    Hello sir, i have booked my ticket for new delhi to patna for date of journey 4/11/2016.In this ticket the fare of my 7 years son has been deducted but in the ticket the booking status is shown as no seat/birth avaialble whreas till date there is wait list ticket is available on sites.
    As at the time of booking there are seats available hence requested to look into the matter and arrange to provide seat/birth as per norms.
    In this regard i am enclosing the copy of booked tickets.

      Am shocked at the service of the railway officers who are not able to refund my money. Sir, its been a year since I filed my TDR. Me and my family were going to attend a function in patiala date 10 may 2015. The train "AMRITSAR EXPRESS" PNR. NO [protected] was scheduled at 4:30 am but because of some reasons it was 3-4 hours late, so we did not board the train and filed the TDR- REF.no EKT[protected] and Transaction no. [protected]. Its been a year and I want you to refund my money as soon as possible. I have called the office n number of times but to no avail.
      I called the office and they rejected my appeal to refund my money. They are saying that we boarded the train and if not they want me to show them the proof that we went to patiala with some other conveyance but sir we did not go to patiala to attend the function. Sir, how can I give a proof of something that actually did not happened.
      I want you to look in this matter immediately as it's been almost a year.
      Sir please help a honest yet indignant person to get the money back.

        I have booked two tickets from IRCTC.money was deducted but ticket not booked.I have mailed to IRCTC.subsequently I have received a mail from IRCTC that the money has been transferedto my account.I have checked my account and found that there is no such refund.Transaction no [protected], [protected], date 3/8/2016.train no 12393.amount 1003.

          Quality of food is too bad and contacted with the restaurant personnel ...they told us that they made it in that day but after tasting it is dam sure it was previouse cooking. As a result no customers were there for lunch...at first we could not guess that why no one is there... ultimately we cant eat the lunch and at last loss of money...so I request not to do next time and dont cheat anyone like that tasteful food are there...thanks

              Visited the food outlet Food Express at Surat station platform no.1. The cashier Sunil Kumar charged me extra amount than that printed on the menu. I am enclosing the retail invoice and also photograph of the menu. They are not updating the menu prices and cheating the public. People will always order by looking at the prices of the printed menu as many people are running on tight budget. It is their responsibility to keep the menu updated.

                I am Sambhu Nath Adhikari, have an irctc account (sam_adin) and usually whenever I/we wish to travel I had booked my railway ticket from irctc. I had booked three tickets on june for october 2016. Now from last month I saw that I account is suspended due to "Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site". I dont know their error message and for what it is raise. Then I am asking several times to let me know the exact reason behind this. They told me to open a new account with new mobile number and new email account. This is very funny that it is not necessary to someone have more than one mobile. I heard that so many people having this problem. So as a consumer I want know what is going on behind this?

                    I booked ticket from irctc, using net banking facility (on 03/08/2016) . Money was immediately deducted from my bank account. But the ticket was not booked.
                    And money is still not refunded.

                      My family & I were to travel from Kopargaon Station to Yeshvanthpur, Bangalore on[protected] by Ahmedabad - Yeshvanthpur Express. On reaching the station we were informed that the train had been cancelled. We understand that the fare would be returned to the passengers immediately without applying for the same. However, IRCTC has still not refunded the amount. PNR numbers are as under:

                            My name is Sonali Ray Khan and my user name is sonali106 .During the booking time, 2 failed transactions are made from your side.

                            1) [protected] 5th july Rs.433/-
                            2) [protected] 14th jun Rs.1373/-
                            I Send you all my Bank statements details according to your requirement but still now You can't refund my money.Again I am sending my all bank statements where you will see my money goes to IRCTC A/C. but IRCTC can't send me the refund amount of (Transaction No. [protected] & [protected]).

                            But your official says that, [protected], [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. IRCTC are 100% layer and frought. Already I have submitted my bank statement 3 times, where clearly shows that in case of both transactions ([protected], [protected]) amount was debited towards IRCTC. Today I going to my bank and check every thing where clearly shows that amount was debited towards IRCTC.
                            Now I feeling bad experience with IRCTC service. Please refund my money as early as possible

Mera tatkal ticket waiting me tha lekin bad me conferm hokar S4/56 net me dikha rha tha lekin vaha koe aur baitha tha jinka bhi S4/56 seat nom. tha. vo us seat se hatne ke lie taiyar nahi the and mughse ladaye kr rhe the. Mai TC ko rat 2:00am tak dhudati rhi lekin vo nahi mile na 1 bar bhi ticket check krne aae. Jisase mughe bahut problem huee. Bad me TC 4:00am par aaya tab pata chala ki usaka AC me ho gaya tha and vo seat meri thi. Jise batane na AC vala TC aaya na hi hamare dibbe vala. Sir, my PNR No. [protected].

                                  In irctc ticket reservation pages we got to see ads increasing. ads placed near important buttons like next, replan.
                                  Few ads covers the page, not displaying the details.

                                  Railways looks greedy by admitting these ads over and above the exhorbitant rates on service charges, taxes, cancellation fees etc.

                                  I request to take immediate action and make irctc look more decent.

                                    I had booked a ticket bearing PNR NO [protected] in train no 12822 / DHAULI EXP in chair car. My ticket could not be confirmed and remained in Fully Waited List even after preparation of chart. The cost of booking was Rs. 371/-, however I got Rs. 260/- as refund amount. Please explain the details as the cancellation charges is not applicable in this case and only clerkage amount is supposed to be deducted.

                                      I booked a ticket today at irctc site and was amazed by the way the booking is done. Booked a ticket in kolkata rajdhani (12302) for my parents, father is senior citizen and mother is near to that age, but got two upper berth tickets in spite of selecting at least 1 lower berth. There were 137 seats available, if i go via an agent paying extra money, we easily get lower berth tickets, but if we do the booking i do not know how the allocation works, do not get lb tickets. I think ir should get their priorities right and rectify the ticket allocation process instead of asking aged ailing people to get up upper berths.
