Respected sir/madam, During the tatkal booking hours of around 10 a.m. on date 22/06/2015, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for 12289 CSTM-NGP Duronto Express for the journey date of 23/06/2015.The transaction ID is-[protected].The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my bank account.Kindly see through that the money is returned back to my bank account. .     Ticket booking status "Payment Requested"

    I tried to book one ticket for a single person against transaction reference no. "[protected]" and its status is showing Payment Requested. I tried to book another ticket then it is showing me an error message which is "You are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M per IP Address". While I have just tried to book only one ticket...

    I have registered in irctc with mobile number "[protected]" last day. After completion of registration process i got a notice that an activation link and mobile verification cod has been sent to the respective email id and mobile number. Few minute later i got a mobile verification code. But regret is that i have not received any activating link to my email "[protected]@gmail.com" untill now. I thought probably there would anythng wrong while sign up .i went to intiate the sign up process again but it said email and phone has been already registered... plz sir help me out..i kindly request you to send me the activating link to my email id as soon as possible.       Hi, Having good faith in IRCTC I booked a parcel on 15th June, 2015 by Ferozpur janata express from Valsad to Mathura. It was supposed to be delivered to mathura the next day. However when it was not received at mathuta and when I tried to trace back I found it was sent to Mumbai. After following up on that they promised deliver the parcel at mathura station on 22.06.2015. Again after cross checking with the staff I got an excuse that the parcel was under heavy load and they could not take it out within the time before train left and now it has reached Ferozpur. It has become more of frustration with going and checking for the same at Mathura station again and again apart from the inconvenience caused due to non delivery of the parcel. This is the reason I have to stay in Mathura till I get the parcel. It has already been about a week. The parcel is moving to every place except the destined station. Please look into this as soon as possible. Consignment number is: [protected] These small negligences and cold behavior by staff are turning out to be disastrous for people like us.

        Date: 23rd May PNR number: [protected] Train name: Mewar Express (12964) I had booked my ticket via online reservation system. The train got cancelled due to Gurjar agitation. Since it was not a cancellation by myself but rather the train itself got cancelled, I assumed that IRCTC will refund my money by itself and there is no request that needs to be filed by me.           the ticket was booked from secunderabad to delhi on 22june15 for 27june15 by choosing credit card as payment option. when i clicked on book ticket it failed but i got the message on my phone that the amount for ticket has been paid by the bank on behalf of my credit card. i even did not got the PNR no. please do the needed and confirm the ticket . if needed please call - [protected]

            Hi I have booked a ticket today on 22nd June'15 with PNR [protected] for my parents who are age of father 64 and mother 60. As per rule declared in this budget for seat allotment to senior citizen specially to a female passenger, accordingly I have selected a preference for Lower Birth. Surprisingly, after generation of PNR I have seen that IRCTC have allotted Side Upper to my mother and UB to my father. Now, I have cancelled the ticket as my mother cannt travel on Side Upper, this is completely ignorance of rule and insane activity by irctc. Now, who will pay my cancellation charges and who insures that now I will get confirmed ticket.

AT THE TIME OF BOOKING 25 BIRTHS WERE AVAILABLE EVEN THEN BOTH UPPER BIRTHS HAVE BEEN ALLOTED. KINDLY ARRANGE TO CONVERT AT LEAST B1-14 TO ANY LOWER BIRTH, SAY B1-9/12/15. PREFERENCE AY PLEASE BE GIVEN TO B1-15.

                    I booked a Premium Tatkal eticket with transaction ID [protected] on 19th June 2015 through the IRCTC website. It was a confirmed ticket with PNR no [protected], however I got a message at 15:06 PM saying that the ticket had been cancelled with a cancellation ID: [protected]. Since it was a PT ticket, I am entitled to no refund, however I never initated a request to cancel the ticket and hence, I am suffering a loss of 1210/- without cause.                         I booked e-ticket from my irctc id pnr no. [protected], train no. 11471, DOJ: 20/06/2015. Confirmed ticket from Indore to Madan Mahal.. As there was an accident occurred in ITARSI RRI (WCR railway) system, many trains are canceled... And Railways committed to refund full amount for the tickets of canceled trains.. I cancel my ticket on 19/06/2015, pnr no. [protected] before one day of journey as the train (train no. 11471) was canceled and wcr railways also not giving exect information about running and canceling train.. But my full amount was not refunded.. Deducted amount is refunded in my SBI a/c.. As the details from wcr railway are not confirmed by the authorized railway personals and also not on railway sites, it causes heavy trouble as well as canceling of train causes me great loss, I missed my exam which was in jabalpur & railway also deducted my canceled ticket amount... So, plz have a look on my complaint and refund my full amount...

We heard announcement in Ahmedabad junction as the train would not gone via Surat on that day(18-Jun-2015). We could not travel due that. Still I did not get any refund for the tickets.                             Hi Sir/Madam, This is in Reference to NDLS Premium Special, Train No : 22913, originating from Mumbai (BCT) was cancelled on 27/05/2015 due to Gujjar Strike on Railway Tracks due to Reservation . I was told by customer care that amount would be refunded within a week as its E-Ticketing but yesterday when i called 139 Railways customer care I was informed that i will not get refund as I was suppose to file TDR, I went to site but I’m not able to file. I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. I was told that the refund will be paid automatically as it happens in case of Trains Cancellation.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, My Ticket No.92915678, PNR No.[protected]. Date of Journey is 17.10.2015. Train No.12864. Ticket Booking Time 8.01 AM as per print in the ticket. I was the first person in the line.I got the ticket with waiting list of WL47, 48, 49. How it possible ? I want explanation . I think it is a internal corruption in the Rail department. I want Confirm ticket. Otherwise I am bound to FIR or notice to Rail Minister.

Is critically dealing with cleanliness in B1 coach and no one of either staff is taking methods to get through problem instead wasting time .There are cockroaches all over the coach I will be highly obliged if action will be taken with immediate affect

But i am unable to log in to my irctc id for cancellation of the said tickets.
