then i cancel ticket,

but cancellation charge deduct why cancellation forced by IRCT if train cancel then full amount refund as rules.

Then checked, train is not cancel, you tail me what are doing this type of system failure,
I am going for very urgent work and then my work is loss, and returning ticket is cancel, so loss my time and money also.
So i am decide going to media house and give the sms sequence by irctc and discussion
about irctc performance.
I am very upset because my wife and daughter in village, i am going for return with both because my baby is not good now how handle if any happening in that time.
