Hi,
I booked a ticket from IRCTC mobile app on March 8th with date of journey March 18th. But the PNR status shows "" FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED" even after boarding the train. Now the TT says that seat is given to someone else and PNR is not generated and hence I had to buy another ticket from him. Please look into this and initiate a refund for the booked ticket. I am attaching the ticket details in screenshots.

Booked date: March 8th, 2021
Travel date: March 18th, 2021
PNR status: FLUSHED PNR

Will this be ever resolved? When will i get my refund? This is ridiculous.
Is there any progress? I did not get any refund too. I was robbed off by IRCTC. Shame on you.

    Sir,
    I have booked Three tickets from CBE to NJP for journey date on 13th Jan 2021 in IRCTC for train No.02507. However on 12th Jan 2021 after the chart prepared i have got One ticket in RAC and Two tickets were in WL. So i filed TDR by selecting with reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel on 12th Jan 2021 at 02:09 PM. However they rejected by mentioning repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules. But even after mailing them several times to [protected]@irctc.co.in for atleast refund for the WL tickets, they are not replying. At least the waitlisted tickets amount to be refunded. But as per rules i have filed TDR 1 day before the arrival of train at my destination and they should refund the amount for RAC ticket also. Please help.

      Sir I booked a two tickets from Itarsi to Kalyan on 04/02/2021 but one ticket is not confirm and the last status was RLWL1 and another one is confirmed. But till date I didn't received the refund fare from that one ticket which was not confirm. My PNR is [protected].

          I have applied for TDR against PNR no. [protected] dated 13.11.2020 for train not reaching boarding station. In this regard, it is informed that after 90 days have been passed and I did not received my amount yet. And after regularly sending mail to IRCTC they generated Ticket id 8626046 on 27.02.2021 after repeated mail and no action has been taken and amount has not received till date and proper response has been given by IRCTC. So, it is requested to kindly look after the matter.

            I tried booking tickets on IRCTC twice by Googlepay. My money got deducted both times but the ticket was not booked.

              I booked two tickets on irctc app using PHONEPE app. Both the tickets got canceled and the amount was refunded from irctc as I checked from their site. It has been more than 8 days but the amount is not refunded till now. Whenever I make a call to PHONEPE consumer support helpline number their reply ?.

                I paid via google pay to irctc razorpay the amount got deducted but tickets were not booked. As i attached screenshots. There's no booked tickets of 10 March but payment was succesful through google pay

                  While the irctc website is booking train tickets even without mobile verification, the same can't be cancelled without verification.

                  And mobile verification is not sending OTP for further registration. This is frustrating.

                    I tried once at 9:45 pm but was unsuccessful. I tried another attempt on the other morning at 08:07 am and was successful. But it took more than 5 mins to receive the otp. I feel you should increase the timer below the mobile verification button

                      As I booking ticket from howrah to ranchi on 8 March 2021 twice in 1A coach, a sum of Rs. 8743.67 is debited from my account but my e-ticket is not generated. In reservation status it shows failed, but the amount is not credited in my account. So kindly look after this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir,

                          As I start booking ticket from IRCTC App or Website during Tatkal and non tatkal period also. It is showing that "SERVICE TO THIS SITE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED".
                          This happening from sometime.
                          Please help.

                              I didn't receive my refund amount as irctc says that the amount has been refunded but no amount is been refunded to my account kindly reolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                My PNR no- [protected]. Date of journey- 20/02/21. Train no-02355, the train got cancelled. My refund amount of 4300 still not credited to my account. Cancellation refund id-[protected]. But till date the amount not Received in my bank account.

                                  I've cancelled the flights tickets on 19th December 2020 from Chennai - Delhi which was booked through IRCTC. As per their policy, they should refund the cancelled ticket cost within 7 to 10 working days but now its almost 2 months passed, there is no proper update from them.
                                  They keep on respond with the same mail template. I've attached the Cancellation proof so please review and help me to sort out this issue asap. Thank you....

                                    I booked ticket for Train No.02085 for journey from Vizianagaram to Secunderabad on 19th February 2021. I booked 3rd AC ticket PNR#[protected] and the final status of the ticket is RAC after chart preparation.
                                    During Covid situation, I don't want to travel on RAC and hence I filed TDR without travelling on 19/02/2021 at 3.42 PM IST.
                                    Now, I got email saying the below

                                    "The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket in RAC After Chart Preparation. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

                                    Reason for Repudiation/rejection:, AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED "

                                    How can a person filed TDR and not travelled will be marked as travelled by TTE in the chart?
