Charging point not working

Train no-12811 LTT to Hatia, will approximately reach nagpur junction at 12:00pm, dated 29th Nov, the whole boggy S4's charging point is not working we are facing problem in charging our gadgets, it's a request to irctc to look after it and get it resolved....

Not receiving verification OTP on mobile

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

Mistakenly canceled train ticket

My pnr is [protected] and date of journey is 27th November 2020 train number is 02630 .
I have booked the train ticket in tatkaal from delhi to Bangalore in 3rd ac and by mistakenly i have canceled the ticket during the status checkings .
Its really important for me to reach at the destination please help me to het the same ticket back its really urgent please help me...

Wrong TDR reason

Date of journey :15th November 2020. I had booked a ticket on 2nd November 2020. I filed a TDR regarding this and got email about refund of Rs 50 however the ticket fare was Rs 290. Moreover I have not received the refund of Rs. 50.

Amount deducted from account but ticket book status is still pending

I tried booking train ticket via IRCTC main website. I chose credit card for payment. The amount was deducted from bank and received a message for the same. However, IRCTC screen showed there was some issue. again i logged in to IRCTC to see the status, it showed status - payment pending from Bank.

I called up in the customer care of IRCTC, and told them the above scenario. They replied the amount would be refunded in 3 days.br...

Bug in ticket confirm page

Hi,

There is bug in ticket confirm page, which is displayed at the end when user completes payment.
User get to see PNR and Transaction details on screen below these details, train details for which user booked tickets for. In this section "Source station arriving time shows destination stations arriving time and destination station won't show up any arriving time". User get confused because of this please fix.br...

I had booked the flight booked on 08/10/2020 from Bangalore to Kochi and the amount is deducted of Rs. 9446.80. After deducting the amount got a mail that reservation failed with the transaction ID : [protected].
After that many i times i contacted the irctc customer care executives and they said its already refunded on 13/10/2020, but in my bank account it is not refunded. I contacted my SBI branch they said no refund received and...

TDR Failed

Address:Indian Railway

I've booked tickets on following PNR number on Train number 02918 for journey on 3rd of Nov for Mathura to Chhayapuri Junction.

But train didn't touch Mathura Junction (had diverted route due to Gurjar Andolan) and within time limits given by Indian Railway or IRCTC it was not possible for me to go Kota or H Nizamuddin station to catch train.

Also it was not confirmed whether they'll allow us to enter at H Nizamuddin...

Online ticket booking

On 02/11/2020 I booked a ticket from Howrah to Cuttack through Net Banking. In first attempt after final submission an error message displayed and no ticket was booked.
Further I tried to book another ticket and it remained successful.

Account diabled

My IRCTC user account jogill1978 has been suspended without any prior notice/warning or intimation. Upon contacting the customer care and asked for the reason, they said that the ID is inactive due to 8/If related to any particular fraud group. I have no idea what they meant as I'm using this ID for more than 5 years. They asked to re register with alternative email id/mobile number. I don't have alternative mobile number.

IRCTC - Mobile Verification Code not received.

Catering

I have travelled on 22/10/2020 via SHATABDI EXPRESS from MORENA to HABIBGANJ.

I am complaining because I did not receive any breakfast even did not receive a single water bottle I have to buy it and the bottle I received was used one.
