I have booked a ticket for trivandrum express (train no 16348) with a PNR no [protected]. Date of jouney 27/01/22. I have filed a TDR (transaction Id [protected]) as train got delayed for more than 3hrs at my boarding station (ernakulam north) and I didn’t travel. I would like to know why TDR is cancelled and how to get the refund?

    Mobile charging socket is not working at my seat. I’m running out of charge.
    Tried several times, it did not work.

      Money deducted from bank account but not credited in irctc e-wallet.

      Today i did a topup of ₹100 into my irctc e-wallet by using UPI payment option, the transaction was successful from bank side and money deducted as normal but not credited in irctc e-wallet and also not showing in my irctc e-wallet transaction history. So i did again a ₹100 topup and this time it was successfully occurred and showing in the wallet status also.so please help me get out of it as quick as you can, i will attach...

      With due respect I want to grab the attention of ministry of railways for illogical berth allotments. I booked my tickets almost 3 weeks ago nd still the senior citizens of my family have to travel with very much difficulty coz of the illogical online booking berth allotment system. I booked tickets for two senior citizens (both of them got upper berth alloted) amongst those 4 tickets (NOT MENTIONING other two WHO were also 50+ 🙂but they are young according our dear IRCTC ). I just wanna know how on an earth could any system allot a 5 feet high berth to any senior citizen? Has the humanity been limited to news only ? I'm mentioning my PNR details below in hope of some mercy from our dear IRCTC to our dearest old citizens .If someone can come up for help through this platform then please allocate lower berths for.my old guardians

          I'm Goutham Tirpur and booked an AC double bedroom for October 5th, for which I was assigned room number 02. When I arrived in Kurnool at 3 am and the staff over there denied me access even after showing the room booking confirmation.

          I was treated badly though I waited at the station room to meet the superintendent/ in-charge for more than half an hour. The lady who was in charge of the night shift had argued with me for disturbing her sleep and advised me to adjust and sleep somewhere at the station.

          I have raised a complaint and sent multiples mails for the last four months so far i haven't got any sort of refund from them.

            Hello team,

            I am a bug bounty hunter. while searching for the endpoints in the https://irctc.com/ i found some endpoints names /assets/images/PDF in these endpoints i found some directories in which there were few pdf files in which one file named DepartmentChart(IRCTC-HRD).pdf contained the list of
            HRD their email and their phone numbers of north zone, south zone, east zone, west zone and south central zone. This file can be accessed by anyone and can read the mobile number and email address of the HRD's . Please secure the endpoints as soon as possible because some other people may misuse the information provided in the endpoints and PDF's

              This is to bring to your kind notice that, I am Mayank.

              On 29th January I was traveling on 19344/Panchvalley Express. I boarded the train from Chhindwa Junction, in Sleeper compartment. My PNR was [protected]. I booked my ticket to the Station MAGARDOH/MGRD. The train reached MAGARDOH at 3:20 AM but the train did not stopped at the station. How the sily thing happened with me. I booked a confirm ticket to the station. If it doesn't have stoppage Why are they issuing ticket for the station or if there is stoppage Why It didn't stopped. I was traveling alone with my wife. in the whole dark night I felt myself got cheated. as we don't have any option to get off at Itarsi Station. Somehow we managed to get off Itarsi. And we have to wait for the bus for hours. How pathetic is the system of railway. I want to register a complaint against railway If you don't have stoppage why are you issuing ticket for station or if there is stoppage why did not stopped at the station.

                I had booked today a ticket from valliyur to chennai.
                i had booked though payment mode razo pay via amazon .
                the payment was debited from my account but irctc ticket is ot issued and says transaction not done.
                ref-transfer to[protected]/upi/DR/[protected]/indianR/utib/irctcrazo/IRCTC
                MAY I KNOW WHY THIS PROBLEM OCCUR AND WHEN I WILL GET BACK THE PAYMENT OF RS 1531.80 .

                    I have registered in IRCTC App and received email verification OTP but have not been receiving the phone number verification OTP, because of this i am unable to proceed in the app without the phone verification.

                    Please fix the issue, so that i can receive the phone OTP as i need to book tickets.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I booked or train between New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra SVDK journey date 22nd December 2021 vide PNR Nos [protected] & [protected] of Train no 12445.
                          The train was short terminated at Jalandhar Junction due to which we decided not to board on train since we came to know only few hours before start of the train we could not get the same cancelled on web portal.
                          As this is the technical problem from Indian Railway we were waiting the auto refund from IRCTC, when we could not get the refund of our both the PNR we tried to contact the IRCTC on 22nd January 2022, but they informed they could not process the refund as we should have filed the TRD within 3 days.
                          We wish to inform that this is not the case of cancellation from our end this because of the railway failed to provide the complete journey and the refund should process automatically. Request you to please get our refund urgently.

                                This is regarding the rejection of a TDR filed by me for Train No. 18478, PNR: [protected], Journey date 26/12/2021, RIG to JSG. It is mentioned in the repudiate mail that 'Passenger has traveled according to chart'. I wish to inform you that I had not boarded/traveled in the mentioned train as it was late by more than 3hrs (Arrival time in Raigarh was 11:40 AM and as per the history of the arrival of the train on that day it arrived at around 5:00 pm).

                                As i had to reach JSG by 14:00 PM on 26/12/2021 to board a connecting train to Ranchi, I traveled on another train from Raigarh, Train No. 13287, PNR: [protected], Journey date 26/12/2021, RIG to JSG and can be checked if I boarded that train or not. This train reached JSG at 14:10 PM.

                                The above mentioned train reached JSG at 14:10 PM on 26/12/2021. How could I have boarded the train regarding which i had filed TDR if i had already reached my destination before the arrival of that train in Raigarh.

                                Also, I was in the NEXT waiting lounge from 3pm to 6pm inside Jharsuguda station which can also be checked by going through the entry book of the lounge.

                                Hence this TDR was falsely rejected by giving a false reason.
