False penalty

Due to an urgent issue i had to travel in month of June from Pune to Hyderabad . i had carried General ticket . I was charged a penalty of Rs 300 for traveling in Sleeper Class with General ticket . when asked the reason on what basis they have charged me 300 officials were not ready to answer. Failed to Cancel of train ticket PNR: 6731 147 474

Deduction of extra amount of fare

R/sir, with reference to above, i bought a flight ticket (for 3 adult) through travel agent IRCTC. When did i see a ticket print out, i was shocked. How is it possible? because purchase of ticket, The fare cost shown Rs 20536 but deducted from my A/c Rs. 27156. i asked to him(them), they can't give solution and they advice to me, kindly send mail about this matter. too many rats in 2AC compartment
