Hi team,

This is regarding the pnr "[protected]", doj 18 jan 2020, train no 11019. There are 3 passengers in the pnr and only 1 ticket got confirmed while on boarding the train. As i can't left my family alone so me and my wife traveled in one ticket. 3rd passenger did not travel and we filed tdr for her. We informed tte same thing to update in his file.

Now i can see the tdr is rejected. Can you please help in doing the further investigation. The third passenger was not in the source location i can prove in any legal platform.

Request to reverify and do the needful.

I had cancelled the ticket on 30.12.2019. And amount of 190 has to be credited to my account. But after 12days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 30.12.2019 and bank name as Indian Bank. Details as below, ,

I have only one email id & mobile no., when i wrote mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in for activation, they suggest me create a new id with alternate email id and mobile no., i asked him/her why it is disable, then she told me that your user id - shyamscl is inactive due to 22/rpf case u/s...

    I have booked 4 ticket from itwari to raipur in train no. 18240 dateof journey:[protected] pnr [protected]... After preparation of chart i received a message from irctc that i have alloted 4 seats s6-10, s6-11, s6-13, s6-14 and suddenly i received a msg that my ticket has been cancelled and no refund. How can it be possible when i have not cancelled my ticket???

    I request you to process the refund for my tickets anyhow since it was not our fault...

      I am travelling by kv exp from muv to ndls and allotted rac birth no 39 in b3 coach on 02022020. After completion of passengers tickets checking tte has given bearth to rac passenger who travelled at seat no 55 in same coach instead of my rac ticket. Which is not justified as the rac was upper than all rac passenger. Please look matter and action may be taken to minimise bribe. My pnr no is [protected]

        Money deducted via paytm upi in irctc app but it’s showing transaction failed and pending from bank end.

        When i am calling paytm they are stating irctc needs to refund the money as it was successfully transferred to them via paytm gateway.

        I have also attached the relevant transaction statements, screenshots and replies from irctc and paytm accordingly on my complaints.

        Issue details:

          Was booking ticket on irctc portal, the money got debited from my credit card but ticket is not booked.
          Irctc website is showing "pending from bank end" status.

          Kindly refund the debited amount to my credit card.

            Hi. I had booked the 2 takkal tickets and both are went to waiting list atlast only one ticket got confirmed and one was not confirmed. But i didn't got the refund for 1 ticket and even more i had filled the tdr but now the status shows as tdr repudiate. What i can do further to get refund. Plese let me know what are details to required to check the same. Thanks in advance.

              I have booked ticket on irctc and made payment through your gateway, my money is deducted but my ticket and booked as irctc still showing payment pending from bank. I am attaching the screenshot for the deduction. The payment made is using razorpay gateway and using amazon you payment

                I booked my ticket on irctc.co.in on[protected], for cnb to ypr and wanted to book the ticket in tatkaal quota. The amount was deducted from bank, but it is showing that pending from bank end. And i have got notification from bank that amount was deducted and the transaction was successful. I am attaching both the files. I want the refund as soon as possible as i need to book the other tickets.

                Booked ticket for four persons in Second AC and only one got confirmed at the time of booking till last of Chart Preparation.So we have 1 CNF and 3 WL tickets and filed TDR for 1CNF for not travelling .Total ticket fare is RS 4655 and none travelled and still there is no refund, Kindly help me out in refund process

                Sir my irctc user id is disable i dont know how, know i want to cancelled my ticket which is booked already.know problem is that how to cancelled that ticket which is book from that user id, know please advoice to solve this problem
                I booked a train ticket in Ananthapuri Express from Neyyattinkara to chennai egmore on 26/01/2020.
                However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used UPI to pay .
                Refund not at all occur .

                  My 2 transaction refunds is pending between sbi bank and irctc.
                  On calling customer care no.
                  They are blaming each other for my loss. Sbi blame google pay, irctc.
                  Google pay blame irctc, sbi
                  Sbi blame google pay and irctc

                  On going sbi bank, they also don't do the job properly, or you can say they do job of customer according to there account balance.

                  Either your service need some talented employees or more cash or may be it need to blame each other like disgusting politics.

                    However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used paytm wallet to pay and payment was successful yesterday only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                    Hi, today pantry food in charminar Express is nonsense and charging too much. As per the quality it's Rs. 10 food charging at Rs. 80 veg biriyani. Biriyani has no taste and the curry is nonsense. Pathetic food I experienced.

                      Hi Team,

                      Need help for re-activating my IRCTC account "manomohank" . I have sent first mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 23 Dec 2019 (ticket id[protected] as suggested by there customer Care. After that they informed me that it was due to " You did not mention proper address in your user id profile so your user id has been deactivated due to Garbage or Junk profile.

                      I have sent all the details what ever they asked for. My question is, i have linked to my Aadhaar card and address is auto fetched and than how come they says not mentioned proper address.

                      I am following up from Dec 23 2019 till than only one answer i received (your below-enclosed email has been forwarded to concern department, you will receive a reply in this regard shortly) but never got a reply from them even after call nothing happened . Please help me on this to immediate re-activation of my account.

                        Booked a train ticket from mgr chennai ctl (Mas) to aluva (Awy) and the boarding date was 22-dec-2019.
                        Train name : rapti sagar exp.
                        Train no.: 12511.

                        Train was delay for 12 hours so i filed tdr as per the advice gave by irctc customer executive.
                        Tdr filing date : 22-dec-2019 00:24:49 hrs
                        For long time i can see the status as cr registered. Reg no.[protected].
                        When do i get the refund?

                        I canced my ticket on 15th December 2019 PNR no.-[protected]. I got my refund on 2nd January 2020. But again on 8th January, the amount got reversed to the place where it came from earlier. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                        I haven't received refund of my cancelled ticket. The train was cancelled on 18/12/19 and I received a message on 23/12/19 that my refund is processed but I have not received yet in my bank account. Refund ID [protected]

                            Hi team,
                            I am traveling with my sibling to saharanpur in dehradun shatabadi that is from delhi in c5 coach on seat number 18.
                            I asked for non veg food and there was a strand of hair in that omelette. This is the second time i am facing this issue so i thought i should complain this time.
                            You are charging a good amount and still we get such unhygienic food.
                            This is really unacceptable.
                            Chefs should wear gloves and caps.
                            Also, ingredients should be clean and of good quality.
                            I hope you will take a strict action to avoid such instances.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have been following for my refund since nov'19 with irctc customer care department. Every time they ask me to send a reminder mail and tell that it will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. But nothing is happening. When contacted to customer care they transfer the call to their false managers who do not have any knowledge how to deal with customers and they either put on hold or disconnect the call.

                                I have booked a ticket from gaya jn to new delhi. I have already paid the ticket fair through my upi id, my balance got debited but the ticket has not been booked. Status is showing - pending from bank end. I called my bank also, they told it has been credited to irctc. I called irctc also they told me to wait for half an hour so that status will get updated but i m neither getting response nor my refund

                                  Sir, Iam Prashanth, I made payment through Paytm UPI for recharging my R-wallet. Money got deducted from my bank account but didn't credited into my R-wallet. I request you to make revert my money to my respective bank account or make credited into R-wallet. Right from the implementation o[censored]TS Iam using this. I didn't faced this kind of issue till now. It seems like I shouldn't dare to use this UTS if anything goes wrong. Moreover there is no right platform to raise a question and make it solve. To my bad, even SCR counter ticketing authorities also not aware to resolve this issues.

                                    Hi, I had filed TDR online on 25th December. My train was late by more than 5 hours.
                                    Status shown on IRCTC website is EDR updated.
                                    But, when I go to refunds.indianrail.gov.in, I get the message "No refund case detail found"
                                    It's been more than 15 days still no refund has been processed.

                                      On 7th jan 2020 i was booking ticket from irctc website. I got charged 5 times but irctc refunded only 2 times. As per my card transaction history amount got charged 5 times. I called up customer service she said only one more time they refund rest they will not. Why they have made such website if they cannot refund its a fraud website.
