Its really shocking that Worlds 3rd largest Railway network does not have a proper system to book tickets on. People who wants to book tickets have to depend on Agents with 50% extra money.
And the root of all this bookings are only because of Railways.
I have been trying to book ticket online for my parents via tatkal (as its emergency for my parents to go village) for past 3-4 days, but Indian Railways have such a crap servers and maintainance, that it won't cope up the performance for being 3rd largest railway network in the world.
I am working in Dublin, Ireland and have seen such an organized systems for any public services. And after loads of bad experiences people and their thinking wont be able to reflect changes in India. The big reason is people dont want to improve, they are happy with what they have and realy don't care of good life style. Shame on ourself Indians.
Please take this complaint, as Today again I tried booking tatkal ticket and this time server went unreachable, even if I entered correct detaills and logged off and on to see if the ticket process goes on.
It came up online and shows that CKWL1, means booking is regreted now. Shame on you Indian railways, can't even manage server when its highly utilized during tatkal booking time.
I need penalty for this or an apologies from official for this. I am the one complaing about this, many people woould just wont come forward. I have booked ticket yesterday as well but it gave me same error and finall booked my tickets which was in waiting.
I need apologies or penalty for this, I just wasted my time and money for Indian railway system which is just a currupt and crap system.
Please do not ignore my complaint.

If you can not run a simple website, than why don't you shut it down .!!
