Dear IRCTC,
I am using irctc login as sankar_msc for more than 8 years, just 2 months before i got an error message stating that your account suspended, i wrote a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in, they told the reason is "Use of auto fill scripts or enormous hitting on site", i asked for the proof, coz for creating one more user i need to buy a new mobile connection & new mail id, this is horrible, but i asked one help that request to delete my account, so that i can create a new login with my existing mobile no & mail id, but they won't agree for that, finally they sent a mail that they forwarded the to concern department for the proof, it happens on 22.08.2016, till now there is no response, what will be the solution, request to do some action to resolve it.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My PNR no. is [protected] and I booked railway ticket online, for the date 18/09/2016 from ANVT to ALD and when I cancelled that ticket money was not refunded. I have cancelled that ticket on september 14. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
