Hi, This is suhas traveling in train 16562 my pnr ([protected])from Ern-ypr on 25/11/16...

Relying on the catering service from irctc i waited till 10:00 pm for my dinner and found none asking for dinner in B8 coach.. later took from a outside vendor with no other option...

Just want to know whether irctc stopped catering service or just they neglected on this particular day..

    this is to notify you that on 12/Nov/2016 I booked the ticket from KOTA to BBS. But due to waiting list my ticket was canceled on the journey day. As per rules and the message received at my end I have to get a refund amount of Rs 620. But sir, still my a/c didn't receive the refunded amount.
    Sir, I am still a student and a pie of each amount is needed for my study, as soon as possible.

      Orry to say payment deducted but could not got ticket...

        I have booked a ticket from dadar to miraj on 7/7/2016 to travel on 22/10/2016.

        Subsequently i cancelled the ticket but the amount that has to be refunded is not refunded still. I booked the ticket through NRE account, that might be the problem to refund since NRE account cant take INR into it. But i sent so many mails to IRCTC to refund in another account, Or any other method to get refund but no response till today. In the IRCTC website it says, refunded but i didnt get any money.

        I was booking a ticket from Thane to Jalgaon. I completed all the steps. Finally when I did the payment, there was a message that tickets are not been booked. But ticket fare is deducted from my bank account. What should I do? I am confused. Should I Try booking Tickets Again?
        And if not when I will be refunded the money?

          This is to inform you that I have booked the airticket at IRCTC Transaction ID : [protected] and status found as not booked at that time (Booking time[protected]:11:18) for which mail was receieved at 6:48 PM (Please refer the below screen shot) Then I have opted for 2nd time booking at IRCTC Transaction ID :[protected] (Booking time[protected]:24:59) for which mail was received at 6:24 PM. But unfortunately today in my IRCTC acocount today it is shown that 2 as delivered. Let me know how can it be possible showing 2 status at the same date and time not booked and delivered.

            Train No. 16382, Tirupati to Pune, state that the employees of the Pantry not maintained quality for drinkable (tea, coffee) etc also not maintained the prices of all items as per IRCTC price list. They are collecting 42% extra on tea and coffee and even not drinkable.

            I request to IRCTC, please control them and stop to collect extra money from passengers.

              I was a passenger in the 12617 Mangala-LDweep XPress of 17/11/16; the train left exactly at the scheduled time from ERS; a very notable point is the dedication/sincerity of the TTE who was there in our S1 coach and he was very active until 21:00 hrs - it is really unfair not to highlight the efforts of such govt servants.
              Unfortunately, my return trip of 19/11/2016(3AC/B2/35) was embarassing; Train 22113 (LTT_KCVL) arrived at Chiplun station more than one and half hour late! (at 23:30 hrs!). To my surprise, I found another gentleman was sleeping on my berth in that midnight time. In order to not disturb other passengers, I just used the same berth while he left on my request; NO BED Sheet/s were provided to me there - not even the used one!
              Next day, the train reached/left ERN around 17:00 hrs on 20/11/2016; Probably due to some stupid decisions of Rly personnel, it got stopped and another train (Shoranur-TVM Venad from ERS) was given priority; naturally the already delayed 22113 SUPERFAST was simply going behind the VENAD Train with repeated halts at almost all stations, and we have reached KTYM at 19:45 hrs - JUST 3 HR LATE!

                  While travelling from mugalsarai to howrah we came to the mugalsarai comesum. I am sad to report that they had no options for food, no beverages (hot or cold) and no drinking water. I was quite appalled by the situation. The washrooms are terrible. With PMs swachh bharat campaign on full swing.. this is not expected in a govt run food outlet.

                  I hope you shall look into the matter.

                            Such a shameful experience from India's top online service (IRCTC/Online Ticket Booking). I am on a high speed internet connection and i am able to book a confirmed ticket within some seconds. But from last month onward on the payment step it got stuck and keeps loading even if bank approves the payment. As it is Tatkal, time is very important and this fault is making all my payments approved by bank but not IRCTC. If it is error prone, please remove the option of 'Netbanking' in payment section.

                              I am traveling now with train no 12834 A1 sit no 41 our couch is in very bed conditions physically eg. Sit is not in level upper sit is down like slider, bad sheet and pilo covers also unwashed there is cockroach around us. I am filing very bad like I sitting in a dust bin .I am paid irctc for 1st class service which is not get. And put my life in danger.

                              To day I reach destination, and ones again asking justice, and asking you one question are you waiting for one more accident with this couch A1A2 couch which was approx 15 year old .or you are do this intensely. You must refund my tickets because of it was not a A1 class it was a 3 Rd class .

                                Family starved overnight, as pantry staff refused to serve dinner post 9 pm on new delhi bound 12259 duronto exp.in the morning, when the passenger asked for some extra bread slices, they again refused and said it will come with extra cost, if you don't mind to pay.

                                Situation has become miserable for passengers where indian railways is charging additional dynamic pricing over the actual cost of ticket along with full fare and catering charges but when talking about convenience, hospitality and quality of service, it's becoming pathetic day by day, even in such elite class trains.

                                My travel pnr was #[protected], kindly interrogate and figure out a resolution for the inconvenience caused to my family. Also ensure to rectify the issues in the system so that such hassle won't reoccur with any of the passenger in future

                                  Train was suppose to reach ludhiana station by 8:00 am in the morning but however it was late by more than 3 and half hours and hence i didn't board a train and filled for tdr. it is showing cr registered as status in tdr column and i am not sure when it is going to be refunded.
                                  Please let me know when can i get my refund.

                                  I have canceled my train tic through irctc account having pnr [protected] and [protected] on 10th november and i got the message that money will be redirected to u but i didn't get my money back so i request u to please solve my problem nd refund my money to my account as soon as possible

                                    Dear irctc I have booked two tickets with pnr [protected] and [protected] with a option of book only if lower birth is allotted and your system gave me upper birth. My mom is 58 she can't travel with upper birth. Kindly refund my payment as it was your system fault not my fault failing in doing so will take further action against you but I won't allow you take my money like that. My number is [protected]

                                    I had booked [protected] and [protected] this ticket under the option of BOOK ONLY IF LOWER BIRTH IS AVAILABLE and the tickets I got are all Upper birth . Kindly provide lower birth or provide me full refund

                                      Hi,

                                      I have file the TDR against the PNR. Number [protected] for reason "Train Diverted and Train Not Touching Destination Station.", and I had received the Reference No :[protected].
                                      This is your kind information this TDR filed before train departure from Chandigarh station. I am not getting SMS/email for train divert other route on this day.

                                      When i got too knew than i immediate filled the "TDR” on dt: -01-July-2016 just before 2.30 hours of the train departure. After almost three months back the amount i got it's just only Rs.40 as
                                      refunded amount as per the irctc. However, my original ticket amount of
                                      Rs.1470/-.

                                      My requesting you please refund my actual amount I don’t know why this less amount has been refunded. This is not my fault it’s totally Indian railway fault, if any train route divert they should be notifying and liable to pay full amount as per refund rule.
                                      I had booked the booked the ticket almost one month before and after almost 4 months back they refunded only Rs.40 /-

                                      Please Clarify me on this why this small amount refunded.

                                      Dear, Sir i have booked 2ticket dated[protected] having pnr number [protected] and [protected] and the same date i will cancel it.a conformation mail of cancelation done in to my mobile number but the refundable ammount will not come to my account yet.plz sir consider my case and refund my ammount..
