I would like to draw your attention that while booking tatkal e-ticket through irctc, due to processing problems two tickets have been booked on same personal details. Hi Team, The site is not working properly for getting up the SMS or printout. It is showing only the current month booking history. It is not showing up the entire history. Please find the images for more detail. The search is not working it is expecting all the details. Even the date is provide it requires all the fields as mandatory.     IRCTC is not refunding my money for waiting list ticket pnr number:-[protected], Its already 16 days, but still they are not giving any response.According to rule IRCTC will take maximum 10 to 11 days for refunding of money.But still today they have not refund my money, kindly help me please

      we try to book ticket for my parents whose is the senior citizen for takkal booking. when we made payment for first ticket it showed error in irctc site. We checked the booking history and there is no booked history available.so we thought it is not booked. we tried again and this time it got booked and confirmed .

      my userid is binnyjopc1 and mobile no:[protected]
      Two pnr number below for travel person and same date .
      We realized only when we say in booked history in the evening.
      we have cancelledone of PNR since it is for travel person and same date
      Since system as error we were not able the know the ticket is booked. currently we cancelled one of ticket since it is same ticket for both person .Request to refund the entire money since it is system issue and it did not appear in booked history when we checked after first transaction.

        Dear sir, I have booked a ticket of PNR Number [protected] and transaction id [protected] from bhind to indore journey date 07.06.14. i got cancelled the ticket on 5th june 2014 around 3 to 4 pm which is 48 hrs before the departure of the train.Train Departure time is 7th June 8PM..The deduction amount should be Rs 60/- per ticket but Rs 80 per ticket was deducted. Also if it is with in 48 hrs then 25% of the ticket amount should be deducted but how Rs80/- per ticket is deducted. kindly clarify me? I have also not get any refund till date after 11days of cancellation of my ticket.i called the CC they are telling some gateway issue.but when i will get my refund.i am also sending to clarify me the details but i got the reply with amended rules for cancellation .i know all the rules for cancellation .i am asking about the clarification of Rs 80/- per passenger deduction, i am getting the reply with attached rules but there is no clarification. i have send 3 mails but i got only one reply with rules. so i am sending you the mail, so that tell me the details 1) How Rs80/- per passenger deducted ? 2) Why refund is late and when i will get my refund ? just answer me the above two questions .do not send me the rules again.it is available on Irctc site.i am sending no of mails but no reply from irctc side.                 Even though there is a pantry car compartment is there in this train for part one and a half years. The food has been collected from outside and delivered in the train in a very high rate. The quality of food is also very bad. I request you to please look into the matter and start the pantry car as soon as possible. Thank you!

                    IRCTC disables the payment through SBT internet banking and SBT debit card. This is also for other state bank associates. SBI and some other banks have the facility for internet payment. This is very difficult for common people since they have no SBI and other private banks account. please make necessary arrangements for that

                      I cancelled 3 tickets on 5th June 2014. Today is 18th June 2014. still i did not receive the amount. why IRCTC is taking this much time in refunding the amount. 1.                                 Dear Sir, On 5th June 14, I have booked train ticket from IRCTC and payment got failed and my amount was deducted from my account. transaction id is [protected], IRCTC has given instruction to the bank to refund the amount but till date I have not received the amount back. same thing i have written to hdfc bank but but they are suggested pleas write to IRCTC.please resolve the issue and refund my amount in my account. This is with reference to your e-mail dated June 17, 2014 with Subject line : "'HBL=[protected]' Others Ref No:[protected][protected] 13:34:58". This is in reference to your e-mail regarding the non-receipt of your payment done through Direct Pay to the Merchant / Service provider. The only role of HDFC Bank is in facilitating the payment. The offering / terms and conditions of the product are laid down by the Merchant. Your account has been debited and the payment has already been made to the Merchant / Service provider.                                       I got the e-ticket booked online under PNR No.[protected] from my Login ID on 27th May, 2014 consisting of 5 passengers. It was a confirmed ticket for all 5 persons under Coach/Birth No(s) C1-21, 22, 23, 24 & 25. On 16th June, 2014 at 7.44 p.m., I received a message on my mobile informing that “Your ticket Partial Cancelled and amount 1110 will be refunded in your account.” I am shocked to receive this message as I never got the ticket partially cancelled nor I requested for its cancellation. When I checked the PNR status, I found that 3 out of 5 passengers tickets were cancelled in a sequence i.e first, third and fifth passenger (C21, 23, 25 - odd numbers). On enquiry from Railway Helpline[protected] over telephone and through various e-mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in, I was informed as under : a) The ticket under PNR:= [protected] is successfully partly cancelled at your own end. b) The ticket under Pnr no [protected] was booked using upgraded version and to check the booking history, please follow the given path Log in>Proceed for booking>My Transaction>Booked ticket history. c) Your PNR NO:[protected] is canceled by your end only with the user id:-avneet1993 The above reply was totally evasive/stereotyped and not in consonance with the queries made by me as under : (1) These tickets were not cancelled by me i.e from my login ID using my PC/my Mobile etc. nor I made any request for their cancellation. (2) As nothing is being displayed in the history (booked/cancelled tickets) either in old as well as upgraded version of your site, please tell how the cancellation event has been exercised from my end. I have also forwarded / attached all the screen shots (to [protected]@irctc.co.in) that has been captured from your site on 17/06/2014. No screen shot shows the details of the ticket booked on 27 May 2014. I, therefore, request you to provide me the details how the cancellation event has been carried out and what was the mode of cancellation. Also provide the IP details/e-mail/number details used for cancellation. Please expedite the issue and provide with a proper resolution as the Journey date is 23rd June, 2014. I also request that this issue should not be assigned to a Customer Care Executive and some senior level official should look into the matter immediately as I have already wasted one full day following up the matter with them and have suffered too much harassment and mental torture.                                       Hi avneet, this has happened to me as well. So many others have complaint about the same. My ticket from Jaipur to Ajmer was cancelled. You will be better to post your complaint (and find solution) at this page
