I have booked a Tatkal ticket from NDLS to NGP for AP EXPRESS on 30th Jan, 2015 and Date of Journey was 31st Jan, 2015. For reason ' it was in waiting list so i cancelled the ticket and when i was cancelling the ticket only rs.35 should be charged out of rs.1720, there was a message from irctc stating that amount will be refunded but it is been 12 days but the amount has not refunded yet. Tatkal blocking or suspended services
