I am using a broad band connection home plan, in which my IP will be shared by 100 customers.Most of the broad band companies following same thing, But IRCTC is allowing only 2 tickets to book for an IP address.So i am unable to book a tatkal ticket.

    Dear Team, I am surprised with reason TDR repudiate that Passenger has travelled, Passenger CHINKI BURAD has not travelled from train. Infact she came with flight after two days. Enclosed herewith flight journey details for your reference Please investigate the case, As its clear case of cheating wherein passenger has not travelled and money is not being refunded.       Sir, i have tried booking a couple of tatkal ticket from (BSB) varanasi to (SC) secunderabad using sbi internet banking (account number :[protected] Time:10:00AM DATE:[protected] Booking has failed but money has been deducted . Its most probable that you have received the amount . So i request you to confirm the ticket or send the ticket details if possible . Its urgent to go to my destiny as soon as possible .

        IRCTC portal for booking tickets can be compared to a sloth when it comes to speed in this world surviving with internet. It becomes very biased since some consumers are denied access to the website due to poor efficiency of the website. I would like to bring this plight to the attention of the responsible authorities.I hope necessary action would be taken soon

            My Train was kerala exp. Journey on 05.06.2015 PNR No.[protected] train no.12626 Seat No. S3.67, 70, 69, 48, 72, 71 recervation was NDLS to CNGR.But i was not alloted my seat No.48.because of a ticket checker he alloted my seat to other W/L.person on having money from him and he misbehaviour to my family

              I had raised a TDR request via Irctc portal on 04/05/15 but the resolution is still pending. As per irctc's latest email, they had asked me to contact railway dept for the refund and i did so...i sent an email to [protected]@wr.railnet.gov.in but no response from their end as well.                 Not issued ticket even after payment

                On 5th June, I had booked 3 tickets in the AC 3-tier of the Padatik Express ( Train no: 12377) from Sealdah to New Jalpaiguri. I had proceeded as per the online instructions and had paid the total amount of Rs. 2790.60 from my Axis Bank Credit card at 2.25 PM. The booking transaction ID allotted was [protected].                   hello sir, i try to book tatkal ticket from yours site.i had completed all the steps till payment .and balance of Rs 642.8 amount has been deducted from my account .i had my payment from online banking .so, my complaint is that amount is deducted without booking status.i also didn't get the pnr number and message .please look forward for this regard as soon as possible.

                      I booked an e-ticket for 31st may, 2015. PNR No: [protected]; Train No. & Name: 13329/GANGADAMODAR EX; From:DHANBAD JN(DHN) To:PATNA JN(PNBE) The ticket costed Rs.529.94 along with Rs.11.25 for additional charges.The ticket was in waiting list even after chart preparation.The ticket got cancelled automatically.I got refund of Rs.450 only on 4th june, 2015. I would request for complete refund of my money, that is Rs, 541.19.

                        I booked the ticket from Bhatinda to Chandigarh wide PNR No[protected] date 28.05.2015 . The train's departure time is 11:50 PM. I reached the railway station that is 60Km far away from my home. When I reached and asked about train, I came to know that It has been cancelled. I didn't get any intimation from IRCTC by message as I had booked the train online. It was urgent for me to reach the Chandigarh. I asked the enquiry person present at station about the ticket upgrade in next train or refund my amount. But he neither tell about cancellation of ticket nor any other option of reservation in other train.There were only one train that is yet to depart. But they said that if this ticket is online booked then we can not do anything. You have to go via general coach.I went Chandigarh in general Coach and did not sleep even a minute and not execute my plans as per my planning due to this harassment by IRCTC (Indian Railway) and no refund is given to me till date. When i asked from irctc customer care why you have not refund my amount then they said you have to cancel the ticket online in stipulated time period and refuse to pay the refund.Because i was in the train so i can not use the option of cancellation of ticket if you do not do the needful to refund my amount otherwise i have no option to move in the court of law.                           जब IRCTC ने सारे यूजर ID को NEXT GENERATION में MIGRADE कर दिया तो क्यों OLD SERVER पे हजारो यूजर ID OPEN होते है, OLD सर्वर पे हैकर सरे TATKAL टिकेट हैक कर के 15 से 20 SECONDS में सरे तत्काल टिकेट बना ले रहे है लेकिन जरुरत मंद आदमी को नहीं मिल रहे है यहाँ मै प्रूफ के लिए कुछ USER ID जो DIRECT OLD SITE पे OPEN होते है, और कुछ TATKAL TICKET की प्रिंट आउट SEND कर रहे है OLD SERVER KI USER ID=dp123 IRCTC ISKO CHECK KARE

                              I had filled TDR against PNR No.[protected]. It was under tatkal quota. The reson for filling TDR was 2 passengers bearth confirmed and 2 passengers waitlisted. All passengers did not travelled. The total amount of ticket was Rs. 4405 (excluding S.T. ), but amount refunded only Rs. 2075 to me. As per railway refund rule all charges minus clerckage should be refunded to me. I have e- mailed to IRCTC at least 25 times but not received any response except system generated message that your complaint has been forwarded to concerned department. After that there was no need of booking train tickets, but now today (04/06/2015) there is a need of that so opened my IRCTC account. Unfortunately I forgot my both USERNAME & PASSWORD.                                     I have traveled through Bangalore Rajdhani (PNR No. [protected], Train No. 22693) from Bangalore on 16.05.15. The quality of food was very poor. It was observed that the Service Provider of IRCTC at trains, was not distributing food as per the total money taken as cetering charges (Rs. 533). They even modified the menu to save the money. Curd and Ice cream was not given at 16th May night and sonpapri was given to make up it, even the food was given was cold and poor quality. In afternoon and night ice cream was given which was local brand. The frequent passenger also informed that it is a habit of the IRCTC contractors to give this type of food. Ther was modification in case of soup, butter also. The parantha could not be eaten. The condition of pantry was in bad shape. Note: Information was also given by some co-passengers that it was because, IRCTC has given the contractor approx. Rs. 350 (where as we have given charges of Rs 533) and the same contractor has given the contract to a sub vendor at a rate less than Rs. 250 like that. Because of this type of nexus, the passengers are not getting quality food as everybody need profit not the quality.
