I was booked train ticket from Hubli ( UBL) To Yeswanthpur (YPR) On the dated 02/02/2015, it was failed to booked train ticket but in my account it was debited & still i didn't get my money its over 18 days, kindly rectify this problem as soon as possible. Regards Chandraprakash [protected]

WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT DOES IT MEAN? WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE REUNDED. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHEN WILL THE AMOUND WOULD BE REFUNDED.       i S R Rajasekharan hold the ticket by garibrath exp from secbad to rajamundry to day ie, 20.02.2015 with pnr no[protected] train no 12740.yesterday i visited your counter at7.50pm at vidyanagar.thecounter was closed with placing the books at window.when i requested to change my boarding point from secbad to kazipet she replied that it is not possible and it is to be done two days advance.when i told that i contacted 139 enquiry and they told that it can be done before 24 hours she replied the time is over.however it is not so.we contacted the in charge .She advised to launch e complaint for speedy redressal.hence made now. The travel is for a cancer patient aged 82 years.THE EMPOLYEES HAVE NO RESPECT FOR JOB AND LACK PUNCTUALITY AND MANNERS, S R RAJASEKHARAN MOBILE [protected]

        I'm travelling today with my family on 16714 RMM-CHENNAI EXP, our reserved seats are B3 coach seat no 1-6. When went to sleep, within 1 hour we have to got out of sleeping because maximum members of our team suffering with lot irritation and we found lot of bugs on our berths. Already many bugs were also scattered through our clothes. It was terrible situation last night and we have spent the night without sleep . I think this is a matter of lack of service and negligence. Please inform me what steps are taken. Other wise I have to take further steps. SUBRATA GUHA/M/45/ B3 1-6

            सर नमस्ते, आज कल आपके जितने भी एजेंट हे जो पैसे लेकर तत्काल व् रिजर्वेशन करते हे उन्होंने पब्लिक को लूटने का नया प्लान बनाया हे. सर मेरे ही कुछ मिलने वाले हे जिन्होंने जयपुर - मुंबई का तत्काल टिकट रेलवे स्टेशन के बहार जो एजेंट होते हे उन्हों से बुक करवाय. और मुंबई चले गये. जब मुंबई से वापस आने के लिए ट्रैन में गए तो पता चला की आपका टिकट तो cancel हो गया है। पैसेंजर तो परेशान हो गया फिर भी वो वापस जयपुर आया और एजेंट से कहा तो एजेंट कहता है मुझे कुछ नहीं पता है. मैंने तो टिकट कैंसिल नहीं करवाया है. टिकट चेकर से ही कोई मिस्टेक हो गई होगी आपको TC से सही बात करनी चाहिए थी और लड़ाई करने लग. पैसेंजर रो धो कर वापस आ गया। सर इस समस्या का कोई सलूशन आप लोगो को ही निकाल ना होगा अन्यथा पैसेंजर परेशान ही होंगे. अगर एजेंट टिकट बुक करवाते समय पैसेंजर का मोबाइल नंबर ही डाले और कैंसिल करवाते समय OTP पासवर्ड पैसेंजर के मोबाइल पर आये और वो पासवर्ड एजेंट डाले तभी टिकट कैंसिल हो। बस यहाँ पैसेंजर का टिकट उसी के आधार नंबर से बने या उसके मोबाइल से बने। सर आप से इतना ही है की कोई आप नया सिस्टम बने एजेंट के लिए जिससे पैसेंजर ठगा नहीं जा सके.

              User ID: mehfoozk14 I Was Using SBI ATM And I Wanted To Book 2 Ticket In Kushinagr Express[11016] From [Pachora] To [LTT] And I Have Checked In Option Of Book Only If Confirm Tickets Are Allotted, There Was W/L2 and W/L3 So It Wasn't Booked And A Message On Website Was That Tickets Weren't Booked But A Message On Mobile Shown That Tickets Were Booked And Charged 472 Rs From A/c. After That I Booked That Ticket With ICICI Bank ATM And Booked W/L Tickets However. The Message From SBI Was At 12:52 PM While There Was No Booking From SBI. However I Booked Ticket With ICICI at 1:19PM[Proof In Image] My Question Is That Can I Get Refund In My A/c? @IRCTC Please Resolve The Matter ASAP

                I have booked a ticket in Jabalpur NDLS (Shridham Express) train no. 12191 Train was running 21 hours late. So I filed TDR . After 1 week of TDR filing I got an email from IRCTC saying I would get 200 rs refund. My complaints are- 1- It's been a month and I didn't get any refund. 2- Why am I getting only 200 Rs refund(ie 50 % of tiket cost) . I have filed TDR within given time limit and I didn't travel.

                    An e-ticket PNR No. [protected], Transaction ID [protected] Train No. 12452 Shram Shakti Express, Date of Journey 07 Feb 2015. This was in a waiting list and was not confirm till journey. But still I did not get back my money while it was in waiting till 18 Feb 2015. Now, how do I get my money back in my Account.                       Sir, I have tried to book CC Class ticket from Rajahmundry(RJY) to Anakapalli (AKP) today i.e., on[protected] through State Bank of India Internet Banking. But the booking is failed due to the reason that "Payment Failed". When I checked up with the State Bank of India, the amount of Rs. 612.47 is debited from my account with an indication that it is paid to IRCTC (Ref.[protected]G00PUKCGO TRANSFER TO IRCTC) . I request you to kindly reverse the amount. I am attaching the proof of payment from the SBI Account. Matter may please be treated as URGENT.                           my pnr no is [protected].actual time of the train on 1st nov 2014 at 00.20 am but the train was late for more than 5 hours and i had filed tdr before the actual departure of the train at 3.33 am.its been more than 2 months and i have not got the refund.it was ac 1 class ticket.I am fedup of writing mails to tdrprocess @irctc.co.in.They say the train departed at right time.how can they lie when i was at the station all night and ultimately had to cancel my trip and catch a morning train to howrah.i have suffered a big loss. refund my money as soon as possible

                            Now it has been more than a month still no intimation from IRCTC. Really frustrated.

After Charting done but before leaving the Train I had cancelled the ticket and also filed TDR but from that day till now continue showing CR Registration only, coudn't get the Refund amount.                                   My Sister named Ms. Pooja Uttam travelled from Ghaziabad to Amethi in First AC on 17 Feb 2015 (HA1/A/1/LB), PNR Number [protected]. Someone stolen his purse there having 5000 Rs. aprox, 2 ATMs on it. She didn't left her purse while using washroom, only while sleeping she put her purse below her head. Please take action on that.                                     Recently I tried to book a ticket through Internet at the railways website IRCTC Online Passenger Reservation Site for Mumbai-Varanasi train. I have made transaction but failed to ticket within one minute of time all the tickets were sold out and it was showing waiting list for all the trains every day. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???????? There is some major Blunder going on. Please look into the matter.

                                      Excess charges of food by meals on wheels

                                      Sir,
                                      Meals on wheels provide food to passenger on train 12311 and 12312 but they are charging lunch (veg-- rice, dal, sabzi, , water 250 ml ) at Rs 100 and Non veg (egg) at Rs 105. the rates are more than the specified rate .
                                      please look into the matter urgently....
