Hi,
This is to inform that train number 12303 / POORVA EXPRESS was cancelled on 15th Aug, 2014. I had booked 2 tickets for the train.
When I tried to cancel my ticket(as train was cancelled), it displayed train cancelled and I was not able to cancel the ticket, also i was not able to TDR for it as the ticket couldn't be cancelled.
It has been more than 15 days, I haven't received the amount in my account.
As, the IRCTC account didn't allow me to cancel the ticket and the train was cancelled, it is understood that IRCTC will refund my amount and I don't need to claim for it. But nothing of this sort has happened yet.
Kindly do the needful.
