Misleading Message by IRCTC

I booked a ticket (PNR No. [protected]) in 3rd AC by Orissa Sampark Kranti Express ( from New Delhi to Jajpur Keonjhar Road) for 3 of my family members for their journey on 29.05.2015. On the evening of 28.05.2015, I received a SMS from IRCTC on my mobile that the train No. 12820 Orissa Sampark Krant scheduled to start from New Delhi on 29.05.2015 is cancelled by Railways and you may cancel your ticket to claim refund as per railway rules....

Degrade of train ticket from Two tyre AC to Three tyre AC.

train delay

Train cancelled but Money not refunded
