    Site becomes unreachable while booking tatkal or premium tatkal tickets and the funniest part is that it appears again when all the tickets are booked. Is IRCTC'S website being hacked or it is conspiracy of railway high officials and brokers. IRCTC services are worse and becoming worst.

        No seat available, transaction dropped message appears

        For two days in a row, i tried to book tatkal ticket but a message "No seat available : Transaction dropped" appears after payment option. I was trying to book a ticket from bhopal junction to Thane / Cst.         I booked tatkal tickets two times yesterday (12/05/2015), tickets didnt get book but the amount deducted from my account. Please refund it immediately. Why is there no wallet facility in irctc website? Why do a customer need to wait to get the money refunded and then book the tickets after a few days?           i am using irctc for booking tatkal ticket its happening 3 time regularly that amount debited but ticket not generated all time it was very urgent for me today i booked ticket amount debited but after debited ticket not generated but that there there were seat was available irctc are doing always these type of misbehave always they are only book ticket for agent ihate these services please take action against it

            Sir, as on 12 May 2015, I was booked a tatkal ticket from Raichur to Bangalore by IRCTC Website. That time I was completed the procedure to do booked a ticket but at last an error occured then the ticket was not generated also the amount deducted from my SBI Account.A message received on my mobile for deducted of amount and the transaction ref No. IGOAAAJSW7 for Rs.394.47 on 12/05/2015 @ 10:3AM. And i checked my irctc account in failed transaction history menu it is clearely displaying that reservation has not booked and displaying the payment status is "PAYMENT SETTLED", transaction ID is [protected], Kindly check the issue and plz transfer the amount to my account., Thank you.                   Sir, as on 11 May 2015 at approx 07:00 AM I was try to booked a ticket from PUNE to VASCO DA GAMA by IRCTC App. That time I was completed the procedure to do booked a ticket but at last an error occured then the ticket was not generated also the amount deducted from my SBI ATM cum Debit Card. A message recieved on my mobile for deducted of amount with IRCTC TXN #[protected] and just again I tried for book a same ticket, the ticket not generated but amount again deducted from my SBI CUM Debit card and message recieved for deducted of amount with IRCTC TXN #[protected] for same amount. Sir, I request you to refund my amount please.

                      I tried to book a tatkal ticket from Chennai Central(MAS) to Aluva(AWY) today.When i did it the first time, after entering the payment card details, notification came as an error showing 'Transaction Time Expired".The second time i tried booking, the tickets got confirmed.But at the same time another ticket also got confirmed.Transaction ID:[protected]PNR Number:[protected] i got an auto generated message from irctc with a ticket id which i am giving below ticket ID [IRCTC #1387076]. I humbly request for cancellation and refund of the above mentioned ticket .

                        Dear Sir/Madam I M.S.Sujay Kumar has booked a E-Ticket, PNR : [protected] and ID : [protected] on 7.05.2015 to from travel Hubli to Bangalore on 11.05.2015 at 10.30 PM ( Vosco Link Express) which is connected to Rani Chennamma rear end. I got an SMS on 07.05.2015, that ticked is booked and you are in the PQWL-9 status. After that i have not received any SMS from IRCTC. When i checked prior to the train arrival at the hubli station by putting the PNR no is showed that PGQL - 1 and the TT told your ticket is not confirmed. Hence i request your good office to refund back the amount (Rs 769=00) which i have payed on link form my bank(Indian Bank) at the earliest. Thanking you M.S.Sujay Kumar

                          This is my second complaint in last 10 days and this problem I faced everyday for last 10 days. The site doesnt work properly during initial Tatkal hours, i.e, around 10:03, 10:04 am and if it works then the transactions doesn't go properly. The amount is debited from the account but the transaction fails saying TXN failed due to internal error or due to time limit exceeded. There has been no response from IRCTC site to my last complaint and when I mailed them directly they said its a technical glitch. I have 9 screen-shots of the site during initial Tatkal hours when it was unavailable and when it became available the availability was not there.If this forum cannot take forward the complaint properly let us know how to expedite our complaint since its happening everyday. There were three transaction failure during the transaction and after 15 minutes when transaction got successful it went to WL. I have attached 9 screenshots of the time frame from 10:03 am to 10:20 am.

                          ABSOLUTELY CORRECT THE SAME HAPPENED WITH ME ALSO
                          THIS IS LIKE SOME CHEAP GAME PLAYED BY THE RAILWAYS AND I THINK THAT IRCTC IS THE WORST SITE IN THIS WORLD.
                          I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS THAT IF IN THE TATKAL TIMING IF GENERAL PUBLIC CAN'T BOOK ANY TICKET THEN JUST STOP THE SITE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AND AND OPEN THE SITE ONLY FOR BROKERS & AGENTS OF IRCTC.

                            THERE IS A BIG GOO[censored]P IN THE SYSTEM. WE CAME TO KNOW THAT DURING TATKAL BOOKING TIMING THE SYSTEM IS PURPOSELY KEEP DOWN SO THAT THE NORMAL PUBILC CAN BOOK THE TICKET. AND THE RAILWAY STAFF GET THEIR BOOKING DONE. THIS IS A CIRME. SYSTEM GIVE ERROR WITH IN A SECOND. GOVERMENT SHOULD GIVE SOME SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM SO THAT COMMON PEOPLE DO NOT SUFFER THIS THING

                              My wife and two children were travelling by swarn shatabdi from lucknow to New Delhi on date 11/05/2015. PNR number of the ticket was [protected]. They were carrying the print out of the ticket and a on line print out of the aadhar card in black and white copy. They had other IDs in their email as well as in their smartphone. The TTE whose name was Smt Sunita Devi said that they were not carrying the legal original ID however she was several times told that it was the print out of the online aadhar card. She told that a fine of Rs 6600.00 would be charged however after been told by my wife that she was not carrying so much of cash along with her she tortured my son by telling him that if they would not pay the amount then she would prepare a memo and the RPF force would take them to the jail at the next station. When my told the TTE that she was carrying only Rs 1500.00 with her she took the money from my son and did not give any receipt. My son had even taken the photographs of the notes which were given to her. I know that now we don't have any proofs against her but I request you to kindly take some action against her so that she could not harass other passengers.

                                PNR no [protected] travelling from new jalpaiguri to allahahad on 6th may 2015. class AC2 berth no 19, 20, 21, 22 There were cockroaches and rats in the cabin. All over dirty. No reading light was functioning. hand towels were not given. While train was crossing through bihar, private vendors rushed in the compartment every 5 minutes.                                   Date of Journey is 8th-Apr-15 and TDR Filed on 7th-Apr-15 (I was not able to cancel the ticket as Chart prepared at Source ). Train cancelled 1 day prior to date of journey. I have not traveled on this date then how come you people shows that I have traveled. Attached are the proofs which shows that your system is wrong and you train management is so corrupt. Change the system!!!                                     Dear IRCTC Team No doubt online ticket booking is very good option to save time and easy to get tickets. But now days we have and many peoples are facing problem who try to get online Tatkal. But that time irctc web site not permitted to book tickets due to shows error on booking page.after few mints it's will open but that time all the trains tatkal availabilities are shows wait list . This is not a technical problems it is may be happened purposely by the tatkal ticket rackets. I need to clarify from the irctc what is the actual reason for the above problems.
