I have booked a ticket in 18046 at 9th July 2022 from KZJ to CTC in 26th aug 2022.
Today I check my pnr status but it shows invalid.
Now what I do plz tell me

    Traveling in Pune-Howarh Duronto...but it is ridiculous to mention that no bedroll is provided and washrooms are so unhygienic, one cannot use..

      Hello,

      On 13Aug22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 300.00. Money got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
      Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from My HDFC bank account and same has been shown in GPay transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 300.00

      Please find attached screenshot for UTS transaction status and GPay transaction status.

      Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.

        I booked an tatkal ticket on 9th August for 10th august which amount was Rs.467.00 inclusive of all charges.Which was automatically canceled by IRCTC as ticket is waiting after chart preparation. I got an massage from IRCTC of refund of Rs.395.00. When complained regarding deduction of money by me on the official twitter handle of IRCTC, they misguided me and said about deduct the money by stating the clerical charge and not the cancellation charge.
        When ticket is not booked then how imposed the cancellation or clerical charge? Secondly, the ticket has been automatically canceled by the IRCT and not by me. So it is a case of deficiency in services by the IRCTC.

          Hello,

            Hello,

            On 11Aug22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 100.00 2 times. Both the time, Money got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
            Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from My HDFC bank account and same has been shown in PayTM transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 200.00

              Recently I booked a ticket in Tejas express 22672 (Madurai to Chennai). I opted for "No Food" for all the passengers.

              But at the end of the ticket booking i have seen the catering charges as Rs 120/- is deducted for total 6 passengers.

              Attached the ticket copy for your reference, let me know why these hidden charges ?

              There is twice ticket is raised but there is no response more then 10 days.

                    I Kamal kishore is being journey from Rani kamlapati to Gwalior i.e.as on 10.08.2022.my seat number is C8/28.I helpd a pair to exchange the seat from C8/28 to C2/01.But staff of catering services refuse to supply the food due to seat and coch exchange. Even though i have paid amount of food with my booked ticket. They neither supply the food not carry from coach no.C8. am i done wrong work to help a pair due to exchange the coch...???

                        I made a transaction from Paytm and entered irctc login id for payment but ticket was not booked and in Paytm it showed error something like payment error" but the amount was debited feom my account. Debited amount - Rs426.8, date and time :8 aug 2022 and transaction id [protected] So please refund the full amount of Rs426.8 asap I will share both massage Screenshot of Bank Statement with this Massage.

                            I registered my account on IRCTC for booking my personal train tickets. They they deactivated my account for god knows what reason. They are calling it fraud activities. But only god knows what happened. They are asking to re-register another account with another mobile number. I have used the numbers of all my family members. The accounts get deactivated. Now they are asking me to register using another mobile number. I cannot keep buying phone numbers to create account on IRCTC.

                            I'm a software developer. I know for certain that, when an account gets locked they can be activated. If not atleast disassociate the mobile number from the account so that i can use my mobile number again. That will still be a problem because i cannot keep creating new accounts. If there is fraud going on then please catch the fraudster why are you penalizing common people. All i did was book a few tickets. IRCTC is the worst website with worst customer support. Please close this business.

                                    I had planned an urgent trip to my hometown. I had booked a confirmed tatkal ticket on train number 16351. As the train is delayed by more than eight hours from the starting point, I won't be able to reach my destination on specified dates. So I had to cancel my ticket as it might be useful for waiting list passengers. But I have wasted about 3500 rupees on an untravelled journey and the reason is due to a late train. So Kindly provide me with a refund and relief for the same.

                                      Hi, we have ordered idli meduvada plate of Rs 35 at irctc counter on Mumbai Central railway station. The food was very bad and cold. It seems they have given from breakfast. It was not even bitable. Even chutney was not given. Insects were there on table. The hall was stinking. Kindly refund us the amount and give proper guidance for healthy and hygienic conditions . Totally bad and disappointing services
