My name is Priyank Thakkar. I recently booked 4 tickets for a travel from Lonavala to Surat. Attached is the PNR number: [protected]. Also attaching the ticket SS below. As you can check, the ticket was for the the train SGNR HUMSAFAR (22498). You can also confirm in your system that it was delayed by more than 8 hours on the day of our journey (16th July). I consulted with the management at the train station and they asked me to file TDR as I was eligible for full refund, inspite of having a tatkal booking (Rule 13; Refund rule 2015). I filed the TDR 9 hours before the actual departure, as the train was late by 8 hours. Yet I received a TDR rejection with a reason of DELAY. It makes no sense whatsoever.
Please double check about this mistake that was made by your end. I had bought ticket for me and my friends and we are merely students. We cannot afford to lose 5000+ rupees. I request you to initiate a full refund.
