    Hi
    I have done the transaction on 28th august on IRCTC via GPAY.
    Transaction got completed in GPAY but ticket has not booked in Irctc.
    And till now the refund has done for that in my bank account

      After the chart preparation still the tatkal ticket would be in waitlisted we are not able to travel yesterday and the refund amount also not yet credited kindly credit the refund as soon as possible..

                  Refund not credited i paid to book tickets from hyd to vizag the amount was deducted but they initially said refund will be issued in 3-5 days but it is 13th day now i contacted phone pe they are asking me to contact irctc and I contact irctc and they are asking to contact bank i contacted bank they said to contact irctc i am done with all these plans help

                    Passenger did not travel but TDR status showing repudiated (Passenger travelled)

                    Please check this case as passenger travelled late (30.07.2021) as I booked the tkt from same account later, please refund my money.

                      Dear Sir/Maim,

                      I have booked a ticket for two, from Anand Vihar Trm (ANVT) to Ghazipur City (GCT), on 2nd August in Suhaildev SF SPL (02220).
                      The booking failed once, however the amount was deducted. Then on next attempt it got booked and amount deducted again.

                      I waited for two weeks for the refund but it did not happen, I used PayTM wallet for the payment.

                      Please fasten the process of refund, I will be thankfull to you.

                        I have booked 2 tickets for onward and return journey but had to cancel the ticket booked for onward journey. And when I tried to book another one through net banking the transaction had shown payment successful but suddenly a page appeared showing no transactions found. This has happened two times and the third time when I made it though debit card it worked and tickets were booked. But my account has been debited 5 times and I had a loss of about Rs7000+ excluding cancellation amount. When I mailed them regarding this they are saying they haven't received any payment authorization message from my banker.

                          Today i was booking a ticket from irctc between agra and morena
                          I completed the payment using google pay
                          But when I visited irctc website again
                          I showed that session has been expired

                          My irctc id is govindgoyalasi

                          I was my money back aa soon as possible

                              Sir,
                              I have booked Three tickets from CBE to NJP for journey date on 13th Jan 2021 in IRCTC for train No.02507. However on 12th Jan 2021 after the chart prepared i have got One ticket in RAC and Two tickets were in WL. So i filed TDR by selecting with reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel on 12th Jan 2021 at 02:09 PM. However they rejected by mentioning repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules. But after registering a compliant in consumer portal they have reopened the TDR case in March and no action taken till now

                                  I have booked a General ticket on 5th August. 2021 which was having waiting 1. Finally when the cart was prepared, it still remained waiting 1 and ideally I should get all the refund amount accordingly.

                                  Instead they have charged me with INR 7.98 as a part of ( TIPS/Schgs/exh//IRCTC) on 7th August.2021

                                  Here the question is not about 7 INR but the question is how they can debit money from customer account without...

                                      I am not convinced with the reason.
                                      You may please check & verify that on 22/7/21 Train Number 01222 HZM-CSMT Rajdhani express was diverted from JALGAON station- Boarding station & was also late by 3 hrs and diverted via NANDURBAR to CSMT and reached CSMT 6 hours late.

                                      Please process my refund of the tickets for which we did not travel
