      After logging into irctc.co.in, website asks me to verify my mobile number with an OTP. I have tried several times to get OTP but did not receive it. Edited my mobile number to use another network number and yet I did not receive OTP on the new number. And the website does not allow to proceed further to book tickets with verifying Mobile. My email address is verified still it asks me to verify mobile number.

            Dear sir,

            I booked the below ticket through IRCTC app PNR [protected]

            After few days I got the below message on 28th December from Railways at

            1641pm that

            Train No. 01029 of 29/12/2020 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

            This clearly indicates that the ticket booked train was cancelled. Now as I had to go we booked bus ticket because train was not running.

            After booking bus ticket I got the message that

            Train No.01029 of 29/12/2020 cancelled earlier has been restored now.

            Is there my fault. After IRCTC sent message then only I cancelled the ticket.

            I wanted to go in train only but what to do.

            In evening I cancelled my ticket to my shock I saw only rs. 160 will be refunded but why. Is this how railways are making fool of customers.

            I want my all money back. It's not my fault it's railways fault. They should have not sent the messages in 3 hours train was again ready to move. How?

            I would request you to check their whole system and let me know.

            I want my money back all money.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I have booked 3 tickets at IRCTC for HTE IPR SPL(08624) Bokaro Steel City to Patna, whereby I have opted for Lower berth since two passenger are senior citizens and will be able to manage only at Lower berth. But inspite of having 280 approx seats available during booking, berth criteria is ignored and given 2 UB and 1 SU. What is a point of choosing the barth, when same cannot be entertained?

                      I humbly request you to try to allocate two lower berths at the earliest.

                        I did not receive my refunded amount from irctc. My flight ticket got cancelled due to covid 19 outbreak. It was refunded by Goair end (see goair mail) but IRCTC pay did not refunded it still now.

                            I tried to book ticket and after making payment, I received msg about transaction might fail so I cancelled transaction but my amount got deducted from bank and details are as below

                                  I am also facing same issue after added money to it the account was blocked. Can you if your issue was resolved?
                                  I had a chain of communication where as submitted lots of documents but no resolution till date. I had given all screenshots, Aadhaar copy, scan copy of credit card used, scan copy of imudra card, communicated through the registered email and mobile, given credit card statement which was used for loading the money to IMUDRA wallet.
                                  Still they account is blocked and they repeat same thing over and over. THEY KEEP CHANGING TICKET NUMBERS, ARE THEY SHOWING IT AS THE NUMBER OF ISSUES THEY ARE RESOLVING OR WHAT(though I mention ticket no in every communication)? Here is the ticket nos issued by them fro the same issue and with no resolution :

                                    Hi, I have booked a ticket with PNR [protected] date of journey is 31-Jan-2021 from CNB to GZB. Passenger has not been travelled due to train was running late more than 3 hours and it was very late in the night so passenger has decided to not to travel. As I have been notified by Indian railways that my TDR request has been CR Repudiated. as per the travel policy, passenger can file tdr and eligible to get the full refund whose train is late more than 3 hours. Please help me to get my refund because this repudiation is against the railway policy.

                                      PNR : [protected]. I am a frequent traveler of this train (01111)
                                      1) The employees of Ahuja caterers are allowing outside vendors to sale food and other goods (Headphones etc) in the train. They keep the food near toilets which will be consumed by the passengers. It is very unhygienic for the health of passengers.
                                      2) The persons selling food are not wearing masks.
                                      3) They allow the outside vendors and passengers of general coach to travel through HA1 coach by opening the closed door between these two coaches. These people use the toilets of HA1 and spread the filth. No one entertain our complaint regarding this.
                                      4) Today TC Mr. Aamir did not provide complaint book to me instead of repeated demand from me.
                                      5) The Ahuja's personnel talked too rudely. They say that it is their train and they will do whatever they like. We are just passengers and so we should keep quiet.
                                      Sir/Madam, I am observing this from past one and half month. You can check authenticity of my complaint by surprise check.
                                      The safety of our luggage and valuables is at stack.
                                      Therefore, I hereby request you to kindly take stern actions. I have past records also. Please let me know what actions you are taken.

                                        I tried to book a ticket worth rs. 5723.60 from irctc on 28.12.2020 with my irctc id: anuragmishra12. I had to make 4 attempts with ticket getting booked in the fourth attempt and previous 3 transactions getting failed.

                                        In all the four attempts the amount worth rs. 5723.60 got debited ( total debits rs. 5723*4= 22892). While in one transaction the ticket was booked, for three others the transaction was failed. While I have received refund in 2 of these 3 cases, I havent received refund in the fourth case the irctc transaction id for this disputed transaction: [protected].

                                        My bank says that it has settled this fund with irctc's bank, while irctc says that it has not received any payment authorization from my bank for this transaction.

                                        Also my bank had initiated chargeback for this transaction with irctc's bank which was rejected by the later stating "goods/service delivered". How can this be possible when the transaction was failed and the ticket was not booked.

                                        I have written several complaints to irctc customer care at [protected]@irctc.co.in but they have bewn giving same response that they didnt receive any payment for this transaction.

                                        Kindly investigate the issue on your part as i think that there happened some technical glitch at irctc's end or irctc's bank end, and get my refund worth rs. 5723.60 credited to my account. I have been stressed for over a month now and have tried all alternatives for resolution of this grievance.
