Address: Mumbai Central railway station

Hi, we have ordered idli meduvada plate of Rs 35 at irctc counter on Mumbai Central railway station. The food was very bad and cold. It seems they have given from breakfast. It was not even bitable. Even chutney was not given. Insects were there on table. The hall was stinking. Kindly refund us the amount and give proper guidance for healthy and hygienic conditions . Totally bad and disappointing services

          I am tracing by august Kranti 19254 today from Bharuch B-4 seating on 14 no.
          Requested for water bottle since last half an hour.. but no body responding and I m still waiting..
          We are not carry the water because expected from catering… It is matter of all time.. I m use to travel this train/rout twice as weeK.. for all time we need to request again and again… why not Getting service without asking..worst service by Irctc and team

            My ticket got cancelled on 1st Jul & i eligible for refund. Twitted Rail sewa, where in they have mentioned the amount is refunded to my account.

            My ticket is closed but i have not received any refund for this. I can share my bank statement for entire month as a proof. Please assist asap

              I HAVE CORRESPONDED SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY REFUND AGAINST PNR NO [protected].

              I HAVE FILED TDR ON 17.06.22 AND ITS REFERENCE NUMBER [protected]
              WAS PROVIDED . But sir it has been repudiated stating the
              reason train was not late more than 3 hours.

              I would like to clarify that boarding station was Buxar (NOT THE RANI
              KAMLAPATI) on 17 th june and the train came at 5.42 pm instead of
              8.18...

              I tried to book a train ticket. After the payment it was shown 'server error' but the amount was deducted. The ticket was not booked. So I would like to get the full refund.

                I had booked a ticket through IRCTC and had to cancel it because o[censored]navoidable circumstances.

                Although I received a mail from IRCTC stating that the refund has been processed, the amount has not been credited into my bank account, and I have confirmed it with my branch. (SBIN0000052)

                  I had a reservation against the PNR [protected] for 4th June 2022, where the train was delayed more than 3 hrs due to which, I was not travelled and filed a TDR but IRCTC rejected this without any valid reason. Please help me to get the refund for the TDR I hv filed.

                    I have boarded train no 19484 and since 06:00 hrr irctc vendors are shouting for food items like bread omlette, thanda juice cold drink and chai. Even vendors from outside hop into the car and starts shouting to sell their products. It is relentless and head throbbing.

                      I have booked the following tickets. While booking I filled in the details for a 3 year child from the master passenger list. Even though I have mentioned the age as 3 years the portal charged full charge for the child and allotted a seat. This is an issue with the portal.

                      So please refund the amount charged for a 3 year child and also update the portal to fix this issue.

                          In Puri Kamakhya express (TRN:15643), DOJ:24-07-22, 3A, MLDT-NJP, DP:15:10, B2 54,
                          Fare:1105, C Fee:35.4+PG
                          Staffs are saying no bed available right from Malda. After repeated requests no bed roll provided. It was not even cleaned. The used bed rolls are still there and not even been cleaned. Charging money without providing adequate service a kind of loot. Please provide my money back

                            The train 16594, coach B1 (A/c) ..infact entire train was not maintained.

                            Very unclean, cockroachs coming beside us while we are having dinner or asleep. I haven't slept the entire night due to smell & cockroachs. Paying high amount for A/c still getting worse service. The reason why people fall sick is because of such shabby maintenance.

                            Infact the train did not give a stop at desired 2 destinations as well i e. Bangaloe east & byappanahalli (where old couple wanted to get down) sadly they got down in Bangalore cantonment...where train was delayed by an hour.

                                Sir, I booked a tickets from Prayagraj to Raipur in Sarnath Express 15159 for the date 16 July, 2022 by irctc app. On 16 July the train was late more than 8 Hour after. On 17 July, 2022 at 8:53 AM i have file online TDR. This TDR was rejected by the department on the reason that you have to file the TDR 4 hour before actual departure the train. How could be the reason is appropriate? Is passenger is aware for these thing? Or when the user file the TDR you have clearly mentioned the rules to file the TDR? Please take a look and try to refund full amount. As i am not travelled with the above train due train late more than 8 hours. My PNR no. is [protected]

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My name is Priyank Thakkar. I recently booked 4 tickets for a travel from Lonavala to Surat. Attached is the PNR number: [protected]. Also attaching the ticket SS below. As you can check, the ticket was for the the train SGNR HUMSAFAR (22498). You can also confirm in your system that it was delayed by more than 8 hours on the day of our journey (16th July). I consulted with the management at the train station and they asked me to file TDR as I was eligible for full refund, inspite of having a tatkal booking (Rule 13; Refund rule 2015). I filed the TDR 9 hours before the actual departure, as the train was late by 8 hours. Yet I received a TDR rejection with a reason of DELAY. It makes no sense whatsoever.
                                    Please double check about this mistake that was made by your end. I had bought ticket for me and my friends and we are merely students. We cannot afford to lose 5000+ rupees. I request you to initiate a full refund.

                                      I have booked a ticket from Ahmedabad(ADI) to Jaipur(JP) for 30 may 2022 with PNR no [protected], in which train was diverted and not touching the destination station. So I have filed the TDR on 30 may 2022 @ 4:23pm.
                                      Which got rejected stating "Delay in online TDR filing". So please help me
