I had cancelled a ticket with below mention details. Please complete the refund process ASAP as its been almost 15 days and i haven, t got the refund. I did get a message that "your refund amount will be credited in your bank soon" . From - Ahmedabad to Varansai Train name- Kamakhya Express PNR # [protected] No of Passenger- 02 (Rahul Yadav and Samar Yadav) Class- 3 AC There is also also one more ticket for which i didn't get the refund after cancellation of ticket. From - Varansai to Ahmedabad Train name- BSB Okha Express PNR # [protected] No of Passenger- 3 (Rahul yadav, Samar yadav & lalsa devi yadav ) Class- 3 AC

    Hi, Its Lokesh from chennai, I like to register my complaint about the server down in IRCTC website. i travel to karaikudi form chennai occasionally and my family members to we usually book through tatkal 1 or 2 tickets because normally tickets always will be in waiting list. For past few months the server was good and we able to login 10 AM and we get the tickets. But Now for last Few week its been difficult to login in server and if we login also after selecting train, passenger details etc, etc, etc when we try to pay it shows server busy. Then Money will taken but transaction get fails. again if we check for tickets it will be in Waiting list . Why this, previously it happen in week end but now it happen in week days also. Its totally slow slow slow... Please help on this. Now also i tried to take screen shot but i cant login... my network speed is 2 mbs then too i cant login.

      I had booked train ticket two months in advance for my travel. Before my travel date, while i am trying to search for booked ticket, its not found in my transaction history due to IRCTC had migrated their service to new generation service portal. Keep on searching the tickets its not found, other tickets booked in new generation portal only shown. Dont know, what i have to do. Irctc care, not assisting me to view and cancel, care is asking you want to cancel that PNR or not? Also, i lost 950 Rs/- for to and fro travel, because of not able to view the tickets and cancel the same last month.

STAFF ATTENDED CALL ON TOLL FREE NO [protected] AT 1245H ON 19 MAY 15 NEITHER GIVEN COMPLAINT NO NOR TAKE ANY ACTION TILL DATE AFTER CALLING AGAIN AGAIN. 4. FOOD QUALITY CHECK NOT CARRIED OUT ON THE SPOT. request provide menu chart of irctc food provided in train in every coach as caters are not clear on the same when asked by any passengers.

            I am onlinely booking from QLN to KTU on 10.05.2015. My PNR number is [protected] and [protected] and cancellation id number is [protected] and [protected] respectively. TDR filing is on 10.05.2015 at 6.14 AM and 6.18 AM and the status of TDR is CR Registered. On the journey day, the ERNAD EXPRESS is not touching the destination and boarding station. So I humbly request to refund the amount. If you are not done, I will constrained to move Consumer Redressel Forum

              Again TATKAL booking through Online is a big question mark. Is IRCTC purposely doing this or is this a system fault. Whatever it may be, I am going to file a RTI to find out how many TATKAL tickets are booked by individuals through Online in the past one month and how many are booked by Agents. I feel, IRCTC is doing this for getting business to Agents. Either some error message is flashed or it states not reachable. Hope the concerned authorities will look into this issue and solve it on priority.

                We had booked the ticket for train 16589 / RANI CHENNAMMA from Yesvanthpur to Hubli at 9:27pm. We struggled so much that unable to locate the coach number (B3) and we also see that all B1, B2 are not in sequence. Our coaach was very at the end, with kids and ladies struggled in station for 5 minutes.Train left by that time my few family members were inside and there was no connection since next to one was General. I feel that respective railway stations should display the coach no's without which passengers will struggle. Also all coaches should be in sequence, otherwise very difficult for passengers to locate within 2 minutes. I hope respective authorities will take care and take proper action.

                  I am unable to book any train tkt. since last few months. Today I tried to book a tatkal tkt. at 10 AM but i was informed that atmost 2 tkt are allowed and was not allowed to book any further. Where as I have not booked any ticket since 1 month or even more. This is happening for last few times when ever I tried. I feel some one is using my registration.                     Dear IRCTC Customer care Team,

                    I booked a 3 AC ticket from Secunderabad (SC) to Palasa (PSA) underPremium Tatkal quota.
                    While searching for Trains, ticket fare showed us Rs. 1515 only perpassenger.
                    After completion of booking, IRCTC cut an amount of Rs. 9565.
                    Why, this much higher charge for four people? Itis nothing but, cheating.
                    Even though there is a note website stating that fares are dynamic, IRCTC is not showing the exact fare while booking the tickets.
                    We are upset because of this highest fare which is almost equal toFlight fare.
                    We could not enjoy the trip due to this sudden surprise / financialburden.
                    As a Government firm, IRCTC should not do like this.
                    While completing bank transaction, no one will check as ticketswill not be available under Tatkal/Premium Tatkal quota if delayed further.

                    I request IRCTC to refund the difference in fare(between Tatkal & Premium Tatkal) at the earliest.

                      The quality of the food provided here in the IRCTC catering services(Non Railway Catering Unit Info Park, Cochin) is getting downgraded day by day. Today[protected] we had lunch(North Indian Meals) in the Food Court which costs 55 rs. I need to mention that the rotti we are served with is like a still sheet and were not able to chew as well, the curries provided with that are almost rotten. If we are frequently having food from there, no one know what are health is going to be over a period of time. Atleast they can provide us an average meal for the price we are paying them, or else if the money for the meals is not a profitable for them then they should increase the cost and provide a good quality price. The most of the items served are not even hot at the peak lunch time(1.15PM). I will be very great full if someone can do something on this food catering team.

At the time of confirmation the price as shown for the ticket was aroubd 2110. But after entering bankd details for payment I was charged 4940. There was no price confirmation message and without specific information of price I was charged this amount.

                            Search on youtube: Book tatkal ticket by software. There is a software developed by some people to book tatkal ticket.Which hang the website for 5 minute by data injection technique .You can search this software on you tube by name of Tatkal booking tool . Person who develop this application with help of internal employee of company which develop IRCTC website. Authorized database update is major issue by these internal employee of this company .They are earning lot of money by it. Reveal this, this will a scam of thousands of crore

                              D/Sir This month I had a LAN connection, before it I always book ticket through bsnl modem and never failed to book tatkal ticket using my personal id for personal tickets. but This month whenever I tried to book ticket for Hyderabad every time it shows this site is unavailable at this moment. Thus I failed to book ticket at tatkal moment. It happen today also but it was my luck that I got tatkal ticket for Intercity express only after the same happen at 10.05am.So please enquire the matter seriously.                                 Today I tried booking at 10 am one Tatkal ticket for myself in Kaifiyat and it gave the same message :"This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time", at 10.04 am status appeared that all class tickets went wait listed. The train has about 259 Sleeper, 32 in 3A, 15 in 2A, which means a total of 306 tickets under tatkal and all got booked within 4 minutes of opening of tatkal booking. Not only this train other trains also went wait listed for tatkal Now with current situation no online user can book tatkal ticket online. It surely looks fishy.                                   RESPECTED SIR, I ( S K SINGH) BOOKED TICKETS FOR JOURNEY ON DT 22/05/2015 FROM HABIBGANJ, BHOPAL TO INDORE VIDE TRN NO 22185, PNR NO [protected], TXN NO [protected] BOOKING DT 20/05/2015 FOR RS 1500/- FOR 4 PASSENGERS. BUT UNFORTUNATLY THIS TRAIN WAS DECLARED CANCELLED BY INDIAN RAILWAY.THEN I CONTACTED FOR REFUND BUT AT BHOPAL RLY STN I WAS TOLD THAT THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED THERE TICKETS THROUGH INTERNET WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET REFUND. AFTER WAITING FOR REFUND WHEN I DONT GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT, I STARTED CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE FROM 1.00PM DT25/05/2015 AND I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT NEAR 5.00PM. CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER TOLD THAT ACCORDING TO RULES YOU CAN GET REFUND WITH IN 3DAYS.THEN I WENT FOR REFUND THROUGH IRCTC PORTAL BUT IT GAVE MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE TO LATE FOR GETTING REFUND. IT WAS SHOCKING THAT WHY RAILWAY DID NOT INFORMED ME TIMELY ABOUT CANCELLATION OF TRAIN AND TO GET REFUND TIMELY BY MESSAGE ON MOBILE, EMAIL ID THOUGH THEY GIVE MESSAGE ABOUT EVERY THING. HOW CAN RAILWAY KEEP BOOKED TICKETS AMOUNT ACCORDING TO SELF MADE RULES.OTHER ORGANISATIONS LIKE BANKS, INSURANCE, ETC GIVE UNCLAIMED AMT ALSO AFTER SEVERAL YEARS.                                     Sir/Madam I have Board on 21st May 2015 at Howrah JN in Gitanjali Exp (12860) For Mumbai CST since I hv board the A/C Coach B1 A/C was not working we hv report to the a/c attender at hwh he told us that due to some technical issue it's not working so in next stop ( Kharagpur) it will get resolve however there was no response from the staff in Kharagpur Passenger got angry & hv done the chain pulling after this all the GRP & Station master hv assure us in Tata nagar they will solve the issue or else they will change the coach. But the same problem continued in badnear station they started giving us excuss. We hv to travel with A/C for 2 days. After paying such a huge amount for A/C coach we hv to suffer like a general coach passenger. This is the service we are getting from the Indian railway. We all hv demand for refund our fare amt. But still there is no respond from the company. Request you to kindly refund the ticket fare to us. Regards. Pradeep

                                      IRCTC deducted Rs 11.25 from my sbi account on[protected] saying that "DEBIT ICJ[protected]IG0ABDACJ1Commission of IG0AB". Even after paying service tax for booking train tickets from their site they deducted 11.25rs from my account that too without informing me.I want to know why this deduction occured and i want my money back...
