I want to reserve ticket for my mom i tried from last 5 days but the problem happens in IRCTC hopless site it got hanged every time .if i login and try to book ticket session got expire within 2 min how is it possible to book in 2 min ?. what is going on on site u people have to look into this is your job.now how i have to book ticket tell me this you are site problem in every 2 min how we can log in again and again.I was searching for train and suddenly massage appear your session has been expired this msg within 2 min tell me how i can book ticket.Your service is third class.i cant give you any rating for your service this is not a service this harassment of costumer

    I was travelling on 21st may 2015 from NDLS to PNBE in train number 14004. Mymseat number was 45, SL in 2 tier. I boarded the train from New Delhi itself and the next morning when train was at Varanasi cant, i was in half sleep with curtains pulled down checking all my luggage. Then within 15 minutes of time interval from 9.45 to 10.00 am i fell asleep and immediately got up as i felt something touched me. In a alarming situation I cross checked my luggage and found my mobile phone missing which was in my hand before I slept. I looked for it every where closer n asked the attendant for complaint book as there were many vendors in the train while it stopped at stations. By the rules local vendors are not allowed in the boggie. Later TTE dint help me and only asked me to write a note about the same with basic details. I asked for a complaint book n they dint give me any. I lost my property and even then they were hardly concerned. Many people complained for AC as well but the attendant kept ignoring or procrastinating. I spent 1900 rupees for such lame service. IRCTC wouldnt bother to look in to the matter but it was my responsibility to raise a complaint. If needed i can take this further but wouldnt settle on such service.

      I bookek a tatkal ticket for two passengers from Lucknow to Allahabad for 4/058/2015 in intercity exp. one seat was confirmed and second one was in waiting list. As per rule not confirmed tatkal ticket automatically be cancelled and amount should be credited in the account but I have not received the refund till date. PNR NO. is [protected] and Transaction ID is [protected].

        I had booked my ticket from New Delhi to Jalandhar City on 01 May 2015 with Shatabdi Express but due to my some domestic problem I can't go from these train n cancelled for the same. After cancell ticket some msg received from IRCTC that get Rupees 750/- received shortly but there is no money received as on date. Request trace the matter immediately n confirm for the same

          I kapildeo Mishra was travelling by kamayani express on 16th of may, 2015 from janghai to kalyan pnr no:- [protected]. As I was travelling n second AC coach, the AC was not working for the whole journey.so I brought this to the notice of station manager at itarsi station he assured us to repair the AC at khandwa station. bt at khandwa station the reply was same given by station manager Mr singh. that AC will be repaired at bhusawal station. At bhuswal station technicians came in coach bt they were not able repair the issue, so the on-duty ticket collector mr Hire, issued aus a receipt for refund of money for failure of AC as per the rules. I have enquired regarding this at kalyan station manager bt the suggested to do E-complaint.

            Sir, I had book a ticket of 8May 2015 in trian no. 12424 by my irctc ID USERNAME : nidhi5467, Password : nbo288, but my seat in not confirmed so the ticket was automatically cancelled by irctc, and as per irctc Amount of rupees 2560 waa refunded in my SBI account on 12May 2015 but sir I cant receive any Amount. Iam also cross checked with my bank but as per bank no amount was received on 12May 2015 or afterward the date till 23May 2015. plz sir shortout my problem. Thankyou

              Hi, I was travelling in KOP-HYB 11304 Exp. At Guntakal Jn. I thought of buying a 2 Ltr Water bottle which has got 30/- MRP. But the vendor charged me 35/- stating 5/- for cooling and that he needs to pay to railways for electricity and all. I don't know what kind of charges you are collecting, but when it has got MRP it should be sold according to that price, right? Please find below the service/license number mentioned on the shop.                 Recently, I was not able to book any tatkal tickets eventhough i have a very good internet connection and enough speed. This is happening for past 3 weeks. when i refreshed to book now immediately web page went into a "Web page not available state ". Please help us to book the tatkal tickets. I am always trying to book tickets from either Madurai to Chennai or Chennai to Madurai. Thanks, Pandian

                  Regret to inform that till date i have not received my TDR amount even after 130 days of tdr filing in spite of my continuous follow up with customer care both at Chennai and Delhi. Ticket cancelled as train was late for more than 3 hours due to fog at Delhi. Train no 12616 GT exp. reservation From KMT to NLR doj 14/01/2015. PNR No [protected]. id no [protected]. Amount Rs 510.00 . hence request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and initiate process to refund the amount without further delay failing which i may be compelled to proceed as deem fit.

                  Till date not received TDR amount even after 5 months notwithstanding my continuous follow up with Delhi and chennai Customer care and complaint in consumer forum. This clearly speaks callous attitude and negligence in settlement of claims and refund to the passengers. No response to my mails. PNR No: [protected] Date of Journey 14/01/2015 from KMT to NLR. GT exp. Train delayed more than 3 hours. TDR filed on 14/01/2015. Anticipating early response and refund of TDR amount at the earliest without further delay.

                    Requested Sir/maam, I, Vishal Pandey, irctc user name - tovispan booked tatkal tickets on 14th may from hazrat nizzamudin to Bangalore city, the tickets booked were in waiting status therefore I cancelled the ticket on 14th and for which I was expecting a refund. In my refund status the status is shown refunded to ICICI(payment gateway) on 16th May but till sate I haven't received the refund in my Bank of baroda account which was used to book the tickets. Kindly look in the matter and get my refund process initiated as I need this money urgently for my personal usage. The following are my booking details: PNR number : [protected] Transaction ID : [protected] Train Number: 22692 Number of passenger : 2 total amount paid : 6554.94 I would request you to please share the status of my refund and get the money refunded to my bank account.

                      First IRCTC site does not open between 10-12 AM, although my speed is good. Secondly when site is opened anyhow and tried to book a ticket message flash " You can not booked more than 2 tickets between 10-12AM". This is what? It is corruption, systems have been manipulated in such a way, that a common man can not booked a ticket. Even after several trials, I did not book ticket. I have 3G WIFI connection, and at the time of booking between 10-12 AM, nobody else accessing internet. other sites were open very fast except IRCTC. the message, which I have received " You can not booked more than 2 tickets between 10-12AM". It seems that there is a big fraud and corruption.

                        I was travelling recently from DEL to HYD. by AP Sampark Kranti Express. During the meal serve i have asked the catering guy to show me Menu card so that i can easily identify what is given in 90 Rs Veg-Thali. But he denied to tell. Moreover what i noticed is The same Thali which was left suring lunhc time was given to me in Dinner. I asked this to guy he responded "Sir ab jo bach jata hai wo kisi na kisi ko to milega hi" This is really poor response that any o[censored]s can get. Today Honble Railway Minister is celebrating the 365 Days of NDA govt and talking all good good things about, but i must say reality is even worse. Not sure how this complain actually gonna work. But as frequent traveller Thought i should brought this so called "Higher Management"

                          my self dinesh chowhan booked tkt from secunderabad to tirupati dt 10 mar 2015.but due some personal reasons suddenly i couldnt travel.after some days i filed tdr for which they didnt refund and the status shows regretted.i want to know when i didnt travel then y my amount was not refunded.transaction id is [protected] and pnr no is [protected] dt 10-03-15.i request you to kindly look into this matter and solve in refunding my amount.thank you

                            Hi, Today myself (PNR No :[protected]E - TICKET)) We have booked a Reservation for 04-may-2015 trip, our ticket status was listed waiting (no-WL 5) till 1 pm and again that status Chat not prepared We were trying to reach railway inquiry & custmer care for our ticket status for confrimation, but we didn't get the correct information. According to customer care, chart should be prepared before 4 hours before the departure time 4.05 PM IST. Perhaps, CHART is not prepared till 1 IST and was also showing our reservation. Why Chat is not getting prepered. IS it all for VIPs. I am an Indian Ctizen why do IRCTC favours such thing. Kindly take immediate action ASAP. Regards, An Indian Citizen

                              I am travelling in B2 coach of Gitanjali Express (Train No 12860) from Howrah to CSTM. I have boarded train on 21st May in the afternoon and since then the Air Conditioner of AC 3tier B2 coach is not working and we have to suffer in this summer. Have tried for help but no assistance was provided. KIndly refund the ticket amount and also remember it is Indian railway afterall and you should not harass passengers travelling in AC compartments by providing such services. My PNR is [protected]. Kindly look into this matter seriously.

                                Dear Team, I am unable to book tickets due to the ads that constantly appear on the screen. Unable to check the availability of the tickets as well.                                   Hi, I failed to book railway tickets couple of time. I have a 9 Mbps internet connection. IRCTC Site doesn't load even at this speed. The site hangs around at 9:58am. It comes available again at 10:08am. But all the tickets sold! How? If a person with 9Mbps connection could not connect and book, who booked all the Tatkal tickets? I suspect foul play behind this site temporary down scenario! Is it made down purposefully to sell the tickets to agents?

                                    I cancelled ticket against "PNR No: [protected]", for "Train No/Train Name: 12505/NORTH EAST EXP" on May 9, 2015. Also, tried booking for "Train No/Train Name: 12817/JHARKHAND SJ EXP" on May 8, 2015 but the transaction failed. The "Transaction ID was: [protected]". For this failed transaction, amount was debited from my account. For both above, refund amount has not been credited into my account. On contacting IRCTC customer care, they say - that money is already refunded and I need to contact the concerned bank, while on contacting the bank, the bank staff says that they have not received any refund. I have attached photo proof both cases, as well.

                                      I have waiting A/C ticket PNR[protected] from HTE to YPR but later it confirmed in sleeper class with another PNR Number ( [protected]) as i made an application in DRM office for the urgency of my journey.                                         Dear Sir / Mam, I had booked ticket of train 01039 LTT Karmali Express SPL on 08 May 2015 PNR [protected] Transection ID [protected] from Thane to Kankavli. due to suddenly changes in the coach from 3ac to sleeper by railway. still we not received information from station counter reg. getting money difference between 3 tire & sleeper coach. we need our money refund difference between sleeper to 3 ac (which i had booked earlier). we also inquire in the railway counter of Kankavli station reg. the same. that person have insufficient knowledge. he only told us "if you had booked ticket from internet you need to do it from the same only". attached receipt is given by railway TC to collect the amount. request you to kindly process the my money difference ASAP.
