I am sending you transaction id and pnr no. please check out all these transaction history and try to refund all the extra transaction on my each ticket on which you have charged extra cost by sending the bull message like tips/scg/pos/irctc. otherwise i will have to go through consumer forum.

These all are the transaction id of my booked ticket and after that you have charged extra money on each ticket as per your wish texting tips/scg/pos/irctc. each extra transaction is done after two or three days of booking. please check out all these id you will got the transaction detail.

I have done every transaction from my axis bank debit card. my card no. is *1135. and my account no. is [protected].

Please try to resolve my problem. this is a kind request.

    I reached station before time and then there was announcement that abhatoofan exp will be going till mughalsarai junction. i was shocked and discussed with station master then he said some railway track issues occured so abhatoofan exp will go till mughalsarai junction not new delhi railway station. sir due to this i faced lots of problem. chat was prepared so due to that i was not able to cancle my ticket then as discussed with station master and customer care at 139 i filed tdr at the same time and day 23rd june. sir recently i saw that my tdr was repudiate and i didnt got any refund. kindly check the issue and refund my amount. please take action towards it.

        Train being late

        I have reservations in train number 12663 with pnr number[protected] and I am an defence person ho had to report at his duty station in vizag by 0800 hrs, if the train is been late I want to know that it's been my fault or railways...

        Most o[censored]s plan their travel and then book tickets on Irctc so that we have a confirmed seat and we can travel with comfort however, somtimes we have to book tickets through Tatkal process at urgent requirement. I am shocked with the process. I was trying to book tickets for Lucknow from New Delhi for 04/07/2016 on 12430. What Tatkal window opened at 10:00 am, I can clearly see that we have 180 seats available. With no delay and perfect internet speed, I was able to book ticket at 10:01 am, I was stunned with my ticket status. I got ticket with 6 waiting.

        It this really possible that 186 seats get occupied within 1 minute. Its becoming annoying for a common man to book a Tatkal ticket and travel accordingly.

        I want this process cleared.

          I booked 4 e-ticket(SL) from Coimbatore to chennai through irctc mobile application.The total ticket cost is Rs. 1260/4 ticket and debited in my account but ticket is waiting list and ticket not confirm. I goto ask enquiry section they tell ticket is automatically cancelled & amount will refund your account. They refund only Rs.1020 then I call to customer care they told balance amount Rs.240/4 ticket is cancellation charge
          Its totally cheating the customer because they not told automatic cancellation ticket should charge cancellation ticket Rs.60/ticket
          myself cancel the ticket means they get cancellation charge I accept that but how automatic cancellation ticket should be charge Rs.60/ ticket
          Its totally disappointing customers

            This is completely false. i didnt travel that day.indeed i travelled in the evening in train 12321. pnr number - [protected]. how can i travel twice on same day and on the same route on two different trains. please help me get my refund

              I sunita f/26 with my mother kusumlata f/52 and aunt suresh devi f/47
              Traveling from katra to new delhi. on 27 midnight to shree shakti express train no.22462
              When i reached to station i check my tickets are in waiting list and watings are only of 6, 7, passengers. when i try to talk tte of coach b1 (a. c.) three tyre.
              Tte started misbehaving with me and my family. i am trying to convince him but he started using abusing language and push down from train. he didn't allows us to traveling to train.
              Then we march to deputy superdent of railway of katra station. he also started saying can't help us. it cause me and my family a mentally and physically depression to us. please talk strict actions to tte and deputy superdent of katra.
              I m attaching the picture of my ticket please check out and take strict actions.

                Denial of lower birth to senior citizen

                I have booked a train ticket from jabalpur to Nagpur through e- ticket (Internet) for my journey on 3rd July 2016. Being a senior citizen (65 yrs) I requested for Lower birth in the train. Contrary to my request, I was allotted side upper birth which may cause inconvinience to me due to my age.
                I request the Railway minister and Railway Board to look into the matter and make suitable arrangement in the system so that such instances...

                I booked 2 ticket in 13010 to travel on 14th june, train was 3.30 hr delayed from its origin it self and was almost 4 hours delayed at my boarding point. I filled the dtr on 15th june morning and i see the trd is failed due to the reason "invalid tdr timestamp".

                Please see the attachment for the details.

                I am yet to receive my refund. Please let me know.

                  This pnr number [protected] was on waiting list and not confirmed after the chart was prepared which means automatically got cancelled. However i have received only rs. 55 out of rs. 138 of money for this.

                  Though its a normal booking waitlist.

                  Please let me know why they detect my money if the waiting list is not confirmed from there end.

                    There must be a transference in berth status (Available) while booking ticket especially when tickets are available within hundred.
                    Through this pnr i have booked ticket for six person out of which two senior citizen and two person more than fifty age. Basically i was tried to book with condition to have lower berth, not available. Then i thought if i get any two middle berth also we can adjust to travel at least, out of sixty five available berths and i have booked the tickets, finally i got all the ticket in upper and side upper berth status.
                    Due to this ticket status and i have cancelled all the tickets there is no other way either. Almost 80 per cent of money deducted against the ticket cost and rest refunded to my account.
                    The problem is that if the berth status should have shown in the system (On count basis) i would have not even try to book the ticket. Now i lost my 80 per cent of money due to this effort.
                    Kindly enhance the system to show the berth status (Availability) in the page while booking the ticket.

                      I booked ticket on 27.6.2016 at about 10 am, one sleeper class ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai in Hussain sagar express in the name of B Sudarsanamu, age 52 and Date of journey is 17.8.2016. Amount of fare Rs 448 is debited to my ICICI credit card account 4xxx1003 but till date the ticket details are not appearing in Booked ticket history. Pl update my ticket details in Booking history.
                      In case my transaction is not successful, inform me immediately so that I can book one more ticket.

                        This is to inform you that i booked train ticket from agra to nizzamuddin for 13th june 2016 for 5 individuals which was rac at the time of booking later on it was confirmed. When we went to railway station we got the information from t. T. E. That the train is 5 hours late and we boarded another train after 4 pm. Though the train was late i filed tdr before boardin another train. And after some time, i recieved email from railways that the tdr was repudiate with the reason train was late only 32 minutes how ever we boarded another train after 4:00 pm till that time trains was not there. Request you please check with the concern department

                        i received call from irctc from number [protected], and they said are ready to transfer amount in my credit card and they were asking for credit card details and they tried to make transaction of 9000 but it got decline as i gave them wrong information and i asked them it is confidential information i cannot share with them but they insisted me to share the same, they were very rude and i have the recording of the same .

                          Hi Team,

                          I have seen weird behavior of irctc.co.in after 5 years o[censored]sing irctc account. After I logged in to irctc.co.in, It says "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended." I called to irctc customer care and asked for re-activating my account. they said it have been blocked forever because of fraudulent activity. I am amazed hearing that since I am not sure what fraud activity I have done. Now they said I have to create new account with new mobile number and new email ID. Seriously horrible process that to get the irctc account I have to change my mobile number, that is really worst process ever I have seen.

                              I am here to register complain regarding irctc as they have cheated customers.

                              I have done reservation from bhopal to anuppur at amarkantak express of date 05/07/16 of pnr [protected]. I have selected lower birth seat and also marked the option that book only if specified seat allowed, but after payment processing they have allowed me upper birth, this happens previously many times also.

                              Help me to get the respective seat and also take strict action against irctc that they are cheating customer and charge them .

                                  1. Refer to my pnr no [protected] (Train no - 12840) booked on 26 jun 16 using irctc through net banking.
                                  2 during payment option first i did payment through sbi netbanking after complition of transction, irctc side shows it was not completed so choose other option, so i did payment through hdfc net banking and transaction was completed and ticket was booked.
                                  3. After booking i have received sms from sbi regarding deduction of charge for irctc ticket booking. (Reference of on line transcation with hdfc and sbi with reference no is attached herewith)
