me to send the bank statement in PDF format. I have already sent it on the same day but have not received any revert on it. Now the customer care numbers are also not contactable.

                            On the IRCTC website there is no section to lodge complaints for railway bookings and there is no contact number mentioned for calling up and complaining as well. I am finding it really very difficult to get connected.

                            I have been following up since long.

                              I booked seats in suryanagri express for 29th may... To bandra terminal... And our number was in waiting list... But my seats are not ye cleared i m in train... And when ibwas standing near attendence seats... Ticket checker came and told us get lost... Go in the sleeper class u dont have right to stand there... So kindly take action against it faster...

                                I have booked online e ticket through irctc.co.in, worth rs.2265/-, confirmed 3a ticket from jabalpur to singrauli, under pnr-[protected], date and time of journey was 4th nov16 23:50, the train got late by more than 6hrs due to some accident and finaly decided to depart on diverted its route and not touching singrauli i. E. My destination, hence i filed tdr on 5th nov 3:00hrs. Till now after more than 6-months, not got refund, status of tdr attached in the emage.

                                  Hi i am nisha today i tried to book ticket from irctc app from delhi to kurukshetra kalka express who runs in evening but transactions failed many time still got 3 times deduction from my account of rs. 586 x3=1758
                                  I booked from irctc mobile app.
                                  Please refund my money i am sharing screen shot of booking fail and transaction done in my account. Please do needful

                                    I tried booking 6 tickets from New Delhi to Ahmedabad for 2nd August 2017 for train number 12958 on Sunday 28th May 2017.
                                    The amount for 3A fare has been deducted from my bank account but a popup in IRCTC window displayed "Transaction rejected by bank" and I did not get any other information from irctc further. the bank statement shows payment to some irctc_PayTM account but my irctc account dores not show any transaction details neither failed nor confirmed.

                                    Railway enquiry number is never picked up.
                                    SMS HELP to 139 reverts various SMS numbers for the same options.

                                      I would like to inform you that on 20th feb i have booked a ticket from mgs to anvt in 22405/bgp garib rath whose pnr no. Is [protected] but for reason "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled.", file a tdr whose reference no for this is:[protected] later train got canceled due late more than 30 hrs.

                                      As per railway refund rule :- maximum 90 days required to refund but today 94 days completed but no result.

                                      I am continuously asking for the refund from irctc but nothing strong action taken.
