i booked a ticket on[protected] from vijayawada to kolkata and Date Of Journey is:15-Oct-2014 the train was late mare than 6 hours i file tdr on 15-oct-2015 and i called to coustmer care and tell this complaint they tell full amount was refunded with in 3 months after three months i called to coustmer care they are telling same story the tdr is in process after 6 months 15 days means 30-apirl-2015 the TDR was Repudiate ticket fare-8700 i ask Reason for Repudiate TDR: No Remark in charting i have all proofs ticket etc please help me my contact no -[protected]

SIR, my train ticket pnr no [protected] this ticket date my family can't traveld in train so i was request file tdr .. but till this time i can't able to see current tdr status, so kindly check and give to refund my money.. thank u
Why the Railway zones are taking too much of time for refund for TDR ... its almost the 45 days over... still they are unable to refund the amount...
Just the status as "CR registered" after that no updates...
IRCTC is not able to resolve these issues as soon as possible..

If it goes like in this way.. just imagine the how many trains are ruining daily and how many are cancelling/TDR filiing .. is IRCTC able to handle this sceanrio????????

    Sir, I have not yet received tatkal ticket fare till date. PNR No [protected] tatkal ticket book in 12836 YPR Hatia Exp for 22 Apr 2015 in Class-3AC. Waiting List tatkal tickets berth not allotted and automatically cancelled but refund amount a sum of Rs 3804.94 not yet refunded to my account. Please refund the fare at the earliest.

      Agents are able to login and book the ticket and is the quota for the agent is grater that what it is for common login I was booking a ticket from pune to Hyderabad but at the time of booking the sever hung later once logging it give me an error for attempts has been exceeded I know some agent they guarantee you the tickets and they have developed a script,

        I booked tickets today using Premium Tatkal since Tatkal Quota gave the error 'The server is unreachable at the moment'(This seems to be a trick to lure people in buying Premium Tatkal tickets). I had a very bad experience with this, since while booking the ticket fare was shown to be Rs. 530 with the message shown below as follows: 'Dynamic charges applicable'(IN VERY SMALL FONT). First of all, people are in hurry to buy Tatkal tickets, so this SMALL message may go unnoticed. Instead an Alert should be shown when the Book button is clicked, so that people know what they are going for. In my case, I was charged Rs. 1245 per ticket which is MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original fare displayed. This fare is not displayed anywhere at the time of payment. This seems to be a way of looting people. I am very unhappy with IRCTC since the dynamic price should atleast be displayed at the time of payment. The passengers for this ticket are two ladies that are not capable of paying such a huge amount since they have a very low source of income. Request IRCTC to refund the amount or charge only Rs. 530 per ticket and also to take into consideration the changes suggested.

          I booked tickets today using the Premium Tatkal Quota since Tatkal Quota was showing 'The server is unreachable at the moment'(This seems to be a trick to lure people to buy Premium Tatkal tickets). This was a very bad experience since while booking the ticket, fare was shown as Rs.530, with red print written below it that dynamic charges will be applicable(IN VERY SMALL FONT). This is cheating, since we have to book the tickets in a hurry and that small red print might go unnoticed. Atleast, an alert should be shown for the Dynamic Charges issue. Also, there was no dynamic price indicated at the time of payment, I was charged Rs.1245 per ticket which is MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original price shown. Request you to refund the amount, since the passengers of the ticket i.e. two ladies are not capable to pay such a huge amount as they don't have any income source. Also, in the future please see to it that an alert is displayed for the Dynamic charges once the Book button is clicked and the dynamic charge is displayed prior to payment.

            Irctc is a very good site but not at useful when required. Today I was trying to book ticket but it is in vain. when i click on class to book ticket from the listed trains, instead of displaying avalaible tickets, it is displaying Error: " page cannot be reached now please try after some time" this continued for 15 mins. i tried all the options but in vain. they are charging all the applicable taxes, trasaction charges and every thing but not providing service for what they are charging.

              While Booking tickets from IRCTC, Money deducted from bank acount, but tickets not booked My name is Parag Bhatt. I was booking a ticket at IRCTC Online passenger reservation System, using HDFC net banking option. The balance from my bank account is deducted, but the IRCTC website showed Transcation failed, and ticket was not booked. The transaction id shown at IRCTC is [protected], Pay Status is Settlement Requested, Reservation Status is "Not Booked". So how do I will get either my MONEY back? Please take any action.                 I am getting "Site not reachable" error regularly while booking tatkal tickets. Its a pain due to this error. Please try to figure out the issue and solve at the earliest. The issue is causing difficulty for lots of people in the nation. So please take serious action on this issue at the earliest. Lot of people would have complained this, but there is no progress on this. Expecting a better experience from IRCTC.

                  "This site is currently unreachable" Error message show

                  When I am trying to book the tatkal ticket, from DLI to KRND getting the error message : "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time". This error is frequent and we can't proceed any more till all the seats are filled, so we end up without booking. I am seeing this from last 2 to 5 minutes. Where as previously this was not the case. There were no such errors and site was very smooth and faster in bookings. Please look...

                  I booked a ticket in Neelanchal express for 9th May 2015 from Varnasi to New Delhi. I went to station on the determined time but i came to know that the route of the train had been diverted without prior notice to me. When i called customer care of irctc, they had provided me with a number [protected], but no one was picking up the call on this number. I suffered a huge loss due to this irresponsible behaviour of the irctc. so i want to file a complaint against them.

                    Hi, Today(8th May 2015) I am travelling from Dehradun to Delhi by Mussoorie Express (14042). Its very disgraceful to observe that, used bed rolls and blankets are served. I don't know, whether it is practiced regularly or sometimes like today. But whatever it is, its not acceptable at all.                     I'm travelling in mussoorie express 14041(train no) from Delhi to dehradun and it's a big shame that they didn't gave us bed sheet nor a blanket and people are shivering and there are some kids travelling with their family I feel pity for them seeing them in this situation and even after complaining they didn't bother to give us blankets and bed sheets

After chart preparation my ticket partially confirmed. Out of 5 passengers got only 2 berths confirmed remaining 3 shown as waiting listed means unreserved. Earlier we use to get back money automatically. Now IRCTC denying to refund for unallotted berths. They are saying that i need to file TDR within 2 hours of train departure. My question is that why i need to submit TDR and that to within very short span of time. My ticket was E-Ticket and paid money through online so same they could refund as earlier they use to. IRCTC not intimated through sms along with confirmed berths sms. They made TDR just to rob the money from passengers. Being a Government organization how they can make robbing policies.                         I booked a ticket from khadki to renugunta on 28th April and ticket was cancelled. After 4 days I called to IRTC customer care they told me it will take 4 to 5 working days but my amount is not refunded till now, when I am trying to call IRTC customer care they are not answering my call

                        IRTC — Payment not received

                        TRANSACTION ID :[protected]. amount 5535.6 rupees is deducted but the ticket is not booked. Kindly refund the same amount

                        Not opening e ticket account

                        Dear Sir,
                        I had received an email regarding user name and password for e ticketing as account name 'SNADAKKAL'. I tried opening the account with the same user ID and password, but it is not opening and getting a message 'wrong credentials'.
                        Please help me to correct the fault with advice.

                            respected sir, i tried to book a tatkal ticket from ypr to adi on 25th april, 2015. but ticket was not booked and 1702.47 amount was deducted. in my ticket refund history it is showing status refunded on 27th april. bt yet not received in my account. transection id is : [protected] transection date : 25th april, 2014. please consider this complaint quite seriously, its already very late.                                 In this rail budget 2015 new rule is implemented that now rail ticket can be book in 120 days advance.this rule will not give benefit to aam public as it is very difficult to plan journey in 120 days in advance.this is more helpful and give benefit to agents n dalals of ticket.they will block tickets in advance and at time of need genuine needy public will not get confirmed tickets.the time period for booking tickets in advance should be 60 days.

                                    I am trying to book a tatkal ticket for the last 3 days. Its showing more than 150 tatkal tickets before 10.00 and shows waiting list after 10.01 am.. I think something going wrong ... i think there is some adjustments with agents and irctc. Atlast i have contacted an Agent and he got the ticket for me... I wonder, How its possible. Government please look into this.. else please remove the tatkal option from irctc website and say book your tatkal only with agents. Helpless normal people.. fed up..

                                      Even after successful payment I could not get tatkal ticket because website gone temporarily out of reach though it bounced back in 2-3 mins but as you know all the TATKAL quota was filled. This is really disappointing !!! Please do something about it.
