My name is Sonali Ray Khan and my user name is sonali106 .During the booking time, 2 failed transactions are made from your side.
1) [protected] 5th july Rs.433/-
2) [protected] 14th jun Rs.1373/-
I Send you all my Bank statements details according to your requirement but still now You can't refund my money.Again I am sending my all bank statements where you will see my money goes to IRCTC A/C. but IRCTC can't send me the refund amount of (Transaction No. [protected] & [protected]).
But your official says that, [protected], [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. IRCTC are 100% layer and frought. Already I have submitted my bank statement 3 times, where clearly shows that in case of both transactions ([protected], [protected]) amount was debited towards IRCTC. Today I going to my bank and check every thing where clearly shows that amount was debited towards IRCTC.
Now I feeling bad experience with IRCTC service. Please refund my money as early as possible
