Today i made a rail pass from Basai Dhankot Railway Station with Old pass from basai to Palam but station master made from basai to Delhi. When i asked to wrong pass, he said i din't see the destination now i can't cancel and can't refund the money,

Request you to kindly look into this and take action against Station master and refund my extra Money.

    Hi,

    We have booked a ticket in saurashtra mail (Train no: 22945) from borivali to anand. Pnr no is [protected]. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in s8 and another 1 seat allocated in s3.in saurastra mail ac coaches, rms coach and general coach in between s8 and s3.

    So please suggest how can we mange to use s3 coach seat?
    We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together why you people issue seats in different coaches.

    Please refund the s3 coach seat amount asap. And i assure the similar type of mistake not repeat on future.

    Please file the tdr for my s3 ticket and refund the amount.

    Hi, We have booked a ticket in SAURASHTRA MAIL(Train No: 22945) from Borivali to Anand. PNR no is 8356314527. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in S8 and another 1 seat allocated in S3. In SAURASTRA mail AC coaches, RMS coach and General coach In Between S8 and S3. So please suggest how can we mange to Use S3 coach seat? We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system.       Hi i reseved my train jaipur to sawai madhopur for darshan of Ranthambhior Ganesh mandir on dated[protected] in train no 59805, PNR:[protected] Seat no S11-S15 departure time was 06:40AM and arrival to sawai madhopur time was 9:35AM, according to my schdule i did resarvation to return back from sawai madhopur to jaipur in train no 12465, PNR:[protected] seat no D3/62, 63, 64 & 67 Departure time was 14:35PM and arrival to jaipur time was 16:45PM but due to jaipur to sawai madhopur train reached late at 12:15PM, so i tried to cancle my return ticket but there was no option to cancle it on the last movment so i tryid hard to reach to our return train without taking any rest so that i can reach on tume with my family but we missed it because we had only 2 hour and 20 minutes to be back from ranthambhor to sawai madhopur station so due to late arrival of 2hour and 40 minuted train no 59805 to sawai madhopur i missed my return train by 2minutes only, then i went to have new resarvation but the staff at window denied to provide it and i suffer with my family include my littel baby boy of 5year till the next 4 hours 30 minutes at plate form only in this so hot days of summers, even we talk to TC to give tahe reserved seat by paying more money after taking the local tickets finaly as your staff denied to provide the reservation on same day, it was very pain ful and seffering day to my family and my baby, due to late arrival of the train i charged multiple time coz i missed the train pluse i took the Local ticket pluse me and my family suffer with a child very much it was not only financial even it was mently torcher also as i didnt get any support from your system and staff, even i took the tickets of my 5year old baby also for both side so that we can be comfartable but is it was my fault that your train was very late?? At least your syatem and team should help us to get the reservation at charges extra but no one help us to knowing our problem as well, when we were going to sawai madhopur it was very problamatic condition as the local people are also there in our reservation cotch but no one say anything to them and the enjoy their ride and i the reserved person i suffer very mutch now i want my money back of return ticket from sawai madhopur to jaipur, hope to get a resolution from your side

        Hello.
        It's horrible traving with train 12730 Nanded Pune express. TC have not alloted me seat as I use to be first perfrance for rac . The general ticket person was alloted seats with the money than by TC how as incharge of coach allotment in reservation coach on 16th April 2017 train 12730. Nanded to Pune express. For the he allotment I was ask for 100₹. Which I think so horrible approach from TC .
        Please take strike action . And improve the Indian railway service

            I have a booking for Shatabdi from DDN to NDLS on 17th April 2017, but today I hear in news that the boarding station has been changed from Dehradun to Haridwar without any prior intimation. Over that the railway staff is not accommodating and helping as well in such a difficult situation. They are not ready to provide us any transportation till the station and not even refunding the money. This is a ridiculous experience for me as it is not easy to reach Hardiwar from Doon and now I am in trouble as I have to join my office back and I am stuck here. Ideally there should have been some kind of advance intimation and there should have been Shuttle service arranged from doon station to Haridwar station. But sadly nothing has been done. Kindly compensate for this trouble caused. Expecting a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

              Dear sir, i booked the ticket on[protected] for journey from Secunderabad (SC) to Nellore (NLR) on[protected] by train no.12710, while i pressed pay to pay by debit card, the internet connection was hanged. Later i recieved message that my sb a/c is debited for rs.465/-SBI reference No OTHPG[protected]IRCTC NOIDA.
              Hence i booked again and i got confirmation . Pnr no. [protected], for which again amount of rs.465/- was debited.
              kINDLY REFUND THE SAME AMOUNT.

              Sir, I have booked a tatkal tiket from Nellore (NLR) to Secunderabad (SC) on[protected] for[protected] payment transaction was completed Rs 446.5/- has been deducted by my sbi account referance No [protected]IGABDHNRE5 but ticket not booked due to non availability of my choice berth (LB). KINDLY REFUND THE SAME AMOUNT.

                On 7/04/2017 i booked ticket from irctc. i am doing payment from debit card.my a/c debited 3 times for one ticket & i got waiting ticket on that.for that i cancelled that ticket & booked a new ticket. still i m not getted refund amt of that wrongly debited from my a/c & also not getted refund of cancelled ticket.from irctc not getted any reply on mail

                  Dear sir, i booked the ticket on[protected] for journey from yehswantpur (ypr)to gulbarga(gr) on[protected] by train no.22134, while i pressed pay to pay by debit card, the internet connection was hanged. Later i recieved message that my sb a/c is debited for rs.1475/- however the ticket were not booked and pnr no not recieved.
                  Hence i booked again and i got confirmation . Pnr no. [protected], for which again amount of rs.1475 was debited.

                  I have to receive the amount debited for the first transaction(sms recieved at 11.11am), for which no transaction no, pnr no. Was not recieved. Hence please refund the amount debited wrongly.

                    I booked my e-ticket through IRCTC on 24-Dec-2016 for the date of Journey 03-Jan-2017 in Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. Journey from NEW DELHI (NDLS) to SIWAN JN (SV) by Train No.12554/VAISHALI EXP, PNR No.[protected] and Name . However the train was late more than 24 hours on TDR Filing Date: 04-Jan-2017 08:41:55 HRS. Due to this i 15/04/2017 the TDR amount have not been refunded to my account after 90 days.

                      I I used ticket vending machine on april 15, 2017 at 12.30 am at chandigarh ailway station.
                      The machine tooh 110 rs for travel from chandigarh to new delhi bt didn't gave the ticket.
                      Instead it displayed error.
                      Ticket cou ter guys told me that the money is gone now.. They cannot do anything for this issue.

                            I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below .

Money was deducted from my account against the both the transactions/booking, but in the order status the order was not conformed and I have also not received the meal.

                                  We see English, Hindi as a language option in the website, this is a serious concern /hindrance to we Tamilans. I'm raising my voice on behalf of all Tamilans to include Tamil option as well. it truly hurts that we don't have our own mother tongue(Tamil) in the language option. Do include Tamilans well in the language option.Tamil is an oldest language in the world. and india's first classical language.so give respect to the language

                                    I am 25 years female travelling to chennai by 12608 lalbaug express on 13th april 2017. While booking the ticket for the journey on the irctc site due to nework error the page kept refreshing due to which my gender option was changed to male which i noticed only after i received my e-ticket. On the day of my journey when the ticket checker asked me for the ticket i brought it to his notice about the error in the gender and provided an ID to support it. He started talking rudely saying that i had to pay 450 fine for the same as its a serious issue. I felt like i commited a crime. I tried talking to him politely but he was quite rude. My request to the department is no one purposefully makes a mistake but there should be some etiquette and mannerism to deal with suc instances. The attitude of staffs like this bring humiliation in front of other co- passengers. Really bad exprrience
