Amount deducted but ticket not confirmed

I had ordered food (Veg Thali) from the irctc vendor : K M Khandelwal at Daund station.

My ticket not booked, but money deducted, refund not done

TDR money not refunded from 8 months

I have filed a TDR on 16th August for not travelling and train late by more than 3 hours.
I am yet to get refund from Railways.
Customer care is also not answering my call and if they answer they will only tell it is under process.
I am waiting for my money from 8months.
I have done atleast 30 tweets till now but no action from Railways.
Hoping that someone will listen to it and refund my money back.br...

I'm one of the ordinary middle class citizen of India and I'm so sorry for the IRCTC online services. I thought that all the tax that we pay is the income for government using which they maintain the system clean.

From last 4 years I started using this IRCTC website to book tickets online so that we can visit our travel destinations which every Indian does. ( no need to explain that). br...

Transaction failed

I had booked ticket for Siwan to Howrah on 21st march'17 through Just Dial. Rs. 1414.30 has deducted from my credit card. Due to network problem transaction has failed. I had tried again but same problem I had to faced. Approx rs. 1000/- also deducted from my credit card due to network problem. I had received a message that 7 to 14 working days the above said amount will be back in your credit card account. Still I am waiting...

I purchase a ticket from Raxaul Station on 11/2/2017 (8.39 am) from Amritsar Jn to Jammu Tawi for 03 person 1. Sanjay Kr. Dey- M- 40, 2. Suparna Dey-F-29 & 3. Berth selection option is just useless

Hi Team,

I have booked a ticket for my parents, while selecting the berth preference I have chosen Side Upper and Side Lower. But after the booking I got one upper berth and one side upper.
PNR No. : [protected]

There are options/radio buttons to select either lower berths or seats in same coach option. So only one option can be selected.

So do you think it is a good option to provide upper...

Tdr amount refund (pending since four months)

This complaint is regarding the TDR filed in irctc website on 12 December 2016. The reason for filing TDR is the diversion of train number 12687 (Dehradun Express) from Chennai central station due to cyclone Vardah on 12 December 2016. I have booked below tickets in train no: 52587 (toy train), and on the date of journey 16th Mar, when i reached at GHUM railway station, where i needed to board the train, then there it was mentioned that train is cancelled due to some techical fault.

Charge high rate of foods not provide bill

Hi,
I have travelled from Partur to Manmad by Tapovan Express on 2nd April 2017 my PNR no. [protected]. I have taken veg biryani then ask me Rs 70/- . I think which is much higher than the rates disclosed by IRCTC and even not provide bill when I ask him to please give the bill. They also served water bottle on Rs 20/- even MRP printed on bottle is Rs 15/-.
Please take strong action against them....
