Since morning I am trying to get my tickets cancelled with PNR number: [protected], but the website irctc.co.in is not responding to my request. Moreover, the numbers given on the website are either busy or they are picking up the calls. Furthermore, I have sent a mail to which no one has responded. The train is plying today, and if it doesnt get cancelled, then i have to pay for the fare, I did not travel for. Already, I have to borne higher expenses due to the duration which passed before the scheduled arrival of the train, which is not my fault again. Please help !!!!!
