Refund of difference of Fare against my 3rd A/c Ticket but forced to travel with my Family in Sleeper Class in peak summer after booking ticket in 60 Days advance booking .Reason as AC Coach not attached in Train no 22620 on 31/05/2015. Raised refund claim thru IRTC site TDR format but no provision for attaching TTE refund certificate in TDR but my, claim for refund rejection reason TTE refund certificate not there. But for your kind information iam having Refund certificate from TTE, pl find below attachement.     My train in Cancelled from your side. That is not my fault. At end time when we reached station then announce train is cancelled.its a joke. Katra Station Master Says SVDK Premium Train (22680) is out side thekedar Train. it is not Govt. railway train. we are not responsible for this train. But i have no knowledge about that it must be cancelled with in 72 hours from my login account. I request to you please give me my refund as soon as possible.       Hi.. On june 5th i booked 4 tickets from ctc to sec.From which 2tickets got confirm and 2tickets got waiting list.So waiting listed passengers didn't travelled. As per IRCTC refund rule upto june We should file TDR within 72 hours of departure of train.As per rule i filed TDR but now my status is TDR redupicated.         Dear Sir/Mam, I am a user of irctc online reservation system My name is Abhishek Tiwari and mob. [protected]. I have booked ticket on 26th May for travelling on 27th May in Tatkal Quota. PNR No. of ticket is [protected] Train no.12418 Prayag Raj Express. Unfortunately train has been cancelled by Indian Railways due to some reasons .But till today I did not receive my amount of ₹972.47/- . Please see in this matter and take an early action. Because of bad network I didn't cancelled my ticket by TDR but when the problem solved I cancelled but the cancellation was denied by irctc...I asked when the train was cancelled o why I cancelled the ticket u should pay my all refund as early as possible and please revert me in this matter...

          Dear Sir, I have booked ticket from Bhopal to Raipur on 18.06.2015 from Amarkantak Express. Due to fire at Itarsi Junction Amarkantak train was cancelled from Bhopal to Raipur.               Hello, I would like to report a complaint against IRCTC management. Details are as follows:- Train No. 18205 (Durg NTV Exp.), Date of Journey[protected], Raipur to Basti, Coach A1 Berth No. 2 & 4.               I would like to report a complaint against IRCTC management.
              Details are as follows:-

                Respected sir, I had my train from mumbai to bathinda. All the way i didn't see any of T.t on duty. I wander if the T.t didn't come in the train except A.c coach. Train no.12137, Date of travelling-20/6/2015, PNR no.-[protected], Coach- S-7 seat no.-70. Previously i had written a complaint through sms, on this no.-[protected], i wander if their wasn't a reply to my complaint because this was against the government services. Many a times i have travelled buti couldn't see any T.t doing his duty. I request the authority for whatever action is taken against this is brought to my notice. my contact no.-[protected] Thank you

                  I had booked 3 tickets under PNR No.[protected] for travelling from Howrah to Mathura by Udyan abha Express on 15.08.2015. While booking the tickets, I had mentioned Sr.Citizen quota with the choice of Lower Birth. But alas! not a single Lower Birth is allotted to any of the 3 members. My mother has recently undergone "both Knee Replacement" surgery. As such it is not possible for her to travel in Middle/Upper Birth. I, therefore request you to allot atleast one Lower Birth under the above PNR.                     Earlier there was ladies quota in double decker train, but now that has been removed. As it is well known that the seats in this train are bit closer to each other, it becomes uneasy for ladies to travel, when they had to sit with men or in between two men. Hence it would be very convenient if ladies quota is again brought into this system.

                          I had booked a first time online ticket through IRCTC website as per details below: Train Name - Jhelum Express, Train No. - 11077 Dt. of Journey - 19/06/2015 Class - 3A PNR No. [protected].There was no information of the said train diverted /cancelled from IRCTC. Upon reaching the station it was informed to me that the train has been diverted/cancelled. In the above circumstances, i am facing a lot of problems alongwith my wife and kids, Hence i had to make alternate arrangements. Sir kindly help us

                            This is about Lokmanya Tilak Train from Coimbatore to Lokmanya. Previously S10 was for unreserved sleeper. Now, they started giving reservation in same coach as well as they issue unreserved sleeper tickets. Though we reserve ticket in advance, we still suffer from rush and no point in getting sleeper coach ticket if you r just sitting all through your journey. S10 though reserved coach for namesake, its a general sleeper where people stand n travel. With your sleeper ticket, you r not allowed to sleep. And no TTR ll come to this coach. It's became a matter of money. They just sell tickets and no convenience for people.

                                Sirs, On 25/6/15 at 0804 hours. I purchased 3 tickets from Mumbai CST to Wardha and transferred Rs 1267.80 through internet from my account in ICICI Bank, However I did not get the ticket, Therefore at 1704 hours on 25/6/15, I again paid to IRCTC Rs. 1267, 80 for the same tickets (PNR no. [protected]), I have thus paid Rs 1267.80 twice to IRCTC for 3 tickets from Mumbai CST to Wardha. A copy of a statement of account issued by ICICI Bank showing two debits of Rs. 1279.20 is attached. Kindly therefore arrange to refund Rs. 1267, 80 to me at the earliest. Thanks and Regards.

                                  I am a regular user of IRCTC net booking site, Since last few months the Ticket printing facility is not working on the IRCTC booking site. Whenever this option is selected it goes back to login page. Similar problem exists with the "Contact us" option. As a result, one can not register a complaint also !! Request to take up with IRCTC to amend it ASAP regards Praveen Dhavale

                                    Sir/Madam, My name is R. Kamesh. I had a confirmed ticket in First A/C (PNR:[protected], B-Cabin from Thane JN to Raipur JN by Mumbai-Howrah Mail (12809) on 06/19/2015. The train was delayed by about 18 hours due to rains. My experiences after the train reached Thane was nothing short of harrowing: 1. The attendant of the First A/C compartment did not even open the door in Thane. I had to get into another compartment in the heavy rain and then carry my luggage all the way into the First A/C cabin without any help. 2. Even worse, there were rats in my cabin and they did tremendous damage of my luggage and items inside it. Many items that I purchased from the USA were damaged. Also, my food items were consumed. This is completely unacceptable by First A/C standards of Indian Railways. I have taken numerous images of the damages caused with my camera and have also given a written complaint to the coach attendant. I can furnish those images if needed. For the horrible experiences and the damages, I request you to kindly issue me a monetary compensation. Please let me know if additional details are needed. R. Kamesh

                                      This is to informed you that i am traveled from lucknow ne to bandra terminus dated:- 08-june-2015 alone because of my ticket is partially confirmed and waitlisted passengers did not travel .I am aware wait list passenger did not travel without confirmed ticket that's why i can't bring my wife to travel in wait list ticket & same thing i informed to ticket checker (Tte) . This is his responsibility to provide non travel certificate to me otherwise how i know to collect this certificate .
