      ON 16.06.15, WHEN 25 BIRTHS WERE AVAILABLE, IBOOKED 2 BIRTHS ( BOTH SR. CTZs.)AGAINST PNR [protected] AND B1-14 ( UPPER ) & B-16 ( SIDE UPPER ) BIRTHS HAVE BEEN ALLOTED TO ME. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING 25 BIRTHS WERE AVAILABLE EVEN THEN BOTH UPPER BIRTHS HAVE BEEN ALLOTED. KINDLY ARRANGE TO CONVERT AT LEAST B1-14 TO ANY LOWER BIRTH, SAY B1-9/12/15. PREFERENCE AY PLEASE BE GIVEN TO B1-15.

        I booked a Premium Tatkal eticket with transaction ID [protected] on 19th June 2015 through the IRCTC website. It was a confirmed ticket with PNR no [protected], however I got a message at 15:06 PM saying that the ticket had been cancelled with a cancellation ID: [protected]. Since it was a PT ticket, I am entitled to no refund, however I never initated a request to cancel the ticket and hence, I am suffering a loss of 1210/- without cause.             I booked e-ticket from my irctc id pnr no. [protected], train no. 11471, DOJ: 20/06/2015. Confirmed ticket from Indore to Madan Mahal.. As there was an accident occurred in ITARSI RRI (WCR railway) system, many trains are canceled... And Railways committed to refund full amount for the tickets of canceled trains.. I cancel my ticket on 19/06/2015, pnr no. [protected] before one day of journey as the train (train no. 11471) was canceled and wcr railways also not giving exect information about running and canceling train.. But my full amount was not refunded.. Deducted amount is refunded in my SBI a/c.. As the details from wcr railway are not confirmed by the authorized railway personals and also not on railway sites, it causes heavy trouble as well as canceling of train causes me great loss, I missed my exam which was in jabalpur & railway also deducted my canceled ticket amount... So, plz have a look on my complaint and refund my full amount...

We heard announcement in Ahmedabad junction as the train would not gone via Surat on that day(18-Jun-2015). We could not travel due that. Still I did not get any refund for the tickets. Kindly refund the amount of the tickets

                Hi Sir/Madam, This is in Reference to NDLS Premium Special, Train No : 22913, originating from Mumbai (BCT) was cancelled on 27/05/2015 due to Gujjar Strike on Railway Tracks due to Reservation . I was told by customer care that amount would be refunded within a week as its E-Ticketing but yesterday when i called 139 Railways customer care I was informed that i will not get refund as I was suppose to file TDR, I went to site but I’m not able to file. I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. I was told that the refund will be paid automatically as it happens in case of Trains Cancellation.                     Dear Sir/Madam, My Ticket No.92915678, PNR No.[protected]. Date of Journey is 17.10.2015. Train No.12864. Ticket Booking Time 8.01 AM as per print in the ticket. I was the first person in the line.I got the ticket with waiting list of WL47, 48, 49. How it possible ? I want explanation . I think it is a internal corruption in the Rail department. I want Confirm ticket. Otherwise I am bound to FIR or notice to Rail Minister.

Is critically dealing with cleanliness in B1 coach and no one of either staff is taking methods to get through problem instead wasting time .There are cockroaches all over the coach I will be highly obliged if action will be taken with immediate affect

                            I am Kasi viswanadh and i travel frequently in sheshadri express. Everyday, unreserved passengers enter in to reservation coaches in sheshadri express (17210) at Bangarpet, Karnataka. They sits wherever they want, they behave very rash with other passengers who are reserved. TC doesn't come to coaches after Bangarpet even if we complaint. If we ask them, they always ready to beat reserved passengers. They have beaten me last 16th June 2015 while i was travelling to Bangalore from Kakinada (PNR No: [protected]). We are struggling a lot in reservation coaches because o[censored]nreserved passengers enters in to reservation coaches. I have complaint the same to RPF and Station master on same day but no action taken. Kindly restrict unreserved passengers enters into reservation coaches. Regards, Kasiviswanadham.K

                                Although The money has debited from my bank account TWICE the transaction For the Booking Details Of Transaction ID: [protected] Has been Not Booked, I have to depart within 2Days so I kindly request to investigate IMMEDIATLEY or tell us the RIGHT suggestion.                                   Sir, I booked ticket from www.irctc.co.in from KYN to JL Transcation id is [protected], Pnr No is [protected], TRain Name 12139 / SEWAGRAM EXP, Boarding 20th June 2015, 3 AC. Sir from 2.30 pm we are in Kalyan Station, but there are no announcement about changes in train, After 1 hour they announced that Sevagram express start from Igatpuri. not from Kalyan, So please refund my all money Rs 2025.6 as soon as possible.

                                    sir on 26 june my train was cancel. PNR NO. [protected].train no. 12172.am from dehradun and boarding at haridwar .when i reached haridwar station i found train was cancelled.train timing is 7'o clock evening. i asked to station master how i get my refund he told me automatically comes in yr account. no mesage i got from indian railway what to do for that. i am wating for some days but when it wont comes i called to customer care he told me u have to do cancel ticket within 72 hrs. sir tell how is it possible for me. on 27 moring i got tatkal ticket . of 28 june nxt day i went to delhi. whole day am travelling at 9 i have train nxt day i reached bhusawal train get late. i reached at night 10 o clock. again am travelling for aurangabad nxt day moning. eveytime time iam travelling, i dont have a laptop aur fast intrenet connection. how can i do this. even there is no network. during journey. how is it posssible for me to cancel the ticket. and also they didnt inform me wht to do. they cancel my train i dint cancel so its irctc resposibility. to refund me. but they told u have to fill TDR within 72 hours. its my money and i want it back i have to fill application ? sir/ madam please help me to refund my money back. thanking you.

                                      I booked one train ticket in tatkal in 3 AC in train no. 12308 ( Jodhpur - Howrah ) ( PNR. No. [protected] ) for journey on 29th may 2015. Before one day of journey i got a message from IRCTC that this train has been cancelled by railways so please cancel your ticket. After cancellation i got the message that no amount will be refund. In this case i got the message from irctc only so kindly provide me my fund of Rs. 1204.94. I am having the messages.

                                        With reference to the subject PNR number i would like to know you that i filled my TDR vide Transaction ID:[protected] and Cancellation ID:[protected]on dated 31.04.2015 at16:49:57 HRS but unfortunately that has been rejected from railway with the reason of:Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL. Now i would like to know you that the day (31.05.2015) train 18238 Chhattisgarh Express was running almost 2:30 hours late from schedule time and it arrived at Jhansi (my boarding station) approximately on 16:15 HRS. As per the rule we have to filled TDR within two hours from the train actual departure time and i filled my TDR within the time than why it has been rejected from railway? and why thay are not refunding my amount. even one of my passenger's ticket was W/L so they have to refund at least that amount to me.
