I wanted to book ticket today from Lokmanya Tilak terminus to New Cooch Beehar for 29/04/2015. I am surprised that as soon as it was 08:00AM within fraction of seconds, I got waitlist 367 ( 380 seats were available in sleeper class). Same thing happened yesterday too. When I talked to ticket agents they are ready to provide ticket with same detail at the cost of Rs1000 per passenger. How is it possible? I also talked to my other friends. They told me that they are also experiencing same incidents. Please do something immediately.

      sir my irctc user id is centhia96 and i was booking ticket at 11 feb 2015 but amount is deducted from my bank and ticket is not booked.now status showing send to bank but amount is not credited i have my bank passbook latest transaction as proof.i am sending the photocopy of pass book.

              dear sir, my sister dr. preeti is coming frm ndls to ggc by trainno. 12926 date 26/02/2015 in coach B4 SEAT NO, IS 43 and pnr no. is [protected]. this coach in condecter mr mohmmad atik ahmad bytickt cheked and id cheked but after id cheked he will deposit id and bad behave and herriesment . nad demand money 500/- rs..my sis is deny for money and she told purpose for money, after she denay mr atik told very poor lenguage and misvihave. my sis is calling me in train . then i will calling ratlam devision contreller mob. no.[protected].but they r not any action. and when i receive ggc my sis .the coach condecter told me my visiting card and told me bad anguage. and he told me yhat i[censored] rsee meto any day in train i will see you. so pls i will request plshard action of this coach condecter and punnish. i[censored] r not punnished i will go to court. t thnx bhavishya kumar agrawal bhanu indian cloth store gangapur city.322201 rajasthan kota division

                IRCTC has fixed Rs 7/- per cup of tea & coffee sold by platform vendors all across India. However in Trichy division its up to the whims and fancy of vendor. He may charge 8 to 10 as he feels like. Trichy being an important divisional HQ under Southern Railway, over charging is happening at Tricy Junction (TPJ) right under the nose of DRM & DCRM. If anyone objects, vendor will cajole at the complainant. They say this is my price, if you want to buy from us, this is the price. It happens in most stations under this division be it Thanjavur (TJ), Tiruvarur (TVR) etc. None seems to be listening. The snacks like Vada, Samosa etc are also overpriced. Water bottle is charged at Rs 20/- instead of 15/- Many people are not aware of the actual price especially the villagers, elderly, women etc. The quantity & price should be pre-printed boldly on every tea cup. Similarly on all food packets also the price should be written along with the name of item inside. Toll free complaint no should also be printed. Tea, Coffee, Water bottle are the most sold item in trains nationwide. Hence it should be painted on both ends of the inside end panel of every coach.

                  Dear IRCTC Team,

                  I booked two e tickets - PNR- [protected] (Amount Rs.- 491.24/-) from trivandrum to calicut in train no. 16604 MAVELI EXPRESS with date of journey - 21/02/15.

                  When the chart was prepared I got the irctc message on 21/02/2015 on evening in my mobile no.[protected] that one ticket was in WL 1

                  but on verification with the refund details, it is found that The cancelled wait list ticket amount has not been refunded to me till date

                  irctc may kindly refund the amount ..

                    Respected Sir / Madam I booked my ticket using IRCTC, for a journey from New Delhi to Kolkata for 4 members of which 2 are senior citizens . As desired in the form i filled 2 seats for lower birth and 2 for upper and i check markedthe option Book only if confirm berths are allotted (As mentioned 2 lower and 2 upper ) . And after a payment of Rs 9000 i found out that only 1 side lower and 3 upper seats had been alloted to me, And now either i have to cancel the ticket and i would be charged Rs 400 or my parents have to suffer in uncomfortable seats. So i want to know that what is IRCTC is going to do in this Case as i properly remember that i check marked the box saying " Book only if confirm berths are allotted ". I have not been provided with proper service as i was expecting . i am attaching the necessary documents below please reciprocate to me soon

I do not know the catering service company name but they served the breakfast which was very poor in the hygiene and the breads they served they are having the fungi on it and the catering guy was saying it is ok. Picture is attached for the reference, i shrudly asked him for a new plate then he replaced that one. It was the pathetic in quality. Not a decent one.                               I Vivek Verma booked premium tatkal ticket transaction id [protected] for 2 A.C from Bandra Terminus to Lucknow Junction for myself vivek verma paid through ICICI credit card via ICICI card gateway . During payment final amount was 2790 Rs + taxes.So i proceed for pay now option but when i got ticket irctc charged 4980 rs + sc- 22.47 + pg charges so total Amount charged through credit card was Rs 5002.47 . So i tried to cancel the ticket because ammount charged was much more then showed on screen. & my ticket got cancelled but the fact that premium tatkal tickets can not be cancelled after booking . When i asked for extra ammount charged with customer care of IRCTC at Delhi on Customer Care No.[protected]. she told me that the ammount showing to your screen at time, pay now option, that will be charged but extra charges deducted because of delay from bank icici which issued late OTP.As per IRCTC, bank is responsible for extra charges. When i contacted ICICI bank Customer care [protected] they told bank had paid only ammount which was forwarded by irctc site. i saw ammount 2790 + taxes for ticket but i got very late OTP. Why bank delayed OTP, ( and why 3d security password option not there for pay where as for normal tickets 3d security password option showing ) when i already have 3d security password and because of delay i charged for extra ammount . So my question is 1) how the change in charged ammount happens and when i agreed to pay some amount for ticket so how irctc can change that ammount after my confirmation for previous ammount & 2) why bank delayed OTP AND why bank send OTP if i already have 3d security password for online transactions which is faster then OTP option bank has to pay me back the extra ammount charged. waiting for an early response.

                                there have been 2 emails exchanged between me and the customer care and they are not willing to refund my money..been more than a month asking it back.. On verification railway has conveyed that the passenger(s) have/has travelled.                                   Extra Marital affairs is going on increasing for Working Couples in Banks and other Sectors due to Employer Policy. I would request you to teminate the Employee who has been convicted for the Extra Marital affairs as it destorys the family which results in Crime. Infidelity should be taken seriously and Employees should monitor this

                                    We were on a trip to Golden Temple. I was with my friend ( girl ) and her mother. While returning back to Mumbai on 20.02.2015, we were having TATKAL ticket, the ticket agent booked the ticket on my friend name instead of her mother name . While I & her mother were carrying the valid original ID proof, she was not having any ID. On the way, a ticket checker was checking and told us that the main name on the chart should carry the ID proof. When we told HIM that she doesnt have her ID and instead her mother is there who has ORIGINAL ID proof, he told that it s not valid and told us to get down otherwise he will called the RPF. He was continoulsy threatening us with the name of the RPF or we should pay the ticket fare + penalty. When we showed them the electronic ID proof, he told us that its not valid and started yelling us as we are terrorist or we were travelling withour ticket. As I was with 2 women, i have to pay the ticekt fare + penalty( i.e.Rs.1255 *3 = Rs.3765/- ). We told him to show us the division of the penalty, he again started threatening us with the name of the RPF. So i request you to clear me in this matter. I even have his LICENSE NUMBER . I applied online for TDR vide TDR number Transaction ID: [protected]. Following are the details of the TDR Status: Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. TDR Filing Date: 24-Jan-2015 00:36:16 HRS TDR Status: CR Repudiate Cancellation ID: [protected] TDR Zone: NORTHERN RAILWAY (NR) Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF As per my information the time to file TDR is 2hrs after the train departs from the station. Since the train was running late it departed at 11:25 pm from Chandigarh Station. Hence my TDR request was well within the mentioned TimeStamp. Please provide me a clarification as to why the request has been repudiated. Thanks, Ankita
