Today I was travelling From NJP to ANVT I was in NJP at plateform No. 3 waiting for train no. 12505 ( NORTHEAST EXPRESS) but the train was delayed for 2 hours and 18 min I went down from the plateform and at the end of the plateform down on the land I was smoking a cigarette quietly 2 RPF came in civil and started recording my video and after that they ask my ticket and ID I show them my ticket then they ask 3200 rs fine but I refused because at that time I didn't have the cash then they told me to show my pocket and then they ask me 1500 rs later they forced me to pay and they took 500rs from me even they took my Cigarette packet and lighter this is indian railway taking bribe in the name of fine and without receipt

    I tried to book tickets via irctc on 7 July 2022 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

      I have booked online ticket through IRCTC website, PNR no.[protected],

      This PNR was having 3 tickets in wait list when i booked, total fare 2510.4

      out of these only 1 ticket got confirmed when chart was prepared and remaining 2 tickets stayed in Wait list only

      Since Wait list ticket which did not got confirmed after chart preparation i was waiting for refund on that 2 tickets which has not came yet.

      When called IRCTC help line they asking me i should have read complete rule book before booking, they refund only if all tickets are in wait list, for partial i need to cancel ticket within time limit

      Really got surprise with such service not happy looking for refund since passenger did not got confirmed ticket i should get refund

        Hello,

        On 06Jul22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 800.00. Money got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
        Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from My HDFC bank account and same has been shown in PayTM transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 800.00

        I have received a notification in my UTS app as below
        "Failed R Wallet recharge with TXNID-[protected], AMOUNT:800.00, Transaction Date 06/07/2022 is now reconciled and the amount is now credited to your Rwallet. Kindly check with your R-wallet balance.

        But when checked the balance in Rwallet, the amount is not yet credited. PFA image of Rwallet balance.

        Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.

          My money is deducted and ticket is not booked when I booked railway ticket using IRCTC connect using UPI Google pay. Google pay is showing money as reached merchant.

            This AC coach not perfect to travel... AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IT LOOKS LIKE 2nd CLASS... Very poor experience

                  Sir today 2/06/2022 i were adding money in irctc e wallet but my amount deduct from my bank account through Paytm app it was 200 rupees but not received in my irctc ewallet account pls solve that issue pls refund money as soon as possible.

                    My RAC 3AC ticket got confirmed in Sleeper. I have also collected my EFT certificate from TTE. At LTT station it was told to me by railway staff that you have booked your ticket online so file a TDR online and you will get your refund. But today my TDR got rejected. I have traveled in Sleeper class and suffered a lot. Kindly refund me the difference in the fare between the sleeper class and the 3 AC Class.

                      My PNR [protected] train no 20889 date: 02/07/2022. Due to some unavoidable and personal circumustances I cannot travel today so i have cancelled the ticket at 10 25 am unknowingly instead of filing a TDR. When i did it previously ticket can be cancelled till it leaves the station and TDR has to be filed after the train departs from the station. post covid the railway reservation and refund rules changing on a daily basis i am unaware of the new rules and it is difficult to follow also as they are changing every day.
                      If a ticket cannot be cancelled after chart is done and only a TDR has to be filed then why that option is given, when the IRCTC know there will be zero refund if the ticket is cancelled and if they file TDR the passenger will get some amount as refund. is it it not right to disable the option before four hours . so many like me are ignorent and loosing money because of this. I lost Rs. 3900 . in this post covid era with prices soaring so high every rupee matters. I request to consider my cancellation as TDR or give me an oppurtunity to file a TDR.
                      I am hoping this matter will be given a serious consideration

                          I travelled on 12027 train just now and I witnessed the catering staff throwing waste outside the train door and litter our city instead of trashing in the cover. He did this after Contonment station around 10.20pm before reaching Magestic. I travelled in C7 coach.

                          Please instruct the staff to use the bin and not throw the waste outside.

                            I have booked two tickets from Visakhapatnam to Chittranjan.
                            PNR are [protected] and [protected].
                            DOJ was 19th June'2022 Time 2:55 hrs . Due to agniveer riots we have cancelled our Journey as safety precautions. Many trains we delayed/diverted and cancelled that day. I tried to cancel the tickets 4 hrs before the scheduled departure of train from boarding station but unable to do from app. So contacted customer care and TDR was filed via mail.
                            I again have to book tickets from CURR_AVAL for Visakhapatnam to Shalimar and completed my journey details- PNR [protected], DOJ 19th June'2022 Time 15:30 hrs for the same passengers. From Howrah I have booked another ticket to Chittranjan for same passengers PNR [protected] and [protected] but the train was running late for more than 3 hrs and again have to filed tdr and took bus journey(I am having valid tickets).
                            My TDR for Visakhapatnam to Chittranjan been repudiate stating the reason that I have travelled in that train which is not correct. If I have travelled in that train then why I will again book ticket for the same route for same passengers. It is not possible that the same passengers are travelling in different train at same time. Please give my refund.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am surprised to saw mail, that the TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] for train no. 12167 LTT BANARAS EXP dated 9 May 2022 with the reason “Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled” has been repudiated by you. However, I had filed TDR at 9 May 2022 | 08:31 PM as it was 5 hours late (Enclosed the evidence).
                              So, I would like to request you to recheck and refund my amount.

                              If further, you repudiate then please file my complaint against the TTE present between Nashik to Varanasi in said train for showing me Available.

                                  I have booked a retiring room in Patna junction. But the services are very poor. They didn't even changed the bedsheets. The bathroom amenities are also very dirty. When asked for help they just simply said this is not their duty. The staff in duty is in leave. PLEASE HELP.

                                  The staff at Ahmedabad station retiring room are non cooperative and indifferent to the Sr citizens. There is no place to wait at reception counter.
                                  I booked Retiring room at Ahmadabad station for 2 days i.e. 10th an 11th of February. I am 71 years old sr. Citizen. My train arrived to Ahmadabad early. And the staff at the counter is not allowing the early check-in and he is quite indifferent to us. My booking id is [protected]
                                  Where to complain about the mis behavior. Of the counter clerk. I think IRCTC is a blind spectator for the customer complaints

                                      Hi My PNR is [protected] and i booked my ticket from Perambur (PER) to Krishnarajpuram (KJM) . I didn't travelled that day due to train late more than 3 hour and when i file TDR its rejected, showing "CR Repudiate" . Its pathetic passenger suffered and also not able to claim the amount.
