      Appeared "Unable to perform transaction" on the irctc portal after completion of booking e-ticket

      Dear Support, Today[protected] I have done booking e-ticket from Krishnaraj Puram(KRM) to Rajahmundry(RJY) for the date[protected]. I have done this through my Axis Net Banking. After performing the transaction I got "Hot Payment Successful" message but I found "Unable to perform Transaction" on the irctc portal. In order to confirm whether the amount is debited in my account, I have seen in my net banking account and wondered the money...

      dear sir, your previous website was good as comparison to new website. Please degrade your website. I was trying to login since 9:00AM clock, i do several attempts near about 100 but unfortunately it never go from login page to another page. And on the previous website we can login after 2-3 attempts. This is very shameful and miss use of govt. power or job. Thanks, kaushal [protected]

        While I was booking ticket from Pune to Daund, for Nizamuddin express (Date of travel:- 08/Jul/2014), transaction passed through billdesk and i got message as hot payment successful. It deducted 176.24 + service charge from my account successfully, but i did not receive any SMS, neither it redirected me to booking confirmation page. I am not seeing ticket under "my transactions" section of irctc website. Please find the screenshot of successful transaction When i tried to do transaction again. It showed me warning message as attached screenshot. I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 11 June 2014 22:07PM, but no reply yet. I have mailed again on 14 June 2014 09:17AM.

          we came to know that from july mathura station trai will not stop.this is only ac train that middel clase people can aforte to travel.From mathura so many piligrim people travel in this train.So we request you please alowe the train to stop mathura station.Mathura, vrindavan, goverdhan are hindu religious place.

          Yes please do not delete mathura station, we rely heavily on this train. This train provides quick travel time to mathura from mumbai. It is lifeline for people from mathura living in mumbai. Aug kranti is very expensive and other trains are having long travel time and their AC charges are very high compare to Garib rath. Garib rath is heavily used by travelers to and fro Mathura. Entire train alomst empties at Mathura, so please better delete Kota or Ratlam stations which are not even used due to Late nigh timings.

          Also you can delete Baroda as well as other trains provide good overnight travel for 14 to 15 hrs, these station also need not to use garib rath. Mathura is a key station please do not delete it.

          MATHURA IS A HINDU RELIGIOUS PLACE AND MANY PEOPLE COME TO MATHURA FOR DARSHAN SO WE REQUEST YOU TO STOP THE GARIBH RATH EXP RUNNING FROM MUMBAI TO MATHURA
          Mathura is a hub o[censored]P. Mostly passengers pick his train from Mathura to Mumbai, Surat etc. I was shock once i found no stop in Mathura. Request you to please do the help for passengers who used to go mathura from other places.

            Boarding time:19.55

            Depature time : 8.00


            we waiting for the train in sattur railway station from 19.30 on 25.04.2014 but nobody announcement about the above named train till 20.50 than we enquire the station master VINOD KUMAR . he enquired and asked to us "the said train passed from this station today morning (25.04.2014) . so i need the compensation Rs.2, 50, 000/-from the railway department for the reason of inaccurate information and her incovininience of travel and waste of time

              I have 1 train ticket reserved.
              But Transaction is failed & payment transfer in irctc account. But not
              refund me 3 or 4 working days. Transaction Id is--- [protected]. Booking date is 06 jun 2014...

              i am contact to irctc customer care service department but no response. He says again & again payment transfer with in 3-4 working days.

                I filed TDR for the PNR No. [protected] on 24th Jan 2014 on account of train delay of more than 3 hours. Now after so many month status shows as regreted and without any further update on the same. I would like to know that on what basis my TDR is being rejected while the train was late more than three hours on the same day.. Request to look into this matter and refund my money on priority.                 Did IRCTC deliberately delayed its decision to reject the claim? Write to Customer care support for explanation for (1) reasons for the delay (2) basis of rejection of refund request.

                      As due to delay of train I have booked my ticket through AIR INDIA.

                      Please find the attached My Air Ticket scan copy, through which I had travelled on dated - 21/03/2014 & You are claiming that I have travelled.

                      Kindly provide me the proofs that I have travelled...

                          Dear Sir, I used ([protected]) Vodafone Sim Since 1 year with same plan, but recently your changed the previous plan without intimation. As per previous plan I used my sim but i received present plan (I think its working previous plan after received bill i was shocked). Please change my plan and process the bill as per previous plan. If your not consider my request i am not able to use your network.. Please consider above the same and do the needful action as soon as possible Dear Sir, My current Plan is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 and without any intimation Vodafone people has changed my current Plan to ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99 which is totally illegal as my billing cycle starts from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. Despite my continuous explanations to Vodafone customer care executives they seem to stick to the same behavior and as per My Bill Dated 25th March My Billing Cycle should be from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. So I requested many times with Vodafone customer care executives to change my plan into my previous plan which is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 & I also requested them to discount the extra amount which was charged to me. After many repeated calls they changed my account into NC_DL_MV_Alankit99, but they didn’t discount the extra amount which was charged to my account unnecessarily and without my knowledge. What I want is the same plan and the extra amount to be discounted from my account. If this is the way Vodafone treats its customer then you can understand how ethical they would be at service... So, I hereby request to kindly take initiative and do the needful.

                            I was booking tatkal ticket this morning and the next generation e-ticketing updated website appeared this morning. Everything worked fine and i came upon form filling page but when i went down to find the payment options there were only limited debit cards and credit cards to pay with. In tatkal hours i avoid using net-backing because it asks lots of passwords and has to be verified via code sent in sms to phone no. registered with the bank. I found only four options in Debit/Credit Card Indiana Bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab Bank and Andhara Bank which had transaction charge 10/-. All the famous and common banks were excluded and there was not even an option of any powered by CITI or MASTERCARD or VISA to put the other bank card options. Please solve this otherwise it would be difficult to do the tickets!!

                              Dear sir, I cancelled two tickets booked through IRCTC PNR numbers [protected] and [protected] for Lucknow to Chennai and back on 4th June 2014 and message came on my mobile that an amount of Rs.2810/+2810 will be credited to my account soon. Yesterday on 11th June I filed a complaint to care.irctc.co.in around 4.30 in the evening for refund of the cancelled tickets. within 10-15 minutes I received a phone call on my mobile number [protected] from 91 [protected] from the IRCTC and the person on line enquired about my complaint to irctc and asked for the debit card details and the password/PIN which I provided innocently. The man on line stated that he is calling from irctc and that there is some technical snag in the system and that the amount will be sent soon to my account . But to my utter dismay I come to know that Rs 1500/ has been fraudulently debited from my account within minutes. There seems criminal conspiracy by the irctc staff in calling me about my complaint and then asking for the debit card details and then fraudulently withdrawing Rs. 1500/ from my account. Please refund immediately the amounts of my cancelled two tickets and Rs. 1500/ withdrawn fraudulently by your staff calling me from your center.                                 when i put a complaint regarding my e-ticket then instantly someone is calling and told me that he is saying from irctc dept. his name (Rohit mb.[protected] on 12/06/2014 time 11:33 am call duration 19:56 and they confirm me we don't credited your amnt in hdfc account so give me other a/c details and they deduct from my sbi a/c or idbi a/c of Rs.1600/- so kindly check all the call details for this no. and already i'm lodge a complaint in delhipolice.nic.in but not yet any reply from his side so pls do me a favour if you get any more details then i'll send you but pls caught him that guy who doing a fraud transaction in my account.

                                  The IRCTC e-Ticketing website is the WORST website throughout the world. The world wide web community should debar this website from putting up on the Internet. But since it is a free community, the Indian government should privatize the Indian Railway. The Indian Railway boasts itself that due to heavy traffic, the problem exists. But why doesn't anybody asks them - ARE THEIR SERVER MORE POWERFUL THAN GOOGLE, YAHOO, etc ? Is there much more traffic than Google, Yahoo, etc handles each second ? It's totally false because the Indian Railway is one of the MOST CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE WORLD/INDIA.

                                    Hello, Recently we travelled from pune to nandura. day before travelling i booked ticket using tatkal scheme. but while booking ticket i don't have my id number so i put some values like 12345. I thought i will provide the photo identity proof in case TTC asked. so, i booked the ticket. Next day while travelling TTC said that you need to pay fine of Rs 500, for not producing the valid id proof.But I have provided valid id proofs like my voter id card which i have mention in ticket.
