I have booked my tatkal ticket through irctc from kalyan to nashik at 7:10 . When i entered to board my place i was shocked by seeing that the entire train was occupied by some political people. Myself and my wife were thrown off from our place. I pulled the emergency chain at 7:40, but no police or tc has approached to our compartment. All the people who were present over there simply shouting at us. I was hurt entirely. I never had such a worst experience in my life. . Such a worst response from railway. If the train is already allotted for any function or for any party why should they book ticket? i am very shameful.

        As chennai received heavy rainfall, our house surrounded by flood, i have booked 2 tickets from chennai egmore to thiruvarur on 05/12/2015, in karaikal express. I have cancelled the train ticket on 03/12/2015. Because i cannot travel, since my house is flooded, after that i heard the news that train was cancelled, what refund amount i will get? First it was stated 180 rs as refund amount . But now train was cancelled. So would i get full refund or rs 180 . I need the answer as soon as possible.my pnr no is [protected]

          PNR No. [protected]. I booked a ticket online for me and my wife on 03.12.2015 by Konark Express in 3rd AC for journey on 03.02.2016 from Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad. The status showed 115 berths available. I opted for Side Lower and Side Upper berths. Given the no. of vacancies, I was very sure of getting the opted berths. But to my utter surprise I am allotted with berths 2 and 50, both middle berths. Is it not bizarre to get 2 and 50 when there are 115 vacancies. Where is 2 and where is 50 in a compartment. Pl check my PNR No. [protected]. Now I am bound to cancel my ticket and loose financially in that process.                   Unfair Practice.IRCTC website. My complaint is, Why do you allow Tatkal Waitlisted Tickets by IRCTC online booking. Why should passenger suffer loss, even if he has not got Confirmed ticket. Today I was planning to book Sleeper Tatkal ticket for train no.12655 Ahm Chennai Navjeevan exp from Ahmedabad to Bhusawal. At sharp 11am, on Irctc website's Tatkal qouta I had seen 123 seats available, I started online booking procedure, website took my payment and at the end showed my Waitlist of 18. This was cheating. Then to cancel that Tatkal Waitlisted ticket, I loose Rs 90. Finally I got refund of Rs 380, where as I had paid Rs 465 from ICICI netbanking account. You should not give Waiting in Tatkal Qouta. Kindly look into it. This is Cheating happening. Naresh Sharma

                    Sir, On Sunday evening, I tried to board the lalbagh express at Perambur station, Chennai with my 2 small kids. That sunday was close to diwali holidays. Since my compartment S10 was near the unreserved compartment, the compartment was fully occupied with unreserved people. With much difficulty, I boarded the train with my 2 yr kid in hand and a luggage but my purse was stolen within minutes in that heavy rush. Now, I am left with the scar of boarding the train in Perambur and on sunday evening. So, it looks like people should only book AC chair to avoid these issues. I request IRCTC to please do something for the people occupying reserved compartments. Can you please increase the unreserved compartments on Sundays and on Holidays ? Also, please put penalty for people occupying reserved compartments. regards A sufferer

                      PNR:[protected] Tickets were booked for 3 passengers. Two were confirmed while 1 was waitlisted. The waitlisted passenger did not travel.Thus as per below policy we had to file TDR writh in 72 hours of arrival at destination. https://www.services.irctc.co.in/beta_htmls/REFUND%20RULES%20wef%201-Jul-13.pdf We reached at our destination at Saturday, 21 November 2015, 08:10:00 while I filed TDR on Monday, 23 November 2015, 14:58:00 (Transaction ID [protected]) thus the difference is less than 55 hours, but still the refused TDR mentioning " Invalid TDR Timestmap : WL " If anyone from IRCTC reads this, please reply.Otherwise. I would like to raise this to railways if IRCTS fails to answer.

A TDR was filed at the same time. Its been 6 months as you can see, but no response has been got. I can only see a status CR registered on my irctc account.I called up the northern railway and they said it is rejected. I don't see a reason why this is rejected as 2 tickets were not confirmed at all and this is unfair from your side.                             I had booked a waiting e- ticket but was not confirmed charged rs217 approx including irctc service charge, but after automatic cancellation irctc have mailed me that they will refund only rs138 into my bank's account. Why is it so? And other thing is that I am calling at Customer support line but no one is receiving call and money goes on charging, I spent rs 30 in call but haven't talked to any executive till now. Why irctc is doing this type of money laundering policy.? Now I will file case against irctc soon. In call Support line I think irctc earns daily of approx rs20 lakhs. Just think.

                                I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is Deepyaman7). Unfortunately, I forgot my password. I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS. But, I can't get email verification password. I have tried twice and both of the time no email i have got.Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account.

                                    This is being insane. I tried booking a tatkal ticket online. It shows seats available. But, when I finish booking, I get a ticket of 118 waiting list. Even if IRCTC attaches a new hogi for the train my ticket will not be confirmed.
                                    Evenon a Sunday morning my money is deducted and when I ask for a refund I am being asked to wait for 5-6 WORKING DAYS. The earlier government used to suck our blood out. We thought this new government can do something better and so we voted for them. But these are more dangerous. They suck even our bones and out o[censored]s.
