I have parked my two wheeler and Bangalore city station at 8th platform back side on last saturday 5.45am went to janashatabdi and next day when back at 10PM on sunday charged 100 including helmet charge. is this affordable cost 50 rupees per day for two wheeler by railway. This is second time happened to me, simply people over they collecting money showing rowdism and arguing with customers. why railway can't take proper action and print amount on bills for parking hours and put some bill board. remember its a two wheeler and paid 100 rupees for parking even its more or less equal to rail charge. please give solution and replace contract of parking showing rowdism.

    I cancelled a ticket of 17 january 2014 whose pnr no. Was [protected]. Its scheduled departure was 6:00am but it was late by 11 hours. So i called the customer care no. [protected] twice and asked if i would cancel my ticket what would happen and the person replied that you will get full refund of your ticket and said to choose the option train late by more than 3 hours.
    I also confirmed the customer care person who was on line when to cancel the ticket and he assured me that you should file tdr within two hours after the actual departure of the train. So i filed the tdr within two hours of actual departure.
    But this information was provided to me by your care centre and was wrong so there is no mistake of mine.
    So i request you to kindly listen to the voice recording and confirm that information provided to me was wrong. I provide me my full refund.

            I booked an TDR as per 139 Customer care suggestion on 13th Oct 2013 as train was cancelled due to phylin cyclone. PNR Number: [protected] Reference No: ekt[protected] TDR Filing Date: 13-Oct-2013 but, money is still not refunded to my account even it crossed 110 days. I am trying to take follow up, but IRCTC care's reply is like Hide & Seek Game. One department blames another & they give the number of a third party, which one never get answered.               Sir, I have booked 6 tikets PNR NO [protected] on08/09/2013 in waiting. On journey day one ticket in the name of Yogesh was confirmed as RAC and rest 5 tickets are not confirmed and automatically cancelled and I have file TDR against one confirmed ticket because journey was not performed. Sir, till date I have not received any amount of refund. total fare is Rs 2370/-. Kindly look into the matter and refund the above amount at the earliest and credited in my A/C. Thanks.

                This is to bring into your notice that the above mentioned TRD was filed for the passenger who was not able to travel. The passenger R C Nayak was coming from HWH to BBS (23.12.13) by train no-12821 vide PNR- [protected] and subsequently he was to board the train no. 18106 from BBS to TLHD(23.12.13) vide PNR- [protected].
                Unfortunately train no 12821 reached late at BBS even after departure of train no-18106, so he could not board the train 18106 to TLHD. Hence the TDR was filed on 23.12.2013.
                But I can see it now that IRCTC has regretted the TDR. I would request to please re-look into the matter and process the refund. It's not a matter of money rather it's a matter of principle to claim for a valid refund for the travel which the passenger has not availed.

                      IRCTC has disabled login id the reasons for the same is not known. Many calls to the customer care did not produce any result as they treat you badly. Not only i can not use the same login id any more . i need to have a new mail id and a new mobile no to create a new login id in IRCTC. This is ridiculous as this encourages spurious accounts as genuine customer would prefer to use only a regular mail id and mobile no. The customer may not be able to change the mobile no for this purpose alone mobile no is now connected to internet bankings, Income tax and to many government institutions. It is high time that IRCTC to make a new policy on login to help genuine rail travellers like me. All disallowed ids should be reactivated with in a span of 7 days K Kumar

                              IRCTC does not issue tkt after deducting the money...after 4 minutes they tell me to login again. they send the money back within 3 days. one hand they harass the customer by not issuing the tkt...other hand it is a financial harassment not to get back the money immediately...at least they should adjust the money in the next ticketing effort. they should reserve the data and try to issue the tkt before or onging trial immediately after they fail to issue the tkt. at my first trial all 244 tkt was available...in next trial it became WL53.

                                  Dear respected authorised personalities,
                                  This is to complain you for the missuse of the irctc booking currently going on to the GPO window of surat city main road.
                                  As the situation is just some people are hijacking the window of reservation center of GPO during the summer vacation and diwali vacation for tatkaal and long route journey ticket booking, as the number of the ordinary customer is appeared there is no room available there, we find that the railway irctc staff member is involved in the hack booking during the vacation, and the ordinary customer are just sad return without ticket from the gpo surat

                                  As our information a man namely SHABBIR VOHRAA and his group, is making this all hold involving the resposible man of irctc staff member, as he make a queue of his own man hiring them by giving 100 or 200 rs for just standing in queue just to acquire the queque, and the second thing which is shocking that all mans are drunkard and gambler, to whom one simple citizen cannot tongue up

                                  Please take strict regular steps, espicially during summer vacation and diwali vacation for this inconvineince to the public,

                                  Awaiting for you sudden attack on the suspect during summer and diwali vacation

                                    IRCTC not refunded my Booked Train ticket amount. Dear Sir, We had booked train ticket by IRCTC against the PNR No. [protected] dated 18.12.2013 in the name of "Santosh Kumar" myself and My brother "Satish Kumar Lal". We were not traveling against the PNR No. [protected] dated 18.12.2013, due to we had so many house hold luggage and it was not booked by parcel office in the same dated train. So we are not traveling. We had booked my luggage by parcel on dated 19.12.2013 against Parcel Receipt No. 262017, in which total item was booked 22 + One bike = 23 item. I was also booked retiring room at Ambala Cant Station on dated 19.12.2013 and staying in this room on same date.                                       26.12.2013 I have filled TDR against PNR No [protected] as train was late more than three hours but in status now it is showing regretted. As I have not travelled by train No13248 from BOE to NMZ on 26.12.2013 please refund the amount of 3AC Rs2820 as per filled TDR. My seat no was 9, 10, 11, 12, 17 & 18 in coach no B2.
