    I had inadvertantly .misplaced the postal savings bank pass book while shinting. I had approached the APO of santhnagar IE post office. He wagly replied saying that I is long proceedure to optain the duplicate S.B.A/c pass book. I have to give an application in the Police station on a pescribed form and obtain a certificate from them and send it to the top official of the Head Post Office. They would issue and memo to the concerned Post Office by taking their own sweet time and when they instruct this post office, then this post office would take their own time and issue the duplicate coplyof S.B A/c pass book. Imagine, we would not get the pass book copy during this life time. I feel it is curse to open any account in Post Office. GOD ALSO CANNOT HELP. Like banks, issuing of duplicate S.B A/c pass book should not be a problem. Yes, they charge some nominalncharges for this.

        Sir, i have cancelled my ticket hoping that money 1810 rs would be refunded but its not refunded yet.

        Plz make the refund as fast as possible. It is said thet it would be refunded within 3 to 4 day of cancellation but it happened 6 days but nothing of refund has been done.. Plz reply as soon as possible

        Why till now i have not got refund of ticket for which i have already cancelled on 28 april 2017 for transcation ID-[protected].PNR number-[protected].refund of 9480 rupees is still pending for no mentioned any reason keeping me in dilemma.this is totally gainst humanity.kindly pay the refund otherwise i will complain everywhere for PAYTMsdk.

            I ananya bajpai have an account in irctc. I have booked the tickets on 6th april 2017 for going sagar from gwalior. I was making my payment but i immediately cancelled it from paytm. But from my sbi account 1170 has been deducted (That is 585 rs deducted twoo times from my sbi account) and i have not received the pnr no and i have not travelled in that train. I also talked to one of your employee on 8th april 2017 and he told that money will be refunded in 3 days. Now it is 8th may and i haven't received my money.. I have also tried too many to your consumer care no but no one is replying the call.
            O i want my money back as soon as possible. My mobile no is [protected].
            I want my 1170 rs back. Strick action must be taken.

            Sir tommorow7 may 2017 at 12:15 my balance is deducted 847.18 for tatkal ticket booking for north east express train for Etawah to Anand vihar .And I again booked same ticket at 12:22.then ticket was confirm.. And till my Wrong deduction balance is not refund. Plz refund my balance 847.18 and solve my problems..

                    Sir, I have tried to book 6 tickets from Thane to Vaibhavwadi road for Rajyarani express on the date of 29-Apr-2017 for journey of 23-Aug-2017. Tickets not booked, but amount has been deducted twice from my father's bank Account of i.e. Rs.1837.26 (Total 6 ticket amount is Rs.1800 & Rs.37.26 is internet charges) of the first transaction details as given is ECOM PUR/IRCTC/NOIDA/290417/09:13 Rs.1837.26 . And for the second time i was trying to add my tickets​ in waiting list for Rajyarani express for same no. Of Tickets & for same destination. But my ticket is not also confirmed for waiting list & the amount is directly cut from my father's​ bank account of Rs. 1837.26 (Total no. Of tickets is 6 i.e Rs.1800 & internet charges i.e. Rs.37.26) the details of the transaction is given as ECOM PUR/irctc_Paytm/SBIPG/290417/09:18 Rs.1837.26 . The total amount is deducted from bank account of both transaction is Rs.3674.52 . I request you to kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

                      I have sent the two mails. Still no update from them.
                      In erode railway station water bottle selling more than mrp rate Actually price is 15rupees, but selling price is 20rs.
                      I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pune. 4 pm to 11.00 am.
                      But the train was not reached the on time.
                      For that reason I didn't attend to the my office.
                      I loss 1500 RS amount.
                      I got absence to office.
                      I have cancelled my ticket on 22 April and I didn't get d refund till now...I m trying to contact IRCTC from last five days...but they r not answering...so tell me what to do?it seems dat IRCTC is not interested to resolve my problem...it seems dat v sud avoid booking tickets on line

                        I have booked 2 tickets on today 8th May 2017 for journey on 24th May 2017 from Kudal to Thane of janashatabdi express. Ticket amount is debited from my HDFC account but ticket is not booked. It shows error at the last step on IRCTC website. Now I would like to resturn that amount.

                          I reserved a ticket through irctc app for may 7, since I was on waiting list, upon enquiring at the railway station, I took another ticket and traveled.. They said that the ticket will get canceled automatically, but still I can see the status of the ticket as in waiting list. I didn't get the refund also.                             This is very embarrassing. How can one get confirm ticket within a second. This is sure a subject of black ticketing.

                                The toilets of the train 11097 Poorna Express dated on 6th may 2017 starting from Pune at 11:30 pm were not clean and on lodging the complaint also there wasn't any response taken. mostly all the Sleeper coaches were having the issues of not clean and stinky toilets. When we lodged the complaints the response was that there is no one available for cleaning the van.

                                12309 rajdhani scheduled arrival to Delhi is 7:40am and it is running 5:30hrs late. No breakfast provided to passengers and water is also now chargeable.
                                Passengers paying 5000 bucks in 2nd AC also now have to pay more. Intolerable situation.

                                  I was travelling in Amritsar shatabdi today from to sirhind. I was supposed to get breakfast in train but personal in train didn't give me breakfast saying that we don't provide food till sirhind. Even on reporting this incident to TT, he didn't agree to provide food. Infact he demanded money from me taking me aside.
                                  Is this how railway is working, why fare of shatabdi is so much if only corruption is going to happen in it.
                                  I am really very upset on this and I want refund in this and proper action against that personal.

                                      I filed a tdr on 28 dec 2016 because the train diverted from boarding station on travel date 27 dec from aligarh (Aljn) to asansol (Asn) but after 4 and half month there is no action taken regarding this complaint. My cancellation id is [protected] and pnr no was [protected]. So kindly look into the issue and provide with the refund. Reference no for this tdr is :[protected].
                                      I filed this coplaint at many portals but it has not been resolved yet

                                        I booked ticket with transaction id-[protected] pnr no - [protected]-
                                        But amount deducted twice from my account with bank transaction ids-inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation and inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation

                                        I mailed twice even try to contact over your nos but all the time its busy only.

                                        Even over mail i did not get any reply
                                        Kindly refund the amount that you have charged twice for 1 ticket
