On journey 09/05/2015 habibgunj to jabalpur, there is an ordinary boogie is assemble, and my sheet is in D6 SHEET NO 78, [protected], that was so critical to me there is lots of problem so i am suffering from many problems, and still i am suffering from clinical problem so i need judicial justice .

    Dear concern, I booked 2 tickets through IRCTC ONLINE RESERVATION in 19666 UDZ-KURJ EXP from JAIPUR to MAHOBA in class: FIRST AC which costs INR 4300.00 but then I rescheduled my plan so I cancelled it on same date i.e. 08-May-15. I got a msg from IRCTC which says "Your WL Tkt Cancelled. PNR, [protected], Amt 4230 will be refunded in your account." But I have'nt got my money back till date. I hope you'll look forward to this and do whatever is appropriate to get my money back. Thanking you.       Dear Concern, I tried to made my reservations for two different destination but both time my amount was deducted and transaction was failed and I am not getting any status of my deducted amount. 01. The first one was from AUBR ( Anugrah Narayan Road) to NDLS ( New Delhi) on dated 12.05.15, the amount is INR 1609.94 the transaction I.D.[protected]. Train No.& Name : 12381 / POORVA EXPRESS 02. The second one was from GGN (Gurgaon) to JP ( Jaipur) on dated 14.05.15 the amount is INR 499.94 as received by SMS - Info : ECOM PUR / IRCTC / New Delhi / 140515/1210 and cross checked by online account summary of my bank. Note : Pl find attached the .jpg format of mini statement where amount deducted is marked in yellow. So, request you to please refund my deducted amount at the earliest.       Helo sir, I tried to made my reservations on saturday 30 jan.2016 for two different destination but both time my amount was deducted and transaction was failed and I am not getting any status of my deducted amount.

      01. The first one was from Gwalior(GWL) to Kalyan Junction (KYN) on dated 30.01.16, the amount is INR 584.35 rs, transaction time : 14.58pm AND Train No.& Name : 12618 / MANGALA EXPRESS
      02. The second one was from MUMBAI (CSTM) to Gwalior(GWL) on dated 30.01.16 the amount is INR 1699.35 rs. Train was: PUNJAB mail no, 12137.transaction time:15.28 pm
      received by SMS - Info : PUR / IRCTC / New Delhi / and cross checked by online account summary of my AXIS bank.city centre branch, Gwalior(.MP) this above mentioned both transaction money alreday deducted by IRCTC reservation portal.         I have booked two ticket on 24th October 2014, and 1 ticket is confirmed but the 2nd ticket is not confirm.The Ticket is of AC 3 Tier(PNR Number [protected]). I have file a TDR against that ticket on 25 th October( TDR Cancellation ID :- [protected] and the PNR ID -[protected]), and due to not confirmation of ticket, my brother was unable to travel, and from that time to now, i didn't get the refunded money, even calling to the IRCTC CCE.they told hope you have travel on train. After doing many time email, i didn't get the money. I have all the proof. please do some needful help. Kind Regards, Sonu [protected]

        I haven't get any refund from IRCTC. Infact between me and irctc CCE there are around 25 Mail-trail, that i have the proof .

        Kindly look into this, i haven't get my money
        I haven't check Consumer complaints forum from last 4-5 month, so i am unable to get the feedback from IRCTC,

        But could anyone tell me that how much time it'll take to resolve the issue .

        Why i am waiting for my money since more than 1 year.

          Hi, When i planned and booked a tatkal ticket, As per the present if i cancel the ticket then i get 0 as refund. I will tell you a scenario which i faced, I visited nearest ticket booking counter which is 10km from my home then i booked a ticket from hyd to vizag for my wifemticket costed me around 1000 and after 2 hours my wife was feeling ill so i thought of cancelling ticket . But there wont be any use i need to change two share autos to reach to booking counter and cancel the ticket then i will get 0 as refund amount. So to fill the government pocket i need to loose additional 40 rupees to cancel the ticket. so i didn't cancelled. In the above scenario does the system has any trace that so and so person(Female, age 30 years) didn't travelled. If the TC is a too good person he will write the same and give a ticket to any other person. But if he has a small urge then he will make another person sit in that place and he can put those 1000 rs. in his pocket(for more security he can give that seat to a female of age around same). The second time no will come and check the already filled in seats as per the ticket manifest filled by the TC. I can assure, on an average a short distance superfast express has around 73 second class tatkal ticket and among them atleast 4-5 people may cancel(journey) in present situation no one prefers to cancel as they are not getting even a penny. And here the TC has a pretty good change to make money(if he is not a good person) and we dont have any system where we can track such changes. But if the government makes few changes Eg: ticket fair + 400 + 60(super fast charges) + 30(booking chanrges) = Rs.490 in case a tatkal ticket is cancelled then refund just 50% of ticket charge i.e., only 200 then people prefer to cancel ticket then the same ticket will be reserved to another waiting person. This process is really not good it is eating the middle class people money.

            i made reservation on 9th of may 2015 for thane to madgaon . which has booking fail status. and its showing money is refunded on 11th of may 2015. and i have not received money yet, transaction made through bank of baroda. taransaction no is :[protected]

                Dear Railway authorities, I am a frequent traveller in the Train number 17236 from NCJ to SBC, and I have an experience of the train getting delayed always by 1 to 2 hours. The timing of arrival of this train is not prioritized as it is leaving the trains coming behind also. I have seen local train has been given first priority than this express train. For example, this train is supposed to reach Bangalore Cantonment by 8:25 am as per schedule, but reached today at 10:40 am. My journey details: PNR: [protected], S3, 72. I have made commitment in our offices considering the train arraival time. This kind of delays is really disappointing. Kindly take action to make sure the train reaches in time.                   I am a individual Customer of IRCTC, Due to Job work I have to go often outside from Mumbai and i have to book tickets, and Maximum time in tatkal hours i got the error that site is currently unreachable please try Later if this Problem is Created by some hacker or through any Server blocker by some hackers or any individule IRCTC have to take a responcible Steap towards this or if this blocking is made by irctc then it is not a fare competition please do not do this it cause a great inconvenience it is caust to loss of money person canot reach at the time i[censored] looks towards the consumer on the booking counter, and there inconvenience then Reserve the seat that i.e (out of 180 seat 90 for online and 90 for counter )

                    Its really shocking that Worlds 3rd largest Railway network does not have a proper system to book tickets on. People who wants to book tickets have to depend on Agents with 50% extra money. And the root of all this bookings are only because of Railways. I have been trying to book ticket online for my parents via tatkal (as its emergency for my parents to go village) for past 3-4 days, but Indian Railways have such a crap servers and maintainance, that it won't cope up the performance for being 3rd largest railway network in the world. I am working in Dublin, Ireland and have seen such an organized systems for any public services. And after loads of bad experiences people and their thinking wont be able to reflect changes in India. The big reason is people dont want to improve, they are happy with what they have and realy don't care of good life style. Shame on ourself Indians. Please take this complaint, as Today again I tried booking tatkal ticket and this time server went unreachable, even if I entered correct detaills and logged off and on to see if the ticket process goes on. It came up online and shows that CKWL1, means booking is regreted now. Shame on you Indian railways, can't even manage server when its highly utilized during tatkal booking time. I need penalty for this or an apologies from official for this. I am the one complaing about this, many people woould just wont come forward. I have booked ticket yesterday as well but it gave me same error and finall booked my tickets which was in waiting. I need apologies or penalty for this, I just wasted my time and money for Indian railway system which is just a currupt and crap system. Please do not ignore my complaint. proof attached for getting pissed of from Indian Railways system.

                      This error I am getting everyday while trying to book tatkal ticket and I am 100 % sure that some one has done this intentionally to block online booking of tatkal tickets. Please resolve this issue as it is causing lot of inconvenience.

                                Thank you very much for your interest in this mail.With a great disappointment, I would like to draw your attention towards a major issue we are facing now a days especially while booking Tatkal ticket that every day we are getting this issue (This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time) from 10:00:00 AM to 10:15:00 AM till then we get regret message.

                                We guess you people from top to bottom are also involved in this scam because somewhere you might allow someone to book all Tatkal e-tickets and receive handsome commission.

                                That is the reason, you have been ignoring this problem intentionally. Otherwise, you would have been resolved this issue. You may have a look at what others are saying about the services - http://tinyurl.com/nlttx26

                                IRCTC has its own reputation but you people are taking unethical advantages and are indulged in making money. How one can think of corruption free country in this situation when the top management are weeping crocodile tears.

                                Kindly do the needful to restore its name and fame if you can.

                                    To Railways I would like to bring to your notice my parents & sister did not travel on booked ticket of 17/5/2015 due to health problem of my father, I tried to cancel the ticket on 16-Apr-2015 16:11:37 HRS but as chart got prepared, i had to file TDR, but the TDR status is showing TDR Status: TDR Repudiate.Reason for Repudiate TDR: No Remark in charting. This is a clear negligence on the part TT, and i would request to investigate the matter further so that lapse on thepart of TT is exposed and justice is done. I request railways to reopen the TDR.
