In My trip from Chennai Egmore to Trichy in Vaigai Express, during a stop in Villupuram Junction the vendors overcharged me by selling Rail Neer at ₹20 while its MRP is ₹15.Similarly a PET Bottle of Pepsi costed ₹40 instead of its MRP of ₹34. This is a serious flouting of Rules and Regulations. The Vendors were wearing uniforms so I infer that they are working for a company that has won a tender from IRCTC. I would like the IRCTC and the Ministry of Railways to take immediate action against the Company and conduct investigation in other Railway Stations also.

Mob: [protected], E mail: [protected]@yahoo.co.in, [protected]@gmail.com In Sri Lanka Ramayana Trail tour conducted between 9-12Dec'15, from Kolkata with tour guide Mr Kinkar, itinerary was not followed: 9.12.15-Ravana Temple & Cave (missed); 10.12.15-Gayathri Peedam, Divurampola, Hakgala Garden (missed) 11.12.15: Ramboda and Ramboda waterfall, Mani Kutta, Bahirwakanda(missed) 13.12.15 Muneeshwaram Temple, Chilaw, Mannavair Temple, Little Kataragamam (missed).Whenever we complained that itinerary is not being followed, the tour guide would give some excuse like in Ravana Temple & Cave there is nothing to see, or you all are too old to travel to that distance. On 11.12.15- The tour guide brought us at Kandy, lunch at 1200h. At 1700h we had to see a dance program me, not mentioned in itinerary, till 1230 to 1700 h we were kept captivated in hotel area, tour guide was untraceable, thus wasting our valuable time. The Tour guide, was seen indulged in drinking beer, as I saw twice. Never was he involved about the welfare of passengers, which was his prime duty. He in particular was more involved with a particular passengers who offered him tea/coffee ? beer and had no concern about other passengers. I feel bad about deliberate omitting itineraries, reason may be found out by you all. (Asia Adventure- The group responsible in Sri Lanka along with Indian Tour Guide were trying to save diesel and share the money themselves, since the bus gives 2km/liter and Diesel is about Rs 116/L) This is my 7th tour and first with IRCTC. I feel money me and wife Rs 93, 798 be returned back to me since it did not show Ramayana Trail and proper tour guide be employed so that passengers do not get cheated. Kindly an inquiry be done from your end for which I am available.

      I m seated on b2 seat 9, date 16/12/15. All the workers serving for B2 are bothering passengers for extra money. I have paid rs 3050 for ticket and still need to pay for extra??? Please take some action as they are spoiling the reputation of one of the best trains in India. I would prefer flight than getting bothered by these waiters. ShivaPuneeth

              Name : Amit Verulkar Mobile no : [protected] On line date of transaction for prepaid card : 27th november 2015 Amount paid : 2000 rupees I did not received any details of this card. 2-3 times mail was sent to '[protected]@unionbankofindia.com' still there is no response. It is said that this card is useful for quick ticket booking. I am totally doubtful as the receipt is taking months time. There is no response from IRCTC on complaint. calling toll free no is also not helping. need strong action

                Hello, I booked ticket from Salem to Chennai in 12244/SHATABDI EXP on Dec-02 2015. Because of heavy rain in Chennai train got delayed by more than 5 hours so i was not able to travel in the train so i filed TDR with Passenger not travelled the very same day. Now the status of the ticket changed to CR Repudiate with reason as "Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF" but i filed TDR the same day after my boarding time. Please help me on this problem.                     Dear Sir, On 15.12.2015 i made online fee payment for ticket booking for tarana road to HABIBGANJ two times of Rs.50/- through my BANK OF INDIA Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.                                 Food and beverage price in train No-12967

                                The vendor in train No. 12967 selling tea and coffee at Rs. 10/cup. Which is 43% more than the pricrbed by irctcb quality and quatity also bad The sellers are miss behave with the passenger who question the price. I am traveling in this traij regularly.                                 Pnr- [protected] I have filed a tdr against this pnr on 6th nov because of rescheduling of train.i have emailed many a times to irctc but they reply that they have not received any refund til date from zonal officer.it has been a month till now i hv not received my refund. Even irctc customer care is not answering calls

                                      I had booked online 03 AC dormitory at Katra Guest House for 07.11.2015 date in view of our family trip planned for Maa Vaishno Devi with an advance payment of Rs. 4356. Booking details are: IRCTC Guest House, Katra Transaction ID - [protected] and hotel confirmation id [protected] Date of booking - 04.10.2015 on 31.10.2015, I tried to cancel the reservation online as per the procedure mentioned but the website not supported the cancellation. I called on 139, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for the same but to no avail. Email was also sent from my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.com, [protected]@rediffmail.com, wazir.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@irctc.com on 31.10.2015 and follow up mail on 03.11.2015.
