    I booked tickets from Barkakana to Howrah on 21/08/2022 on current reservation, but when I checked train running status I found Its running late by more than 8-9 hours. So I tried to cancel the tickets but it was not allowing to cancel the ticket as it was current reservation booking and there was no option for filing TDR.
    I didn't travelled as Train was running 9 hours late so I want full refund.

        I have booked a confirmed tatkal ticket for date 10th August, PNR :- [protected], train no :- 11014.
        boarding at KSR Bengaluru (SBC) scheduled arrival at 15:45. As checked train was late by more than 3 hours, So i filed a TDR under reason 'Train late more than three hours and Passenger not travelled' before scheduled departure as per the rules. But now as checked, Railways have rejected to refund it with reason 'TICKET NOT SURRENDERED UPTO 4 HRS. BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE OF THE TRAIN'. I have attached a photo which includes the time of filing TDR and other details Please help to resolve the case.

        I have booked an e-ticket and attached are the rules by railway for TDR refund accordingly

        I am Siddhartha Sen age 75 years senior citizen and I travel with my wife, also a senior citizen between CSMT and Howrah by Indian railways train number 12261 and 12262, name Mumbai Howrah Duronto Express . Noticing that ourctrain was regularly late by more than three hours to the destination, I have referred to the rail enquiry website and found out from the website that the train no. 12262 howrah-CSMT Duronto Express was ON THE AVERAGE 213 MINUTES LATE IN REACHING ITS DESTINATION FOR LAST ONE MONTH! That means for the last whole month every day this train which is supposed to be a prime train of India, was reaching its destination regularly more than three and half hours late !
        In view of above I am lodging my complaint against the IRCTC and it's ministry concerned to attend to my complaint and improve the services of 12261 and 12262 to make it reach destination ON TIME.
        Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action against the above organisations to make their services more punctual.

          Dear Sir,

          i have travelled in Ranikhet express (train no 15014)from delhi junction(DLI) to ramdevra on[protected] on PNR number [protected] on FIrst class AC Booking, but before reaching destination (ramdevra) my train got cancelled at jodhpur (182 kilometer )due to some maintenance reason from indian railway,
          also i got the cancellation receipt certified by railway officials in jodhpur,
          and i had to continue my ongoing journey by booking private
          transportation causing huge delay and expenses, but when i failed TDR, IRCTC is refusing my refund and rejecting TDR, i request intervention of your respected office in this matter and help an honest indian citizen

            On 4 August I ordered mashroom masala rupees 291. My order no is 283592. I ordered 500gm mashroom masala but instead of this I get 200 gm. Immediately I call to the irctc e Catering service no. and raise a complaint against it and also took photos and videos of the product.
            I also send the photos and videos to the irctc e Catering service WhatsApp no.
            After one day I received a call from irctc they told me that seller agrees that he make a mistake and he will give me partial refund of the product.
            But after many days I didn't receive any refund.
            And when I call to irctc e Catering no. they said me the same line that you will get a call from our end tomorrow. I called many times and they replied me same line that you will get a call tomorrow.

                    I am travelling by danapur pune ex on 20 aug and shocked to see that bed roll facility still not resume in this train whereas it is already started in all other routes train . Pls look after this also clerify why i we have been charged for Full ticket once this facility has been stopped by irctc. Amount should be refunded once facility has been stopped.

                      E wallet deposit failed amount was not credited

                      I was deposited 420 rupees in my IRCTC e wallet account and amount was also be deducted from the bank account but it was not shown jn my e wallet statement...

                        Hello on 18aug 2022, I tried to recharge my R wallet on Uts app with mobile number [protected] for rs 500. Money got deducted from my kotak Mahindra bank account but did not get credited to my uts R wallet.
                        Transaction history status shows recharge
                        initiated while money got debited from My kotak Mahindra bank account. Please
                        either credit my Wallet on UTS id [protected]

                            I have booked a tatkal ticket of Rs. 790 on IRCTC app then cancelled a tatkal ticket against PNR [protected] in Utkal Express instead of filing TDR because the train is more than 6 hours late. Now I am unable to file TDR against this cancelled ticket and I want a refund for it. I have sent request mail to IRCTC for refund, but they denied my request, please look at it and do the needful.

                              Train No. 19677 Tirunelveli to Jamnagar, S6 has really disgusting toilet. No maintenance and cleanliness. Please ! Solve this issue ASAP!
                              If we are paging for the tickets then we deserve to have a better journey than this trash.

                                    Traveling in Pune-Howarh Duronto...but it is ridiculous to mention that no bedroll is provided and washrooms are so unhygienic, one cannot use..

                                      Hello,

                                      On 13Aug22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 300.00. Money got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
                                      Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from My HDFC bank account and same has been shown in GPay transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 300.00

                                      Please find attached screenshot for UTS transaction status and GPay transaction status.

                                      Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.
