Dear Sir/Ma'am I had a ticket booked for 2 passengers on the following train on 18th June 2014. Train No.: 04824 Train Name: YPR JU PREMIUM PNR No.: [protected] The train was scheduled to depart Ahmedabad at 20:10 but it arrived late and hence departed late at around 00:30 hours. There was a charge of Rs.180 (Rs.90 per passenger) paid for availing catering (dinner) in the train. The dinner timings are usually around 8 pm to 10 pm. No one would like to have dinner at 12:30 in the night. Since the dinner was not provided to us during the normal dinner hours, we request the IRCTC to kindly refund back the money that was charged as catering component.

    I tried to book ticket for my friend twice. Twice money was taken, after that got a message "unable to perform transaction". If you are unable to perform transaction, why don't you refund whole money instantly? When will I get the refund??? I need a reply!!!

      I had booked Tatkal ticket PNR No [protected] on 3rd June 2014 to travel on 4th June from New Delhi to Chennai by Tamilnadu Express. Ticket didn't confirmed & shown refund status approved on their website. Later They are showing None on refund status & Amount to be refunded Rs. 2980. I have been writing to IRCTC customer care But no satisfactory reply. As per IRCTC Refund rule amount should refund in 3-4 working days. But Now It is more than 15 days.         Dear Sir, I booked 2 sleeper class tickets (Senior Citizens category) from tiruchirapally to Bangalore for 16th August 2014. My money from my account has been deducted but the ticket has not been booked. Please look into the matter & rectify the issue immediately.

          Hi, I tried to book tatkal ticket from Delhi to haridwar in shatabdi on 20.06.2014 for travel date 21.06.2014 from user id kuldeep689.At 10:10 there were 76 seats available then I clicked on make payment button. It processed the payment as I got message that amount 657.47 is debited from my credit card.i waited for confirmation page, after 5-10 mins i got one page with message "Txn ID [protected] for booking in tm#12017 from NDLS to HW is being processed .Please check in booked ticket history after some time"But i can not see any booked ticket .Please help me get my money.

            I booked a ticket through irctc for patna to anand vihar. The train number shown on the ticket was "22487" which is different from the original train number "12487". Due to this disperancy i was unable to continue the journey and faced a lot of problem.

                Hi Team, The site is not working properly for getting up the SMS or printout. It is showing only the current month booking history. It is not showing up the entire history. Please find the images for more detail. The search is not working it is expecting all the details. Even the date is provide it requires all the fields as mandatory.                   IRCTC is not refunding my money for waiting list ticket pnr number:-[protected], Its already 16 days, but still they are not giving any response.According to rule IRCTC will take maximum 10 to 11 days for refunding of money.But still today they have not refund my money, kindly help me please

                    we try to book ticket for my parents whose is the senior citizen for takkal booking. when we made payment for first ticket it showed error in irctc site. We checked the booking history and there is no booked history available.so we thought it is not booked. we tried again and this time it got booked and confirmed .

                    Two pnr number below for travel person and same date .
                    We realized only when we say in booked history in the evening.
                    we have cancelledone of PNR since it is for travel person and same date
                    Since system as error we were not able the know the ticket is booked. currently we cancelled one of ticket since it is same ticket for both person .Request to refund the entire money since it is system issue and it did not appear in booked history when we checked after first transaction.

                      Dear sir, I have booked a ticket of PNR Number [protected] and transaction id [protected] from bhind to indore journey date 07.06.14. i got cancelled the ticket on 5th june 2014 around 3 to 4 pm which is 48 hrs before the departure of the train.Train Departure time is 7th June 8PM..The deduction amount should be Rs 60/- per ticket but Rs 80 per ticket was deducted. Also if it is with in 48 hrs then 25% of the ticket amount should be deducted but how Rs80/- per ticket is deducted. kindly clarify me? I have also not get any refund till date after 11days of cancellation of my ticket.i called the CC they are telling some gateway issue.but when i will get my refund.i am also sending to clarify me the details but i got the reply with amended rules for cancellation .i know all the rules for cancellation .i am asking about the clarification of Rs 80/- per passenger deduction, i am getting the reply with attached rules but there is no clarification. i have send 3 mails but i got only one reply with rules. so i am sending you the mail, so that tell me the details 1) How Rs80/- per passenger deducted ? 2) Why refund is late and when i will get my refund ? just answer me the above two questions .do not send me the rules again.it is available on Irctc site.i am sending no of mails but no reply from irctc side.                             i booked one ticket from datiya to udaipur on 5th june 2014 but due to some reason i cancelled that ticket & ticket cancelled but the refund of the ticket is not credited even after the 14 days . so please kindly give my money back as early as possible . transaction id :[protected] train no:19665 from datiya to udaipur refund amount is 620 rupees please refund my amount of cancelled ticket

                              Even though there is a pantry car compartment is there in this train for part one and a half years. The food has been collected from outside and delivered in the train in a very high rate. The quality of food is also very bad. I request you to please look into the matter and start the pantry car as soon as possible. Thank you!

                                  IRCTC disables the payment through SBT internet banking and SBT debit card. This is also for other state bank associates. SBI and some other banks have the facility for internet payment. This is very difficult for common people since they have no SBI and other private banks account. please make necessary arrangements for that

                                    I cancelled 3 tickets on 5th June 2014. Today is 18th June 2014. still i did not receive the amount. why IRCTC is taking this much time in refunding the amount. 1.                                     I have not received the amount back, which are the tickets that have not confirmed on 15th November, 2014, so I am giving you my ticket full details below. Train number 17255, Class Sleeper, PNR No.[protected]. Date of journey 15th November, 2014, from Vijayawada to Secunderabad. Please refund my remaining amount apart from those one ticket, which was confirmed (P1-S1, 43).
