    I booked a ticket of three passengers from 12184 train from lucknow to bhopal on 24 nov 2015 but as when the tickets booked seats vacant transaction id [protected] from irctc id nehadev200 of amount rs 3630 through sbi credit card which is showing as refunded on my irctc id but still amount is not refunded into my card . please look into the matter . neha srivastava neha.[protected]@gmail.com mob [protected]

        Again today my experience with Shatabdi Train remembered me about my travel 10 years back. Same improper quantity, missing food items, poor or say third class service from the attenders.

        Even when complained they told that "its not possible" simple one liner.

        Ordered Non-Veg meal at the time of bookings and received Veg meal with one liner "not posssible"

        Received snacks in evening with missing products and less articles and received again one liner "not possible and thats what available"

        So; why am i paying for such crap train and service when i am not getting it.

          Dear IRCTC team, Please note that I do frequent ticket booking on www.irctc.com for hassle free transaction. One of my TDR is not yet settled after giving so many reminders. it's been a long time (almost 5 months) to get a revert on the same. TDR was filled for PNR No. [protected] I had filed the TDR because ticket was partially confirmed. Out of 3 passengers, only one got a confirmed seat. That is why they did not travel with that ticket (note that they travelled 2 days later with another confirmed ticket). I have been sending e-mails to IRCTC but get the below response always: "Kindly note that all refund policy is framed by Indian Railway. TDR Refund is process/approved/repudiated by zonal Railway as per Refund Rules. IRCTC forward the case to Zonal Railway on the basis of customer requests. Once refund received from Zonal Railway, it will be credited back to customer account." I don't understand if IRCTC sends me this response only then whom should I contact from Railway. I have also sent e-mails on [protected]@swr.railnet.gov.in many times but did never get any reply back. Kindly settle the TDR soon. Ticket cost was Rs. 4770 and I am awaiting my refund of around Rs 3850 (50% deduction on 1 confirmed seat charges of Rs. 1590 and Rs 120 for 2 waiting list seat as confirmed be IRCTC executive thru 139 before filing the TDR) Please call me on [protected] or write me at er.[protected]@gmail.com if required. S roychoudhury, having ill health and old age can not climb upper berth. I request for one LB as per rly ministry's decision for her for safe journey and inform me. earlier.

              I have issued ticket of second sitting class in bandra okha spl train 09561 on 24/11/15.my seat no was D2-33.But when train arrived on baroda station there is no such coach in train.other passenger like me also searching for D2 coach.I have asked the Ticket cheker about the coach and surprise what he himself dont know where is D2.someone said the coach behind the engine is D2, but there was no lable on it, there is no lable of seat number in that coach and it was full of general passanger.hence i have to travel in general coach.I am very disappointed with indian railway.

                Hi, I tried to book a tatkal ticket on my user ID Kishorgzb from Anand Vihar Terminal TO Kiul Jn on[protected] against which transaction amount Rs. 699.20 has been deducted vide Transaction Id No. [protected] from my debit card but ticket has not been booked. only massage been display 'No Seats available. Transaction is dropped'. but refund is not made till the date there for you are requested to arrange the my transaction. Regards Kishor Kr. Bharti

                  This is to inform you that whenever I use tatkal service for booking a train for new delhi, and as I enter the captcha after filling all the necessary details like name, age, sex, etc., it always shows incorrect for the first time and when I re-enter the same, till then all the tickets are booked. Also, there is no option for State bank of India in net banking payment option. Instead there are other State banks in State bank group. This is really a horrible service IRCTC is providing. Ultimately I end up in contacting the agents to book ticket for me, who charge exorbitant price to book the ticket. I don't understand what is the benefit I am getting using online service to book Tatkal ticket, when I don't get a ticket at all. I am disappointed with the kind of service IRCTC is providing. The same kind of problem is faced by many users also to book a train to any metropolitan city using Tatkal service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and try to improve the services.

                    Its thrice a day, I tries booking rail ticket and the reservation failed irrespective of payment being done. The message says payment requested. This is process creates so much of confusion. I would like irctc to suggest a change in the process of ticket booking because its becoming inconvenient to book a train ticket from the only portal provided by Indian rail. Please make sure if you are deducting the money, then the user must receive a reservation!!

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            There are 2 issues.

                            1) I have booked 2 tickets from Allahabad JN(ALD) to Bangalore JN (SBC) (SANGHA MITRA 12296) on 21/Sep/2015 for the travel date 17/November/2015.
                            Out of which, only 1 tickets got confirmed after chart prepared and One was in waiting list after chart prepared.
                            So out of those two tickets. I had cancelled one ticket 5hr before (21.30 pm on 16/November/2015) before train came as only my seat confirm and applied TDR.
                            So, we need

                            a) TDR amount for that one ticket

                            b) for the remaining ONE tickets which are waitlisted, we need to get full refund amount.
                            But we didn't get any refund till now for any one of ticket and TDR Status shows CR Repudiate
                            PNR no: [protected]

                            **I filled TDR before 5 hrs train arrival (Rule is 3 hrs before) and 1 ticket is not at all confirm so why I did not receive any amount??

                              I Prem Mohnani doing journey with Train name Navjeevan Exps Train no 12655 in Sleeler class with seat no S10 5 to 6 PNR No [protected], [protected]

                              We sat our seats and your catering boy comes at us for sold Idli Sambar and suddenly Sambhar was throw down in my shoes after that he talked bad words with me and also told me that 'kya kar lega be'

                              Here is our Cabin also dirty but no one comes here for cleaning aprrox 40 to 50 mins

                                I have booked nagpur to pune ticket in tatkal qouta for 2 passangers on 11/08/2015. Date of journey was 12/08/2015. PNR no. [protected]. Cancellation id- [protected]. TDR filing date-12/08/15. TDR status-CR registered.even after 3 months of filing TDR, i did not get refund amount.                                   I have booked a ticket using IRCTCMobile application on 19 11 15. The PNR number is [protected]. Travel date is 23 11 15. The reference number is [protected] for 2 persons travelling from Trichy to Chennai. As the chart is prepared though time is there for cancellation of ticket.                                     This is vikas one of the passenger of special ac suvidha train. I have covered journey on 20.11.15 train no.00863. My complain is about rate and quantity of the food provided by the catering service. The catering staff are not providing as per railway list. They are also taking rs.100 instead of rs.50 for the lunch. When ask for rate list and item they took a name khan. Please clarify how corruption in railway may remove. Upto which time public will pay extra price instead of exact price. They are taking just double. Please ensure me after verification. Thanks

                                      Hi, I tried to book a tatkal ticket from ADONI TO DADAR on[protected]. Every time after the payment is done, an error message is displayed as 'No Seats available. Transaction is dropped'. But I could see there are tickets available. I continued this for five times till the tickets were available, but I could not book the ticket and I received the same error message every time. Money is also debited from my account. I am worried as I could not book the ticket and I will have to make alternate plans that will be costlier. Please solve this problem at the earliest and help people who are using...

                                        Sir, repeated unsuccessfull attempts were made on[protected] to book round about ticket in the name of Jubin ThomasVarghese through Ethiyad airlines for travel Kuwait to kochi[protected]and Kochi to kuwait[protected]as per the following details a)HDFC credit card of Thomas T Mali 1 transactions at Rs 15268/- Transcation ID NO b)HDFC debit card of Mary Mali 1 transaction at Rs 14961/- Transcation ID NO[protected] The transactions was repeatedly shown as "server error"on the system and no indication was coming up for E.Ticket print out.Had the ticket been booked/confirmed the server should have advised to print out.The passenger had ultimately traveled from Kuwait to Kochi with another ticket.A complaint was lodged on time on[protected] but so far no reply We requested both etihad and irctc to return the amount( Rs30229/-) credited in HDFC account as per details of (a) and (b) above.
