Dear sir/ Madam,
I am travelling today from Dibrugarh New Delhi Rajdhani Train No 02424, from New Delhi to Dibrugarh (Boarding station Prayagraj), But when today I checked my PNR status, it is showing boarding point New Delhi, while I specially mentioned my boarding point to be Prayagraj.
My PNR No is [protected],
I am lodging a complain for the clerk who booked my ticked even I spoke to put my boarding station as Prayagraj and I wrote too in my reservation application form.
There is a huge chance to allot my seat to someone else because I didn't not occupied my seat as mentioned in reservation chart (which is with TT).
And the timing of train arriving is 11.30 PM that is almost midnight.
Hope to take immediate action against him after checking my reservation application form.

      Passenger name 1. rajdeep singh 2.ravneet kaur pnr no.[protected] journey date 07/12/20 journey from ludhiana jn. To jhansi jn. Reason train was diverted/ cancelled from amritsar jn.to new delhi
      I got message from indian railways that your train is cancelled and will not touch your boarding station #ludhiana jn.
      My berth was b4 29 and b4 30
      So I filed tdr with reason that #train diverted and not touching the boarding station#
      After that 1 day I got an Gmail from railways that your tdr filed was repudiated
      My tdr filing reason was correct and was based on the message I got from indian railways and I also confirmed it by checking the running status of train no. 02026 amritsar nagpur covid special and saw that train ran from new Delhi for nagpur jn.
      I don't know why railways had repudiated my filed tdr and I also not got my refund back
      I request u to keep this matter seriously and work on it fast and give back my refund back
      I also Gmail a complain at [protected]@irctc.co.in for repudiation of my filed tdr but there is no response so iam complaining about this matter once again so fast my mob no [protected] name rajdeep singh

      Dear railway I called to your registered no 139 and got information that my filed tdr is and rejected/repudiated .u r treating me wrongly I got the message from railway on based on that the passengers not travelled and filed tdr based on railway's message on my registered mob no. And I am posting the screen shot of that message below . Please see this matter seriously and give my refund as soon as possible

        I had booked a ticket . However the transaction status is showing "pending from bank end " while money is debited from my account . Its is still unclear so I can't book another ticket. I paid using sbi NetBanking

          I am book 2 ticket 19 December 2020 and pay via razorpay but ticket is not book but my payment is deducted from account. The payment is not refunded to me. Plese help me.

            I tried to book tickets via irctc app on jan 02, 2021 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

              Station From: PRYJ Station To : LTT
              I had booked three tickets on one PNR. Two got confirmed and one was still in waiting list. After the the chart was prepared as per rules the waiting list ticket should automatically be cancelled but it was not cancelled. I tried to cancel the ticket but the train has already departed. Since it was in waiting list, I filed TDR, but it got rejected.

              Ideally since I could not get confirmed ticket, the passenger could not travel. Hence I should get my ticket amount back. The online waiting ticket is equal to no ticket because its not valid if its in waiting state. Hence the ticket amount should be refunded back

                  I have booked ticket from Tambaram(TBM) - Pudukkottai(PDKT) on 15th Jan 2021 and also return from TPJ - TBM on 17th Jan 2021. But My tickets are not available in booked ticket history. Kindly Please help me out of this issue.

                    Newly released IRCTC website seems more like ribbon-cutting formality than actually providing better customer experience.

                    Management Feedback
                    I understand that IRCTC wants to be as close as all other sites like MMT, Yatra operate but Software engineers and esp Architects involved in approving such designs must understand that IRCTC is targeting completely different demographic and another level of scalability. So even though govt must have pumped alot of money to bring talent from MMT, Yatra etc but goal and customers are completely different.

                    Anyhow, i really wish someone with Authority in big chain of IRCTC software + Business should read this to understand their customers.

                    Technical Feedback
                    Below are my suggestions and please consider them if you see fit
                    1. Default page navigation to ticket booking should be flashed/mentioned in every page. It difficult to navigate back to ticket booking once you deviate to other pages in site.
                    2. Booking form is highly mismanaged with no color code to find out mandatory fields and there are a lot of them. So someone booking their ticket need to submit the page multiple times just to trigger validation.
                    3. Page does not fit into one screen of 1920x1080 resolution. It can easily be done with tiling and some compact UI designing. But we copied MMT, Yatra so we missed the point. If you still want same look, at least have a compact option on top so that user does have to scroll multiple time to find the field he/she missed.
                    4. after mandatory field validation, cursor just goes to start of page instead of first missing field.
                    5. Keyboard tab navigation of booking form is terrible. I cannot even start on it.
                    6. I think instead of reducing the session time o[censored]ser by getting all details in one go and submitting, new website has made it so terrible that IRCTC servers to manage more sessions at one time. Please reduce the session time for managing he scalability and modernization cannot be at the cost of performance.
                    7. i saw my network and thread traces, when IRCTC session was spawned there was alot o[censored]nwanted traffic (ads, detail) was also transferred at the same time. Atleast make that stop. This is like suicide at the cost of commercialization. Its tax payers website, commercialize it at your own time.

                      Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

                          I just booked a ticket from Itarsi to Visakhapattnam and got a conformed ticket, but when i checked PNR status of the ticket, it says "flushed PNR/PNR not yet generated". How is it possible to get a flushed PNR in just booked ticket??

                          I don't know how my problem resolved, but after some hours of booking my ticket, the system automatically started showing correct status and flushed PNR looks generated again. I think the problem of FLUSHED PNR is not a big problem as it seems IRCTC reuse old PNRs after some time. As from my experience in this regard, i would say that if you have got a FLUSHED PNR on just recently booked ticket, then don't worry and wait for some hours (6-8). the problem will resolve automatically as irctc uses old PNR for new journeys. thanks.

                                  After logging to my id. i tried booking ticket to vanarasi but after adding passenger details i was forwarded to review booking page but after that i was not able to go for payment as captcha was not loading properly. whenever i click on "continue" button it display message "please enter valid captcha". my browser is updated to latest version and i cleared cookies and cache files but still it showing same problem
