    The train arrived at 1355 hrs and I board the train at moradabad railway station. The pantry staff refused to serve the lunch when asked.
    Whereas the ticket was booked alongwith meal charges.

      Sir This to inform that my motorcycle send from kottayam (Ktym) to New Alipurpduar (NOQ) on 17/02/2022 through Train No - 15905 kanyakumari Dibrugarh Vivek express PRR no - PL83054210 Way Bill Receipt No - 763667 but the same has not been received still now we have enquired several times submitted xerox of parcel way bill receipt and contact number but no response has been received from their side therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter immediately and take necessary action regarding this situation

        I had perform ticket booking twice for my family and both times Money was deducted from my account - paytm wallet but ticket was not booked -
        Error Came as Unable to perform Transaction.

        Lost total amount of 1358.66+ 1358.66= 2717.32 INR

        Please refund my money ASAP . I dont see any reason logged in failed transaction also .

              Amount deducted from my Bank, but showing failed in E-Wallet

              Rs.3000/- was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet vide Order ID [protected] & UPI Ref No.[protected].
              This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC statement. Copies attached. Please advice about the procedure....

              In case of wait-listed e-tickets on which all the passengers are on waiting list even after preparation of reservation chart, names of all such passengers booked on that Passenger Name Record (PNR) will be dropped from the reservation chart and refund of full fare will be credited...

              We initiated payment of Rs.1000 to our IRCTC e-wallet but in upi we can see that the amount is DEBITED from our bank account but in the e-wallet, the transaction is failed, the amount is NOT credited into the e-wallet and the e-wallet balance is not updated. How to rectify this issue.

                  I would book a train ticket through IRCTC app when entering into the payment screen I would choose PhonePe upi payment there my amount was debited and the IRCTC app shows the blank page and after that I will see that failed transaction would happened everytime I was facing this payment issue kindly resolve it and refund deducted amount as soon as possible thanks in advance..

                      Travelled with a friend on 12223 LTT ERS Duronto Express on 26 Feb 2022.
                      Food was included in the fare although we would have brought ours given a choice.What was provided was substandard, tasteless and inadequate and was worth not even ₹60-70 although we were charged 185 each.We had opted for non veg and we saw even veg food discarded by fellow passengers.
                      Please look into the matter so as to stop IRCTC name being sullied by unscrupulous caterers.

                            I am traveling with 12954, audust kranti rajdhani from h. Nizamuddin to kota, PNR no [protected], food quality is so poor and thread found in chapati. Mater paneer is so pathatic. Its a serious issue in this corona period, my opinion to cancelled lisence to m/S express food services.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, We (Neelam Ghai, 67 & Manish Kr Ghai, 37) had booked ticket from AGC to NDLS journey date 14-Feb-2022 (PNR-[protected]), but the train was showing late from more than 4 hours. I got 8 messages from TM-IRSMSa (Indian Railways) from 12:44 to 19:26 about the status of my train. Based on this information shared by Indian Railways, I tried to cancel that ticket on the same day but unable to cancel it. Then, I had filed the TDR on the 17-Feb-2022. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. We was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so we had decided to book ticket for another train so that we can reach our destination on time. I request you to help us on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                                On 24/02/2022 at 10:55 hrs I have booked a flight ticket in Air Asia flight 15-423 from Mumbai (BOM) to Kochi (COK) for travel on 04/03/2022. But even after deducting an amount of Rs. 5068.26 from my bank account vide transaction id[protected], I have not issued valid ticket. On inquiry with customer care it was informed that my name was not included in the list and instrcted me to register a complaint through whatsapp. Accordingly, i registered a complaint on 24/02/2022 itself. But, as of now no response has been received from the concerned.
                                Now, it is requested that, any ticket issued/generated against me may be cancelled and the amount deducted may be refunded to me at the earliest.

                                  Extremely disappointed in the train. I took Rajdhani express to and from Delhi to Ernakulam. The train was 3 hours late and was extremely unhygienic. Toilets were a nightmare. For such a high fare, I expected better service. The food was not even enough for a child. Very disappointing.
