I had booked a ticket by 12677 / ERNAKULAM EXP from Bangalore City Junction (SBC) to Ernakulam South Junction (ERS) to travel on[protected]. I got a message also confirming my ticket details, my seat no being C1 65. When I reached the station to my dismay I found that there was no name in the chart on the coach against seat No 65 and it was written (D). The train was in the 4th platform and I went all the way to the 1st platform to enquire in the Enquiry but I was asked to ask the TTR . TTR comes only just before the train starts. Luckily when I checked my PNR number I saw that my seat no was shifted to C1 47. I being young running around was okay but imagine an old lady with luggage travelling alone undergoing such trauma. IRCTC can send another message informing the new seat number and the staff at Enquiry Section can check the PNR number and find out and inform the passenger instead of asking to contact the TTR. Everybody does not have a smartfone with them. The condition of the coach also is pathetic. I hope our Honourable Railway Minister will look into the matter.

    my user id is: pubali1998 and e-mail account: [protected]@gmail.com. I booked 6 i-tickets this morning 11/3/15 in Rampurhat intercity from prantik to sealhdah amounting Rupees 526 through net banking and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i have not recieved any confirmation from IRCTC in my mobile. further in the booked ticket history of IRCTC transaction charges are not being shown. i request you to immediately look into the matter of grave concern and confirm the tickets. The DATE OF JOURNEY being 16/3/15.

          I have cancelled my e -ticket(waitlisted) PNR No.[protected] from Jammu Tawi to Bandra terminus on 3rd march 2015 but till date the refund amount of Rs 9690/- has not been credited to my account.I have contacted your customer care executives on the subject issue .The only reply I have received is ---" wait it will be credited, it is in the process.".                 We have travelled from habibganj to kalyan by gorakhpura -ltt holi special, train no 01048. Because ho delay of the train we have lost one day salary, 8 hrs time and also cancelletion charge of connecting train from kalyan to pune. At habibganj station, train no was nit displayed in the list and not even platform no status. Everyones time is valuable. If irctc is not capable of maintaining holiday special train then its better not to provide this kind of special service. Even in also, nobody was there to provide fresh bedsheets, pillows and blanket in 3 AC coach. I am requesting you to kindly give the conpensation for the salary loss, time lost and cancellation charges. Thanks

It shows that the amount is refunded to my account but actually its not credited to my account.                     Sir, Last week on Saturday I ordered one plate chappathi and veg curry.I was served with two cappathies but in the bill it was shown I had three.When I shown the bill, without hesitation cashier returned back 10 rupees of one chappathie.Few of my friends had similar experiences.Kindly look into the matter....

                    I Sangita Sawalkar got a fake call stating that Mr Rahul Kumar Gupta (phone numer-[protected]) is your irctc employee and asked us the details of our bank transaction which we had stated in our complaint regarding "invalid money deduction" on this site.dated[protected].Kindly enquirre about thsi fraud person so that he does not know dupe other customers using ur company name.

                        I had tried to book ticket in tatkal quota on 12859 Geetanjali Exp. for the journey date 8-3-2014 on 7-3-2014. Transaction ID's are [protected] and [protected].Tickets have not been booked but the amounts of 4592.47 and 3362.47 rupees for respective transaction ids have been debited from my bank account, the total being 7954.94 rs .Pl see for the return of this amount as soon as possible.

                        The transaction was not successful and you will get your refund within 3-4 days.
                        I am not from IRCTC but it happens with me also.

                          cancel id: [protected] PNR no. : [protected] TDR filling date : 01-Mar-2015 20:52:17 HRS I was not travelling against this ticket. So I file TDR. But the authority does not accept the claim. The proof against not travelling is the same passenger has ticket in AZAD HIND EXPRESS on 27/02/15 from JSG TO HWH. Though the passenger not traveled at AZAD HIND . Please look the matter... if AZAD HIND was not arrived at proper time at HOWRAH on 28/02/15 then how the same passenger can travel through KANCHAN JANGHA EXPRESS at 6:35 am on 28/02/15. Please take necessary action.

                              I Anik Manik purchased a ticket from IRCTC, PNR NO-[protected], I made payment through internet banking of SBI. I had chaeged Rs-260(fare) and additional Rs-11.24. Next day again I was charged Rs-11.25. which I think unfare. I want refund of extra money(RS- 11.25).

                              I think Rs-11.25 was charged by the bank as some bank charges for railway ticket booking. So first confirm with your bank.

                                  PNR : [protected] A1 31 LB A1 32 UB My Parents are travelling in kerala Exp.They did reservation on kerala Exp and they got seat on A1 Coach.they are senior citizen.COACH has been changed without any intimation at last moment.Now they allotted UB.how can you allot a seat UB for senior citizen. even told about this to TT also even he is also not respond about this.Its your fault.if we have a LB then you should provide us same seat. or alot atleast one lower birth. how can you provide both UB seat for citizen.                                     I Mrs Sangita Sawalkar have just booked two tickets today around 3:55 pm of date 14th april 2015, TRAIN NAME-MHRST SMPRK EX TIME=11:10-15:49 JOURNEY-VADODARA-BORIVALI STATION I Have received a message of axis bank that Rs 531.24 was deducted on[protected] at 03:57pm .I have checked transaction details but it has not been displayed on irctc website this states that the above ticket has not been booked and Rs 531.24 has been deducted for a invalid reason from my axis bank saving account.Kindly refund the above amount in my axis bank saving account with intimation to me. contact number - [protected]

                                      I filled a form of a ticket online in tatkal quota today and the amount was deducted from my account even though the ticket was not booked. Booking transaction id.:[protected]P Please look into the matter ASAP and refund the deducted amount as the ticket was not booked as the transaction failed.

                                      Kindly note,
                                      During Vacation time its impossible to book a confirmed reservation or tatkal ticket as according to me IRCTC gives all its tickets to its authorised agents to loot people who charged between 500-1000 per sleeper class ticket.
                                      Railways are not taking any action against them and that is the reason we are suffering.
                                      I gave many complaints to them but all were unanswered.
