On 25/6/15 at 0804 hours. I purchased 3 tickets from Mumbai CST to Wardha and transferred Rs 1267.80 through internet from my account in ICICI Bank, However I did not get the ticket, Therefore at 1704 hours on 25/6/15, I again paid to IRCTC Rs. 1267, 80 for the same tickets (PNR no. [protected]), I have thus paid Rs 1267.80 twice to IRCTC for 3 tickets from Mumbai CST to Wardha.
A copy of a statement of account issued by ICICI Bank showing two debits of Rs. 1279.20 is attached.
Kindly therefore arrange to refund Rs. 1267, 80 to me at the earliest.
