Complaint for missing of name on waiting list and wrong information given ttc

Irctc booking - worst customer care support

Didn't get refund against Waiting ticket

I booked 5 Nos. 3 tier AC tickets vide PNR [protected] from Surat to Muzaffarpur journey date was[protected].

Out of 5 tickets 1 got RAC and 4 didn’t get berth. As per normal understanding which we have faced if i-ticket don’t ‘get confirmed amount will be refunded and you can’t travel with that ticket. Hence I also thought I will get refund for 4 tickets but till now I haven’t received...

i've an account in irctc.co.in from 3 months back i've booked tickets from kakinada to banglore and then we logout from that site after 3days we trying to open that id but it shows it your id is disabled when we are trying to login ...if already checked to recover in your site but it shows your email id is invalid

I am srinivas i have booked ticket from new delhi to chennai in GT express unfortunately that ticket was in waiting list. so i cancelled the ticket at 21st may 2016.In IRCTC website they mentioned my amount is refunded But till now i cannot receive my refunded amount (1840 rs)in my account kindly do needful for this.

Train cancelled without any kind of message or information

We booked four tickets for jammu tawi in 3a ac class and the train no. Is 09021. We got the message that ticket is confirmed. Yesterday, i checked pnr status and suddenly i'm seen that the train is cancelled. The train is cancelled without any kind of mail, text or information so tell me now how we going to jammu without any reservation. Now, we are face lot of problems for travel to jammu. Charging more rates for foods and drinks including water

Railway catering staffs are not supplying the foods and drinks as per the rates fixed by IRCTC.
Mostly cheating the passengers by charging more.
Bette all the food supply staffs should have approved rate chart, so that passanger can verify and buy as per the approved rates.
Witnessed in my travel they are charging more Rs. 5 to Rs.10 than the approved rates....

We had to go to dehradun to attend my cousin's marriage. So, i had booked 02 tickets thru my irctc account joshi_pk1 on train 12205 nanda devi express of 23-feb-2016 from ndls to ddn dep 23:50 hrs (Pnr [protected]).

I have booked tatkal ticket through irctc website, unfortunatley my journey plan has changed, so i could not use this ticket and not made journey through train
Regarding this i filed tdr through irtctc. But when filing tdr, i have entered reason wrongly... As coach damaged by mistake. So i want to cancel the tdr, which i filed for wrong reason...

Cheating in allotment of seats

I booked my ticket from anand vihar, delhi to varanasi, train no.- 22408 on 22/5/2016 (Travel date 13/6/2016)..
