I, SHANMUKH RAO K., Age: 61, journeyed on 21.11.2016, PNR: [protected]
Train No. 16382, Tirupati to Pune, state that the employees of the Pantry not maintained quality for drinkable (tea, coffee) etc also not maintained the prices of all items as per IRCTC price list. They are collecting 42% extra on tea and coffee and even not drinkable.
I request to IRCTC, please control them and stop to collect extra money from passengers.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have booked a ticket on 7th november 2016 from mumbai cst to bhatinda in tatkal quota but as the ticket didnt get confirmed on 8th november 2016 the amount of Rs.940/- which was charged it didnt get refund yet.
kindly resolve this query as soon as possible.
