Site becomes unreachable while booking tatkal or premium tatkal tickets and the funniest part is that it appears again when all the tickets are booked. Is IRCTC'S website being hacked or it is conspiracy of railway high officials and brokers. IRCTC services are worse and becoming worst....

This is my second complaint in last 10 days and this problem I faced everyday for last 10 days. The site doesnt work properly during initial Tatkal hours, i.e, around 10:03, 10:04 am and if it works then the transactions doesn't go properly.
