I am aaishwarya bajaj i have ordered food on 19/03/2019 for pnr no. [protected] of 112 rs the amount was deducted from my account but still the refund was not credited. It was showing that the refund will be credited within 15 days but still the amount is not credited.
I had mailed them many time every time they give me new ticket no.
Please refund as soon as possible.

    I have booked tickets and cancelled tickets accordingly before railway circular of full return owing to outbreak of covid 19.
    This i have done because of avoid contamination.
    But it has been come to my notice that refund amount against each tickets including retiring room has not been credited in my account although i cancelled all the tickets more than 10 days back.
    Now, as per recent circular of policy, i supposed to get full amount.
    Request to do needful accordingly and reply the present status as per following tickets.

        I am nandini rajdev. I booked a train ticket with pnr no. [protected] for 14 april and the refund status is showing 575+60 refunded to the account and the refund date is 8 april but i didn't receive any refund in my account. Please help me to rectify this issue as soon as possible. I have sent multiple mails but they always generate a ticket id and never resolves it. Below is the response for my issue

          I booked a train ticket via irctc app and the train got cancelled on the journey date. Though the refund process was initiated by the irctc but even after more than 15 days iater since the date of journey, my refund has not been credited to my bank account.

              My two online reservation tickets have been cancelled automatically. The irctc initiated refund of Rs 1520 on 25 and 28 march and 1 April, 2020. They said the refund amount would be credited within 7 working days. But the said amount has not been credited to the bank account yet

                I have booked two train tickets through irctc eeb site. But due the lock down declared by the PM the trains were cancelled. They initiated the refund on 25 and 27 march, 2020. They told the amount will be credited to the account within seven days. But the said amout of Rs 1520 (760*2) has not been credited yet.

                  I HAVE CANCELLED the ticket on 25 of March and it was processed on 29th of March. Till yet i have not received the amount of my refund. The irctc says that it has refunded the amount to the bank but it has been 8 days and the bank has yet not credited it in my account.
                  Please make the proper enquiry and resolve the issue.

                    Dear sir/ madam
                    This is with regards to my irctc payment made for ticket booking on date 11-jan 2019 for amount of rs. 1904.39 and rs.1904.39 (Two times). The ticket booking was through my irctc sbi credit card for with i have received the transaction number as below :
                    1. For 1st debit of rs. 1904.39 having ref :[protected] arn 74661709014901149424040
                    2. For 2nd debit of rs. 1904.39 having ref :[protected] arn 74661709014901149428900
                    Till date i haven’t received the payment for irctc. For the same irctc sbi credit card is charging me late fee and interest amounting to rs. 15, 190/-

                    This issue is already raised through irctc call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by irctc. The transaction amount requested by irctc from sbi credit card is on 14th jan 2019, where, irctc has got credited in their bank account.

                    Further, the login id of irctc account is : vikaskankariya

                    Name of the applicant : vikas kankariya

                    I request your good self to look into the details above and issue the refund for the failed transaction along with the interest amount.

                    I also received a call for my previous compliant, they are already accepted that the money is not refunded but they are not paid me for that. I request you to make a direct payment to my sbi credit card having number for which the details of sbi credit card number is [protected].

                    This strategy they have to follow because they every time state while booking the train tickets that if wrong debited then they will repay back to same account. Then why they are not make the payments.

                    It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law.

                      I tried to book a train ticket from MMCT to NDLS on 3rd April 2020 in irctc website through payment gateway PHONPE (According to passbook: one97 communications l) but transaction failed (Ticket not booked) but money was debited from dena bank account, but still not refunded.
                      Please look into this matter immediately.

                        I have filed my tdr regarding the train not diverted after consulting with an irctc customer support agent as my train is not reaching my boarding station that is udalkachar but my tdr was repudiated and I didn't got any refund

                                    I was Trying to reach the helpline of irctc No.7556610661 but the No. Is always showing Busy. so I am not getting help from the IRCTC . Please help me to Refund my Amt. My Ticket was Booked on 6th April and Cancelled on 27th March but the Amt not credited.                                       I informed you that against 1st pnr number [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours, then tdr filled and 2nd pnr number [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours and then tdr filled & 3rd pnr [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because ticket in rac after chart preparation and then tdr filled & 4th pnr [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours and then tdr filled & 5th pnr number [protected] on date[protected], i have travelled on its ticket.
                                      So. I further request you that i made 5 tickets my own irctc users & email id in the date[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] so as, these four tickets has been tdr filled and i could have travelled on fifth ticket on date[protected].
                                      Please further informed you that i have all proof as so, i have not travelled on that ticket as has been filled for tdr.
                                      Please refund my all amount so very great full for you.
                                      Replied from railway that i have travelled but i have not travelled that pnr as so proof i have 4th ticket inside 7 days of same name so i have travelled on 5th ticket as details above email.

                                        Hi, i have my level best. My user id is blocked and since past 3 months i am following irctc but as usual very irresponsible and not responding. Inspite of giving adhaar card neither they are activating my irctc user id nor they cancelling my etickets which i mailed them to [protected]@irctc.co.in

                                        I have sent multiple emails and called customer care multiple times but not getting help from anywhere. My user id for irctc is "vijay9967".

                                        Please help to cancel my etickets.
