I, Mohtasham Shakil account holder of SBI branch ifsc code SBIN0001723 with A/c No. [protected] have not received refund amount yet in my account from indian railways irctc . Bank reference no provided by irctc - [protected].
I went to my SBI home branch but nothing fruitful happened.
I am attaching irctc refund status and complaint filed to SBI home branch through SBI upi customer support.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      I booked a e-ticket from IRCTC for my wife, Beauti Sarkar from Malda Town to New Delhi Anand Vihar with date of journey:17.06.22 and PNR [protected].But due to agitation in Bihar the train could not proceed but return back to Malda after reaching Bakshiganj .
      I requested for refund of ticket charges on 23.06.22 as I waited for refund automatically whenever Train cancelled by Railway Deptt itself earlier.
      Same day, reply received from IRCTC confirming TDR filed.
      Unfortunately till today I have not received any refund.
      Therefore I request you to arrange the refund as soon as possible.

          The train arrived at the boarding station(Vijaywada) around 6 PM while the actual time was 1:15 PM. which is more than 3 hours

            I am Barath kumar. I have an account in irctc.co.in [Username Barath_2001]. I already registered my sms otp in irctc account. But I can't receive email otp. I did small mistake to type in email id. Actutally I typed [[protected]@email.com] but original id is [[protected]@gmail.com]. So I can't receive any email otp. Please correct my email id and send verification code immediately as soon as possible.

                      Refund amount of Rs 1566.22/- has not been
                      credited to my account. As ticket was booked by IRCTC by UPI transaction on 26 feb 2022 but booking got failed and amount deducted from my account.
                      [protected]. As fund was refunded to my account as IRCTC detail but my account has not been credited
                      but when enquired from my bank they informed that amount not refunded to the bank by SBI UPI as ticket
                      was booked by UPI link with my account with SBI account[protected].
                      As per IRCTC it was refunded to bank as on 2 march 2022. details below

                      You are requested to look into matter as refund the amount at the earliest, sothat we may trust on online transactions.

                        Hi,
                        I have cancelled 2 tickets and I haven't received refund yet. It has been 40 days. After 5-6 calls with my bank customer service, they have confirmed me that they dont see any transaction from their side nor with the gateway. They have asked me to check with irctc only

                        I have sent mail to irctc to verify. They have asked me to submit a letter from the bank stating that bank is not able to find the transaction. I have done the same but no good response from IRCTC. I just get same reply again and again asking me to submit letter from the bank.

                        Please help.

                          -I selected the source and destination station and the date and after submitted got the issue, the issue is that while I was scrolling down it was taking the gap between the UI header and the list of trains.

                            We got down from rajdhani and reached near the stairs to book cab. But the taxi wala standing starting troubling us to come with him and misbehaved with my father aged 72. There is gang of taxi wala there and makes fun of passengers. Further we called the police official on duty there at 10.20 but all these police wala, are taking commission from taxi wala and ignore our complaint. Is really police is there to save us from these people is a big question.?

                              Today I was travelling From NJP to ANVT I was in NJP at plateform No. 3 waiting for train no. 12505 ( NORTHEAST EXPRESS) but the train was delayed for 2 hours and 18 min I went down from the plateform and at the end of the plateform down on the land I was smoking a cigarette quietly 2 RPF came in civil and started recording my video and after that they ask my ticket and ID I show them my ticket then they ask 3200 rs fine but I refused because at that time I didn't have the cash then they told me to show my pocket and then they ask me 1500 rs later they forced me to pay and they took 500rs from me even they took my Cigarette packet and lighter this is indian railway taking bribe in the name of fine and without receipt

                                I tried to book tickets via irctc on 7 July 2022 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

                                  I have booked online ticket through IRCTC website, PNR no.[protected],

                                  This PNR was having 3 tickets in wait list when i booked, total fare 2510.4

                                  out of these only 1 ticket got confirmed when chart was prepared and remaining 2 tickets stayed in Wait list only

                                  Since Wait list ticket which did not got confirmed after chart preparation i was waiting for refund on that 2 tickets which has not came yet.

                                  When called IRCTC help line they asking me i should have read complete rule book before booking, they refund only if all tickets are in wait list, for partial i need to cancel ticket within time limit

                                  Really got surprise with such service not happy looking for refund since passenger did not got confirmed ticket i should get refund

                                    Hello,

                                    On 06Jul22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 800.00. Money got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
                                    Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from My HDFC bank account and same has been shown in PayTM transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 800.00

                                    I have received a notification in my UTS app as below
                                    "Failed R Wallet recharge with TXNID-[protected], AMOUNT:800.00, Transaction Date 06/07/2022 is now reconciled and the amount is now credited to your Rwallet. Kindly check with your R-wallet balance.

                                    But when checked the balance in Rwallet, the amount is not yet credited. PFA image of Rwallet balance.

                                    Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.
