    I am in train now and train is like hell it is full like general coach even general coach is nt like tht i never seen. I totaly waste my money for a reservation if i am getting same stuff and same pain here so why i m taking reservation..??? Is there any rule and tt that can mange everything...??? Please do something pleasee

      I booked the below attached ticket and it was in waiting list 6. I was not aware that if the ticket is in waiting list i am not allowed to travel in Jan Shatabdi. Than this lady Ticket Checker named "Satya Sethi" came and asked me for my ticket i showed her that in mobile phone. After that she was so rude to me and abused me instead of explaining me the policy in a polite manner and told me to get out of the train in a threatening tone and said otherwise she will cops. I asked her that at least be polite am i frequent traveler however i was not aware about the policy of jan shatabdi. than i changed my train in Karnal. I explained that lady that i have already paid money for that ticket also and there is no refund given back to me from Railways. But she didn't listen to me at all. Is this the right way to talk to the regular customers of Indian Railways ? I am very disappointed from the services received today and didn't receive my money back also. This lady ticket checker even don't know how to speak with customers and behaved in an illiterate way. I am shocked what kind of staff is been appointed by Indian Railways. I accepted that policy but i asked her that please be polite and do not insult but she never stopped. However this is not the right way to speak to the customers. I am sure for one thing that if Indian Railways will not take corrective actions against this complaint i will never travel again in Indian Railways. If Indian Railways really takes care of their customers than please advise.

        i cancelled 3 tickets on 12/05 but only got refund amount of one ticket. rest two ticket refund amount is showing refunded in icici account but i had paid all my tickets through my sbi account. refund id -[protected] and [protected]. please refund the amount properly as soon as possible. my id-UDITNRAWAT

          Dear Sir,

          This is to inform you that I was trying to book a ticket on sunday(31.05.2015) but instead of 31.05.2015 by mistake i chose (sunday) 07.06.2015 as date of journey and booked a premium ticket as it was an urgency to travel.But after booking when i took a print out i noticed that by mistake i have booked a wrong travel date and now i want to cancel this ticket with PNR number [protected] but irctc is not allowing with message premium ticket booked with dynamic fares cannot be cancelled.I have send 9 mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but every time their retuen mail says Premium special train is introduced from Railway on the busy sector with dynamic fare pricing. Cancellation is not allowed in this train thus no Refund shall be granted. However, full refund shall be admissible only if the train is fully cancelled.

          Kindly advice me how i can get my refund as already i paid double amount for booking and i m lossing Rs 2582.47/- if this ticket will not be cancelled

            I have reserved four e ticket from your website in train no 12802 purushottam express with pnr no[protected] from ndls to tata. But a message has been received by me that the scheduled train on 30.05.2015 has been cancelled so cancel your ticket to get refund but in the website of train enquiry system it is not mentining that the train is cancelled so please clarify that whether the train is canceled or not on 30.05.2015. Whether the message came to me was false

              I had booked a tatkal ticket in North East Express (12506) for 29-05-15. I got message from IRCTC at 8.31 PM[protected] that "Train No. 12506 boarding at AVNT dated 29-MAY-15 is cancelled by Railways.Pl Cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules. After cancelling the ticket when ZERO amounts refunded. Again I got message from IRCTC at 3.31 AM[protected] that Train no. 12506 (AVNT-GHY) leaving AVNT on date 29.05.15 is running as per its scheduled time. Please ignore previous msg. Who is responsible for this. So I humbly request to refund the amount. If you are not done, I will constrained to move Consumer Redressel Forum.

                Dear Sir/Mam, I booked ticket by irctc the details is, Transaction no- [protected] PNR: [protected] train No.- 22406 date of journey: 29-may-2015 SMS BY irctc Date Time :[protected], 20:12 TrainNo.22406 boarding at ANVT dated 29-May-2015 is canceled by railways. PL Cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per railways rules. then i cancel ticket, 2. Date Time[protected], 20:33) your tkt cancelled, pnr, [protected], amt 480 will be refunded in your account. but cancellation charge deduct why cancellation forced by IRCT if train cancel then full amount refund as rules. Now i get again message Date Time :[protected], 11:57) Dear user, Before proceeding for journey, Pl confirm train cancellation status via www.indianrail.gov.in/rail inquiry 139.Plz ignore previous sms, if received. Then checked, train is not cancel, you tail me what are doing this type of system failure, I am going for very urgent work and then my work is loss, and returning ticket is cancel, so loss my time and money also. So i am decide going to media house and give the sms sequence by irctc and discussion about irctc performance.                   yesterday (28.-5.2015) I got an sms from IRCTC about cancellation of today's (29.05.2015) train no. 12260 and it also stated cancel your PNR to get the refund. I tried to check online, but network failure was shown. I cancelled my ticket and shocked to find that rs. 1030 is cut from total amount of rs 4070. I continuously tried IRCTC customer care and at last executive replied me very casually that the sms has been sent by mistake. he did not promise full refund. I request him to cancel my last cancellation. he told me that not at all possible and blamed me for not checking the train status. thus IRCTC just transfer their fault to innocent consumer, who believe them. It is their duty to arrange altrernative for the suffered people. it is now impossible to buy arrange another ticket in this rush hour. flight ticket also very costly. and for their wrong doings why we will pay cancellation charge. we did not have any intention to cancel our journey. now when i am seeing my train is just at time, what will be my metntal suffering. IRCTC MUST REFUND FULLY WITH COMPENSATION. I am not only singled one out. there are so many customers of different train, who are duped by IRCTC by cancelling their train tickets beleivivg IRCTC and now finding that their trains running on time. It is an intentional act of money making rackets. IRCTC SHOULD BE punished for it

                    I have booked a ticket on dated 28th May 2015 for the next day train in O Sampar Kranti, Train No. 12820. Around 8:25pm on 28th May, I got a message that the train has been cancelled. The next day when I checked the running status its showing that the train is in right time.

                      Fake message from IRCTC leading to cancellation of my very important ticket

                      booked a ticket 1 month ago in train number 12431 on 30.03.2015. Yesterday around 8pm I received a message from IRCTC that the my train has been cancelled and so I should cancel my ticket. After cancelling the ticket when an amount of Rs.70 was deducted I called the IRCTC helpline. And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. It was really shocking for me to hear...

                      Hello Sir/Madam, I would like to share my experience with online booking for tatkal tickets on IRCTC portal. Whenever I try to book ticket online around 10-10:20 am gives me error "Service To This Site Is Temporarily Suspended " and "Service unavailable". Then I asked my friends and family to check and they have experienced the same. And it comes to normal once all tickets have booked. (We observed this trend for 2 months) Why does this happen every time?

                      I am having the same problem while booking tatkal tickets from Kokrajhar (KOJ) to Ernakulam town this morning. Error Service to this site is temporarily suspended. Why this happening in IRCTC
                      Facing same issue. Its happening in my new mobile but same account is working fine in old mobile. Please resolve.
                      Guyz I was facing the same issue..but you just have to select the option 2-3 times...then it will be available to book your ticket...I hope it will help you out

                        Hi, I am R Srinivas working as a Software Engineer in one of the Top most MNC. wants to complaint about the irctc website as i am a frequent traveller and i use the mode as irctc to book the tickets but every time when i try to use the tatkal facility i feel really bad that i was not able to book the ticket. though i am using a high speed internet and a high end machine along with that i will sit half an hour before the booking . but i will end with end with then following things : i.) Service to this site is temporarily suspended ii) or it will reach up the gateway and the it will show the timeout message these things really annoys me any one. because we are spending lot of time for this process and ends with a dissatisfactory output. so i urge to do something in this regard. regards R Srinivas

                          IRCTC Tatkal Booking Error "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time" Everyday you get this error. If you are not capable of doing a job even for years. Then yu are not fit for it. Give it to better people and you take up some dump jobs which yu are capable of.

                            I had a ticket booked in SDAH DURONTO EXP(train No-12260) for 29.05.15.Just a day before my journey I got message from IRCTC that "Train No.12260 boarding at NDLS dated 29-MAY-15 is cancelled by Railways.Pl Cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules"....

                            I travelled with my son ( 2 passengers) from VSKP to SC in Train No.12727 on 14.05.15 with PNR No. [protected] by paying Rs.1, 010/-. When I requested TC in MMTS train for extension of journey from SC to SKP by showing my already performed journey ticket, he charged Rs.520/- for 2 members and issued me an EXCESS FARE TICKET No. V 0208009. It appears, the TC in MMTS train charged Extra.. It is requested to kindly clarify me whether the fare charged by TC is appropriate or not. I have made a complaint vide Ref No.W/EO/WAT/[protected] dt. 21 May 15. When I tried to track the STATUS, it is showing "NO COMPLAINT FOUND".

                              I booked a ticket in train number 12260 dated[protected] on 02.04.2015. my pnr status [protected]. Yesterday (28.05.2015)around 8pm I received a message from IRCTC on my vodafone no. [protected] that the train has been cancelled and so I should cancel my ticket. After cancelling my confirmed ticket I shocked to find that an amount of Rs.1030 was deducted. I called the IRCTC helpline. And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. It was really shocking for me to hear that as it is very urgent for me to reach home as so I had preplanned this journey 2 months ago. I am really feeling helpless at this time because of no positive response from IRCTC. The customer care executive told me I should check before cancelling the ticket if it was so urgent. I replied that I tried several times but network failure was shown. He just told me as I have cancelled the ticket, nothing can be done. he did not promise total refund of Rs. 4070 instead of Rs. 3040. I want my ticket so that I can go home. If they are failed to revive my PNR No. [protected] for today's ( 29.05.2015) journey, they must give compensation along with full refund as for their faulty sms, I am suffering. Now it will be very costly to book another ticket for new Delhi to Kolkata journey. the cancelled ticket is attached herewith.

And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. I am really feeling helpless at this time because of no positive response from IRCTC. I want my ticket so I can go home.Adding proof with this.

Today around 8pm I received a message from IRCTC that the train has been cancelled and so I should cancel my ticket. After cancelling the ticket when an ammount of Rs.250 was deducted I called the IRCTC helpline. And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. It was really shocking for me to hear that as it is very urgent for me to reach home as so I had preplanned this journey 2 months ago. I am really feeling helpless at this time because of no positive response from IRCTC. I want my ticket so I can go home.Adding proof with this.

                                    i have booked my ticket in train no. 12953 travelling on 30/5/15 from mumbai to NZM . i received the sms on my mobile cancellation of dated train & to cancel the confirm tkt at 8.01 pm, train is cancelled by railway.
