1. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on february 6th - rs 730, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.
2. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on february 9th - rs 1100 and
Rs 857, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.
Also, i have checked with irctc customer care, they said that the amount has been initiated last week and also refunded.
Another side, we have checked with the bank also, they registered a complaint regarding this.
Kindly check and refund the amount.
