Dear Sir/Maim,
I have booked a ticket for two, from Anand Vihar Trm (ANVT) to Ghazipur City (GCT), on 2nd August in Suhaildev SF SPL (02220).
The booking failed once, however the amount was deducted. Then on next attempt it got booked and amount deducted again.
I waited for two weeks for the refund but it did not happen, I used PayTM wallet for the payment.
Please fasten the process of refund, I will be thankfull to you.
