      Hello irctc . I have a complaint about staff in kakinda port station . on date[protected] we travelled in the train named kakinadaport to vijayawada fast passenger that we complied on the parcel counter officer and station master who are working in Kakinada port station.that my train[protected] early Moring 4:40 am ) i went to station at 3o clock to book my boxer dog to kakinda port to rajamandri station there is only one person who giving tickets and parcel counter officer he replied that to book dog if you want to book dog you must stay here at night it self. How can we suppose to do that even as girl i am only taking the responsibility about that dog. That we heard that and also done that to book a dog we want to come one before 1 hour even i went to station 1:30 mints before they are really talking very rude in nature they also giving comments wait for 4 hours and travelled in onther train its really very big insulting to a girl . Please respond to this

            This happened at Bandra station enquiry counter number9. 21 September 2014 at about 11am. Instead of giving help the person was more interested in making fun of the mistake that we made while booking ticket. He even said "Ab tum bhukto hum kuch nahin karnge ". When we objected he started raising his voice and kept fighfighting until we left the counter. I was surprised by this rude behaviror

              Me and my husband were moving towards ambala from aurangabad by sachkhand exp. & we experienced very poor condition & service in 2 AC that was very shocking. Rats were roaming in the train and afterwards we noticed one of ou r leather bag was totally damaged by rat. We did not even think this tupe of condition we are going to face in AC tier

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a tatkal ticket from KGQ to TVC journey date 25Aug2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours and I had to take alternate form of travel to reach TVC.I had filed the TDR the next day at 26-Aug-2014 13:45:07 HRS after reaching TVC by bus.Now the status of TDR is showing CR Repudiate.I had to reach TVC in order to cancel file TDR as the railway inquiry person told I had to do it online itself.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                       I was travelling along with my family on the 11th of september 2014 in cape mumbai express. pnr no. [protected]. date of journey : 11 sep 2014. train no. 16382.. we had a worst time during the entire journey. we had bed bugs in the bed spreads given n also bed bugs roaming all over our luggages. we even were harrased by the caterers overcharging each food items they sell right from tea/coffee. had spoken to the manager but in vain. he was touching our feet n asked us to forgive. They behaved very unproffessionally. manager name: Monu Singh. Attendant name: Deepu. Caterer owner: A.K AGARWAL. hoping to get a response from you . Thank u.

                          I tried to purchase a online ticket from Thiruvananthapuram to Chennai on 11/07/2014 (journey date 14/07/2014).The amount of sleeper class ticket Rs 492 is deducted from my account in the same time.txn#[protected]. But I did get any message from IRCTC (my email ID: [protected]@gmail.com), So I could not travel, .My ticket amount is not refund yet. Immediatly refund that amount with interest. T.Johnson

                            hi this is SATHEES KUMAR .i was booked one tatkal train ticket from mas to rasp, that ticket was not conformed, and automatic cancelled, total cost of ticket is 416.24rs bank charge 7.72rs total cost of my ticket 423.96 rs .debit in my account.but refund amount is 381.96, total loss 42rs, that loss amount how much cost i given to irctc & bank? note: one ticket booking how much cost given to irctc & bank? why i given to cost for automatic cancelled to irctc & bank? very worst in irctc money money only irctc

                              Wrong Error occurs while booking in tatkal tickets

                              Dear Concern, My self Yajuvendrasinh Parmar i was trying to book a tatkalticket from Bhuj to Ahmedabad by online booking portal IRCTC but when foundtickets are available wrong error occurs that you are permitted only 2 tatkal ticketsbetween 10 to 12pm per IP address but how come wrong error occurs without bookany tickets on my IP address 10.24.167.110 and from my mayur3131 ID. Request to share my registered complaint number and confirmback...

                                I m a regular customer of IRCTC. I frequently book tickets from the counter. But i dont understand why the rules are keep on changing whenever i go to book tickets. I always book tickets from CBD belapur station this time wen i went in the morning to buy tickets i had all the documents original pan card and Xerox as well i waited there for around 1 hour and when my turn came the booking clerk Named MR S M Sakhare said you have to book the ticket from counter no 2 Reason mentionaed was you are not self travelling . I really don't understand if i m waiting there for around 1 hour and then suddenly i will get to know this how would i react.. Is dis rule is applicable everywer or its just made for there convienence..how does it matter if i m taking the tickets from counter no 1 or 2???? And if the rule is applicable y is it not mentioned on the IRCTC website or at the counter itself.

                                  hello sir, i am travelling from pune to bangalore in this train and the quality of food is pathetic here. the water which we are provided by meals on wheels staff we can see dirt inside it, the bottles are not sealed qnd they fill it up in train and sell which is very unhygenic. please see as this is matter of priority as anyone can get sick after eating this kind of food. thank you

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, i was traveling in Train CHETAK EXPRESS (Train no. 12982) on 15/09/14 from Ajmer to Delhi Sarai Rohilla, when i booked my ticket it was WL/8, on journey date showed P1-RC, S-5, 47 and my name was appearing first in the RAC. When i requested to TTE to provide full seat if available, he did not provide that although he was providing others. Since my name was first in list and on priority basis i should have given the seat.

                                      On 29/07/2014 vide the subject mentioned order id; I ordered two units of ''BWSP B/W paw prints-small / Gardenia'' and Rs. 648/- is paid online by HDFC Bank credit card through EMI mode on that date around 05:29pm. I have got confirmation SMS from HDFC Bank authorities regarding payment of Rs. 648/-. But on 06/08/2014 only one unit is received by speed post. On the very same day; I wrote to irctc regrading the inconvenience caused to me and they replied me with the following e-mail:- Subject:Re: -Shipment details of your order no. IRSP5721161 ??? shop.irctc.com From:[protected]@irctc.co.inFri, 8 Aug '14 12:03p To:Youandothers Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to IRCTC Shopping Portal.This is with reference to your e-mail dated Aug 7, 2014 regarding the order number IRSP5721161.The second unit of ''BWSP B/W paw prints-small / Gardenia'' will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the fulfillment center.It will be delivered to you within 5 working days post dispatch. Please note, if dispatched via Speed Post, the order will be delivered within 20 working days. For further assistance, kindly refer to http://shop.irctc.co.in/CustomerService.aspx Best Regards, Saumya Mishra Customer Service SpecialistIRCTC Shopping Portal But till date inspite of repeated e-mails from my part fetched no results. They did not reply nor the item is recieved. If they are unable to deliver the second unit of the item; then they should refund the amount for the second unit. The e-mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in is not receiving any e-mail and is a total failure. I am paying the EMI amount to HDFC Bank at regular intervals. I want either the second unit or refund of the amount of second unit. Please be kind to do the needful.
