RESPECTED SIR,
I had planned an urgent trip to my hometown. I had booked a confirmed tatkal ticket on train number 16351. As the train is delayed by more than eight hours from the starting point, I won't be able to reach my destination on specified dates. So I had to cancel my ticket as it might be useful for waiting list passengers. But I have wasted about 3500 rupees on an untravelled journey and the reason is due to a late train. So Kindly provide me with a refund and relief for the same.
I have contacted the IRCTC customer care, but the refund was denied. I hereby request you to do the needful.
