today, I am booking ticket from IRCTC (the biggest source of fraud In Indian Railways) from KOTA to LKO, In the starting a message appeared at 10:am unable to request your process, short while i started to book ticket then IRCTC gives me The SPELL CHECK, which i think Natural human being can not guess... WOOW, the time goes on 10:03 am, after i am forwarded to payment when the availability of seat in 3rd ac is 11, i made my payment confirmed, but there is no ticket booked.
NOW MOVE TO CASE 2- they Are biggest cheater As i have not booked a single ticket From neither IP address nor Same ID they start showing that "you have reached The limit Of Maximum transaction..
They are Cheater, IRCTC you are only giving support To brokers and Broker... POOR IRCTC.
Even the promise of resolution in 24 hours seems a farce .
