I got 2 veg meals of rs 200, can u explain me according to irctc the charge for veg meals is 50 rs and nonveg is 55, then why they r taking 200
train no 12890 doj, - 3rd oct, seat no s10[[ 22]] .. see the rates i am attaching.

    I was booking IRCTC tatkal ticket from Nizamuddin Railway Station, New Delhi to Agra Cantt. Railway Station, Agra. While Payment I chose Payment by Paytm. I filled all the Details and clicked on payment. The money got transacted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked. I request to look into the problem and try to refund the money as soon as possible.

      I have cancelled my train ticket from Rangiya to New Alipurduar bearing PNR No. [protected] on 21/10/2016 and the refund for Rs.530/- has been not received in my account till date. Second ticket bearing PNR No.[protected] has been cancelled on 21/10/2016 and the refund for Rs.1140/- has not been received in my account till date. Since the refund has not done after a lapse of more than 20 days, Necessary action may kindly be taken at the earliest.

        I booked a ticket at GHY TVC EXPRESS, Train No-12508 which is conformed and have a set at D1 compartment set NO -2 but there are no D1 compartment available on that train and ticket collector don't know about that condition and also they are not helping.

          Dear Sir,
          I was travelling with my family from Mumbai to Surat but due to some reason we reached the station late and the train has started so without any notice of the coach we entered in the reservation coach instead of general. We were having our tickets and as soon as we realize the scenario the T.C approached us and started abusing me for entering the wrong coach. I insisted him that as soon as the next junction will arrive we will change the coach. As, he was after us for no reason he pushed away me, my wife and my daughter out of the coach with our baggage due to which my wife fell down and injured her legs and chest. Now, who is responsible for this? Also, he asked for money for which I gave him Rs. 1000/- and in return he gave me back the receipt of only Rs. 320/- What about the other cash? He already took his share and still ill-treated us? How can a govt. employee can do this shameful act of abusing and ill-treating women’s too? Apart from this, he collected money from many other passengers. There were also a family with us of 6 members, he took Rs. 900/- from them and gave them No Receipt. Pls. look into the serious matter. I will be truly grateful to you for the same. I am writing all the train details here and also sending you the scanned copies of the receipt and tickets we had-

            This is to inform you that i have booked a ticket from howrah to kamakhya, train no 82502. my pnr no is [protected]. passenger name is s s banerjee, age 34. contact no is [protected].
            Actual basic fare of the train is near about 450, but unfortunatly irctc have taken 1790 as basic fare for that, i cant understand why this type of mistake happend.
            So please do the need full so that i can get my excess money back as early as possible.

                I am not able to do irctc online ticket on my account (user name - rsourabhs), could you please let me know why, I raised a ticket on irctc which number is 4114558, 4215216 and so many followups taken but they are not able to give me proper justification, due to this i am not able to do irctc ticket on my account.

                  I booked a train ticket on 02/11/2016 in irctc for travelling from davangere to bangalore (sbc) on 06/11/2016 for myself and my daughter, who is five years old. i booked full two tickets for both o[censored]s and paid rs. 343/- through net banking. but it shows ticket are not confirmed but in waitinglist 31 & 32. till on 06/11/2016, i won't get any confirmation or message from irctc for my journey. i travelled that day through some other train with risk. on 07/11/2016, i got a message from irctc saying my train ticket is cancelled and an amount of rs. 200/- will be refunded soon. on 08/11/2016, i got a refund of rs.200/- only. why irctc taking full money while booking the ticket without confirming the seat and refunding only less amount, without giving any reason. i want my full amount to be reimbursed within one week, otherwise i while take further steps against irctc.

                    I've tried to book a tatkal ticket on 1st Nov but it was failed and the money was taken from my rupay debit card. According to IRCTC the money was refunded on 6th Nov but till now I haven't received the money and regarding this I've posted email inquiry several times and tried to talk to customer care but there is no response. It happens with rupay debit cards most of the time kindly fix the issue and refund my money back

                      This is ravi Yadav travelling in 12402 magadh exp of 09 Nov 16 in coach B1-41. I have been served with a coffee by pantry car vendor at Rs 30 for one cup. The vendor was selling tea and coffee having flask with a sticker of comesum and various flavours of tea and coffee sachet. He was selling tea @ 15 and coffee @ 30. It is requested to clarify the rates and lodge a complaint and initiate action against the wrongdoer.. My pnr no is [protected]

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I had booked 6 train tickets to travel from Madurai to Chennai on 6th November 2016. And I paid Rs.1890 for my booked tickets. My PNR number is [protected].
                        All tickets got cancelled by IRCTC, because of non availability of seats. So, they gave refund amount Rs.1530 and remaining Rs.360 has taken by IRCTC.
                        Even without confirmed tickets charging this much amount is not at all fair. Here, I lost my time as well as hard earned money. I hope will get justice soon and also will punish IRCTC for looting this much money from public.

                            I was travelling from Chennai(MAS) to Bangalore-Krishnarajapuram(KJM) in Lalbagh express(train number 12607) on 28th October 2016. The train did not stop inline with the platform. I was in coach C1 which was at the end of the train, and when the train stopped at KJM, there was no platform in front of coach C1. Some passengers had to get off at the tracks. Due to the confusion, some passengers waited thinking the train will move a little ahead and stop again, but it did not. It was a very risky situation. I am assuming there were extra coaches added in the train due to Diwali rush. Because of this, the coaches in the end did not align with the platform. This is very careless attitude. Next time, ensure that such factors are taken into consideration.

                              My USER ID for Login to IRCTC is "cvrao59". The USER ID is in de-activation condition and I am not in a position to book tickets. I can not create new User ID because my Mobile Number and MAIL ID is already used. I have sent several MAILs since September month to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" to activate the User ID. Every time the reply is " We have forwarded your request to the concerned department". The routine MAILs sent by the officials will not solve the problem. I requested at least to give specific reply how long I have to wait. For this also there is no reply. I request concerned authorities to give categorical reply whether the issue will be resolved or not. Hope atleast now there will be some positive response.

                                I have booked 3 tickets for Cstm to Pune. My pnr no is [protected]. I have booked ticket for three passengers out of which for one I have not opted berth as I have booked for my 9 year old daughter. While booking there was a pop up on the screen that if berth is not opted then charge will be half of the adult fare. So adult fare is 490 rs so for no opted berth ticket fare should be 245 rs . So in all it should be 490+490+245=1225 but as per ticket it is showing 1430. How can this be.

                                It means no concession is given for ticket for which no berth is opted. Pls credit the amount which is extra charged.

                                  On 1st nov.'16 an amt. of rs.1013.42 debited against dr. card # [protected]. but neither tkt. generated nor amt. reversed in a/c till today. more than a week already over.

                                      I have booked a ticket through Go Air from Delhi to srinagar (PNR NO. JIKHS9, dated- 10/10/2016) by IRCTC (transaction I'd - [protected]) . We have cancelled the ticket in 8th October.As per telephonic conversation with GO AIR customer care they credited Rs. 5332 on 9/10/2016 and rest of the amount Rs. 11, 125 on 12/10/2016 in the IRCTC account as they give us full refund of the cancellation. The amount of rs. 4072 is credited in our account (as IRCTC have charged the cancellation cost) but the rest of the money rs. 11, 125 is not credited in our account till now. So please take some action and refund our total money .

                                      Please noticed that GO AIR have refunded the total money and not charged any cancellation fees for the disturbing situation in Kashmir. Please take some proper action and confirm us whenever the rest amount will credited in our account.

                                        We are travelling from mumbai central to Krishnarajpuram (train no.16331), PNR - [protected], CLASS - 3A .we are totally unsatisfied with your service As in AC three tier toilets were in worst condition, no tissue, no SOAP..no one to take care ..no cleaning...Also, lot of people entering to the coaches without reservation and they want out seats also.if we are not allowing to sit them, these people commanding. Did we paid the huge money to you for giving a bad service like this??? Do the needful. Atleast provide some complain number ...we are charging huge amount for services and looting people...we have introduced surge/dynamic pricing but no available tickets..no services...this is Acche Din...
