Online ticket booking

On 02/11/2020 I booked a ticket from Howrah to Cuttack through Net Banking. In first attempt after final submission an error message displayed and no ticket was booked.
Further I tried to book another ticket and it remained successful.
No debit message came over my mobile.
While checking my account transaction I find that my account has been debited for failed transaction also. i.e my account has been debited twice for...

The amount for the ticket were deducted twice from my googlepay account however ticket was not booked as irctc ahowed some internap error....

Account diabled

My IRCTC user account jogill1978 has been suspended without any prior notice/warning or intimation. Upon contacting the customer care and asked for the reason, they said that the ID is inactive due to 8/If related to any particular fraud group. I have no idea what they meant as I'm using this ID for more than 5 years. They asked to re register with alternative email id/mobile number. I don't have alternative mobile number.

IRCTC - Mobile Verification Code not received.

I have an account on IRCTC.

While logging in my account, for the mobile number verification I am not receiving any OTP & hence I am unable to access my account.

IRCTC Mobile Verification Code NOT Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a vickyja79 member.

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to book tickets for my journey.

Catering

I have travelled on 22/10/2020 via SHATABDI EXPRESS from MORENA to HABIBGANJ.
My PNR no. Is- [protected]
I am complaining because I did not receive any breakfast even did not receive a single water bottle I have to buy it and the bottle I received was used one.
Please try to fix it as soon as possible....

Cancelled waiting tatkal ticket but did not get refund

I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 10 October 2020 from Kanpur to Bhopal in train no. 02533 for 11 October 2020, but got waiting ticket so I cancelled my ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be credit into my bank account within 72 hours on ticket cancellation but I haven't get.

I'm Subam Sundar Tudu. I'm unable to receive OTP for my mobile number verification. For "login and booking with OTP" option, I received the OTP within seconds. But during mobile verification, I did not get any OTP. Even after crossing the daily limit, still I did not receive any OTP on my registered mobile number. Then I updated the app, still the problem persisted. So, I request the concerned authorities to solve...
