I want to inform you that on 22 September 2021 at 12:55 A.M I had done my reservation for travelling from BALRAMPUR TO BADSHAHNAGAR (BLP TO BNZ) reservation had been done but I didn't get any seat confirmation message from IRCTC and my money of Rs .294.09 is also deducted my from Gpay.
I had done my reservation with the name of ( BHARTI TIWARI) on that day but the seat confirmation message I didn't get from...

I tried many times for verification of my mobile on irctc but otp not coming on my number, please verify.

I have booked 3 Tuckets from madgaon to nileshwar on October 8 .but the ticket is not booked but amount is gone from account but refund is not credited to my bank account. its benn 4days kindly do the needfull...

My account is blocked, unable to book tickets, Customer care executive is telling that, "i had used for Commercial Purpose". I didn't use account for commercial purpose....

Amount deducted while booking a train ticket but PNR not generated I called IRCTC complaint section they told amount will be refunded in 3-4 days but till now I did not get a refund amount.

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to verify my IRCTC I'd.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to book my ticket

Inspite of multiple trails I am not able get my mobile verified as system is not sending OTP to my phone. I am getting my email id verified but not mobile phone...

I tried to book a ticket on 2nd of October 2021. The booking failed twice after payment. There is a bug from iOS app and they are not fixing the same. Today is 7th of October and the money is still not credited in my account/UPI. This way railway is making money from our blocked money. I request you to take action against them and make them accountable. They cannot make old rules and keep our money for so long. That’s cheating and illegal....

Sir, I have filed TDR for train number 02359 (KOAA PNBE SPCL) pNR NUMBER[protected] because the train was more than 4 hours late on 21 sept-2021 and same time I quickly booked another ticket from Howrah to Patna 02351 ( hwh Rajendra Nagar spcl) PNR NUMBER - [protected] which departed at 2035 from Howrah on 21 Sep 2021. how can the same person travel on both trains same time? it is complete ignorance of irctc they just absurdly put status...

I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK, but the amount is debited from my bank account. When will i get my money back....

I created a new IRCTC user id today using my wife's mobile no. After completing the registration process successfully, I tried to login but the system said that my user id is invalid, but how is that possible I had just created it.

I try to verify my irctc account many times but the otp is not received. So i couldn't login or book my tickets. My irctc id is Athirammuz...

Mobile otp not coming...

I did not receive my verification code on my mobile no. I have been trying to register for it, and neither it is sending me the OTP nor it is allowing me to register from another mobile no because the limit has been exceeded.
IRCTC is causing many problems with its faulty site. Though so many people are going through the same problem still site managers have no permanent solution for this....

My user ID Mdshirazg... I had booked tickets and after payment I was asked for email and mobile verification. However email OTP recieved but till jow haven't received mobile OTP also I they have not shared ticket details. Please help....

While booking ticket via IRCTC, i had selected online payment via PAYTMIRCTCECATERING.
amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked.

so i expect money to be returned back to my account.
