I cancelled ticket against "PNR No: [protected]", for "Train No/Train Name: 12505/NORTH EAST EXP" on May 9, 2015.
Also, tried booking for "Train No/Train Name: 12817/JHARKHAND SJ EXP" on May 8, 2015 but the transaction failed. The "Transaction ID was: [protected]". For this failed transaction, amount was debited from my account.
For both above, refund amount has not been credited into my account. On contacting IRCTC customer care, they say - that money is already refunded and I need to contact the concerned bank, while on contacting the bank, the bank staff says that they have not received any refund.
I have attached photo proof both cases, as well.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
