Today I tried booking at 10 am one Tatkal ticket for myself in Kaifiyat and it gave the same message :"This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time", at 10.04 am status appeared that all class tickets went wait listed. The train has about 259 Sleeper, 32 in 3A, 15 in 2A, which means a total of 306 tickets under tatkal and all got booked within 4 minutes of opening of tatkal booking. Not only this train other trains also went wait listed for tatkal Now with current situation no online user can book tatkal ticket online. It surely looks fishy.     RESPECTED SIR, I ( S K SINGH) BOOKED TICKETS FOR JOURNEY ON DT 22/05/2015 FROM HABIBGANJ, BHOPAL TO INDORE VIDE TRN NO 22185, PNR NO [protected], TXN NO [protected] BOOKING DT 20/05/2015 FOR RS 1500/- FOR 4 PASSENGERS. BUT UNFORTUNATLY THIS TRAIN WAS DECLARED CANCELLED BY INDIAN RAILWAY.THEN I CONTACTED FOR REFUND BUT AT BHOPAL RLY STN I WAS TOLD THAT THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED THERE TICKETS THROUGH INTERNET WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET REFUND. AFTER WAITING FOR REFUND WHEN I DONT GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT, I STARTED CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE FROM 1.00PM DT25/05/2015 AND I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT NEAR 5.00PM. CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER TOLD THAT ACCORDING TO RULES YOU CAN GET REFUND WITH IN 3DAYS.THEN I WENT FOR REFUND THROUGH IRCTC PORTAL BUT IT GAVE MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE TO LATE FOR GETTING REFUND. IT WAS SHOCKING THAT WHY RAILWAY DID NOT INFORMED ME TIMELY ABOUT CANCELLATION OF TRAIN AND TO GET REFUND TIMELY BY MESSAGE ON MOBILE, EMAIL ID THOUGH THEY GIVE MESSAGE ABOUT EVERY THING. HOW CAN RAILWAY KEEP BOOKED TICKETS AMOUNT ACCORDING TO SELF MADE RULES.OTHER ORGANISATIONS LIKE BANKS, INSURANCE, ETC GIVE UNCLAIMED AMT ALSO AFTER SEVERAL YEARS.       Sir/Madam I have Board on 21st May 2015 at Howrah JN in Gitanjali Exp (12860) For Mumbai CST since I hv board the A/C Coach B1 A/C was not working we hv report to the a/c attender at hwh he told us that due to some technical issue it's not working so in next stop ( Kharagpur) it will get resolve however there was no response from the staff in Kharagpur Passenger got angry & hv done the chain pulling after this all the GRP & Station master hv assure us in Tata nagar they will solve the issue or else they will change the coach. But the same problem continued in badnear station they started giving us excuss. We hv to travel with A/C for 2 days. After paying such a huge amount for A/C coach we hv to suffer like a general coach passenger. This is the service we are getting from the Indian railway. We all hv demand for refund our fare amt. But still there is no respond from the company. Request you to kindly refund the ticket fare to us. Regards. Pradeep

        IRCTC deducted Rs 11.25 from my sbi account on[protected] saying that "DEBIT ICJ[protected]IG0ABDACJ1Commission of IG0AB". Even after paying service tax for booking train tickets from their site they deducted 11.25rs from my account that too without informing me.I want to know why this deduction occured and i want my money back...

          Sir, Sub:No ticket examiners in reserved coaches, unreserved passengers rushed to reserved compartments, Loco pilot starting the train in main stations without the horn and with high speed. Myself with my family were travelling from Ernakulam Junction-ERS (Kerala state) to Vadakara-BDJ (Kerala st) on 23rd May 2015 with reserved tickets in Cannanore express train no 16305. Our PNR no was [protected]. The seats were allotted in compartment D2. No Ticket examiners were came in our coach to verify the tickets on that day in that 240 Kms distance. So lot o[censored]nreserved passengers were rushed into that compartment and many reserved passengers including senior citizens had to face very difficulty sitting their allotted seats. More than that lot of luggage (such as big card board carton boxes, sacks etc) were dumped in that compartment by many passengers. This created very much difficulty while going to the toilets and for purchasing the eatables in between the stations. The loco pilot showed his immaturity in driving the train. He started the train without a horn and suddenly increased the speed from the Shornnur junction. This is a main junction from the passengers can get their breakfast and other necessities. Due to the reason said above i.e., lack of TTE's, some of the doors of the compartment were not opened. Myself with other passengers had to struggle and become Bollywood action cinema actors to jump into the compartment.             Dear Sir/ Madam, I was booked one ticket from Bundi to Ballabgarh but boarding from Kota... Due to Gujjar riot train was cancel. On kota station, enquiry counter has infrom Mewar exp cancel plz get the refund from window. But my ticket was booked online so i am not able to get the refund on that day.                 site is not opening in between 10:00 am to 10:30 am

                as you all know that IRCTC is the PSU company but now its performance is too bad.when i login to IRCTC this show error, when i check the availability it show error.it give again and again for login. this is truth that all tatkal ticket booked by its agent not by its user. this is public sector company but it is not doing the favour of public. now this is corrupt company....

                Sir, I am a customer of IRCTC for the last few years. I regularly book the ticket through irctc E-Tickets. Now for the last few days, I am unable to book my tickets through irctc, though I open the site through my ID and My Password. But I am unable to click the Journey date for which I don't know the reason. Kindly help me. I wonder Is there any limitations to book the tickets??? If so this message is not showing in the site which I opened. Kindly help me to sort out this problem. Thank You, G.Venkateswaran.

                  I booked a room at bangalore railway station on 24 May 15. Details are as follows - Transaction ID: [protected] RR Reference Number: SBCRR226070 Travel Authority: PNR Travel Authority No: [protected] Reservation Station: SBC AC Status: NONAC Quota: GN Date of Booking: 24-May-2015 [14:33] I checked in at approx 2200 hrs to room no 15. The room was not in state to stay. Observations are appended below - (i) Beds were full of bedbugs. (ii) Linen was very dirty. (iii) Room was not cleaned and stinking. Because of above issues I checked out from retiring room at approx 0010 hrs on 25 May 15. Request refund of full amount with an apology.

                    Today[protected] i want to booked my ticket in tatkal quota.i connected my 3G net with 2 MBPS speed.till 9:59am site performance is ok all status were shown accuratly as they were.but as the time was 10:00 am then the site went to hacked by the unauthorized persons and site continiously shows some error and gave msg please try after some time and it opend after 10 minute automatically but at that time all tickets booked not a single seat got vaccent..and that problem not faced only by me but many of person continiously faced this problem before so many days. I dont know what that happen and i think all the irctc representative knew everything what this all went but no one will go to take any kind of action against it.in my opinion that is the worst and corrupt system running in india.please take the necesaary action against it if the corporation can so that the people may not face that kind of problem and take the services as per their need smoothly.

                        I want to reserve ticket for my mom i tried from last 5 days but the problem happens in IRCTC hopless site it got hanged every time .if i login and try to book ticket session got expire within 2 min how is it possible to book in 2 min ?. what is going on on site u people have to look into this is your job.now how i have to book ticket tell me this you are site problem in every 2 min how we can log in again and again.I was searching for train and suddenly massage appear your session has been expired this msg within 2 min tell me how i can book ticket.Your service is third class.i cant give you any rating for your service this is not a service this harassment of costumer

                          I was travelling on 21st may 2015 from NDLS to PNBE in train number 14004. Mymseat number was 45, SL in 2 tier. I boarded the train from New Delhi itself and the next morning when train was at Varanasi cant, i was in half sleep with curtains pulled down checking all my luggage. Then within 15 minutes of time interval from 9.45 to 10.00 am i fell asleep and immediately got up as i felt something touched me. In a alarming situation I cross checked my luggage and found my mobile phone missing which was in my hand before I slept. I looked for it every where closer n asked the attendant for complaint book as there were many vendors in the train while it stopped at stations. By the rules local vendors are not allowed in the boggie. Later TTE dint help me and only asked me to write a note about the same with basic details. I asked for a complaint book n they dint give me any. I lost my property and even then they were hardly concerned. Many people complained for AC as well but the attendant kept ignoring or procrastinating. I spent 1900 rupees for such lame service. IRCTC wouldnt bother to look in to the matter but it was my responsibility to raise a complaint. If needed i can take this further but wouldnt settle on such service.

                            I bookek a tatkal ticket for two passengers from Lucknow to Allahabad for 4/058/2015 in intercity exp. one seat was confirmed and second one was in waiting list. As per rule not confirmed tatkal ticket automatically be cancelled and amount should be credited in the account but I have not received the refund till date. PNR NO. is [protected] and Transaction ID is [protected].

                              I had booked my ticket from New Delhi to Jalandhar City on 01 May 2015 with Shatabdi Express but due to my some domestic problem I can't go from these train n cancelled for the same. After cancell ticket some msg received from IRCTC that get Rupees 750/- received shortly but there is no money received as on date. Request trace the matter immediately n confirm for the same

                                I kapildeo Mishra was travelling by kamayani express on 16th of may, 2015 from janghai to kalyan pnr no:- [protected]. As I was travelling n second AC coach, the AC was not working for the whole journey.so I brought this to the notice of station manager at itarsi station he assured us to repair the AC at khandwa station. bt at khandwa station the reply was same given by station manager Mr singh. that AC will be repaired at bhusawal station. At bhuswal station technicians came in coach bt they were not able repair the issue, so the on-duty ticket collector mr Hire, issued aus a receipt for refund of money for failure of AC as per the rules. I have enquired regarding this at kalyan station manager bt the suggested to do E-complaint.

                                  Sir, I had book a ticket of 8May 2015 in trian no. 12424 by my irctc ID USERNAME : nidhi5467, Password : nbo288, but my seat in not confirmed so the ticket was automatically cancelled by irctc, and as per irctc Amount of rupees 2560 waa refunded in my SBI account on 12May 2015 but sir I cant receive any Amount. Iam also cross checked with my bank but as per bank no amount was received on 12May 2015 or afterward the date till 23May 2015. plz sir shortout my problem. Thankyou

                                    Hi, I was travelling in KOP-HYB 11304 Exp. At Guntakal Jn. I thought of buying a 2 Ltr Water bottle which has got 30/- MRP. But the vendor charged me 35/- stating 5/- for cooling and that he needs to pay to railways for electricity and all. I don't know what kind of charges you are collecting, but when it has got MRP it should be sold according to that price, right? Please find below the service/license number mentioned on the shop.                                       Recently, I was not able to book any tatkal tickets eventhough i have a very good internet connection and enough speed. This is happening for past 3 weeks. when i refreshed to book now immediately web page went into a "Web page not available state ". Please help us to book the tatkal tickets. I am always trying to book tickets from either Madurai to Chennai or Chennai to Madurai. Thanks, Pandian
