The food (Chapathi and veg curry) i ordered on 14th december 2019 via e catering from vasantham catering tiruchirapalli was extremely spicy and i was unable to eat it and i lost my money. Previously the food quality was good thats why i ordered again but now they are not maintaining the quality. I request you to improve the food quality and to provide my refund of 70 rupees

    Sir i booked ticket on regular basis but on 12/12/2019 i also booked two ticket and after that when i'm login my irctc account in the evening on the same day then the error message is shown that "user is disable" customer care told me to email at [protected]@irctc.co.in where no exact response about that. Sir i want to cancel a particular person ticket on the pnr and also see in which date i booked any other ticket i didn't know how they said that in your id having multiple fraudulent activity is registered i didn't do any such kind of activity i'm a loyal customer of irctc i'm using this service approx 8 to 10 years. So please reactivate my irctc account "ajit12puja"

      My irctc user account (Suneel4vj) had been suspended without any prior notice/warning or intimation. Upon contacting the customer care and asked for the reason, they said that i had fraudulent activity done through my account. But upto my knowledge i have not done any such fraud.
      Moreover i have tickets booked for my upcoming journey in that account. How can i get the printout or sms of that tickets.
      Pls see to this issue and do the needful.

        I booked a ticket on 12/12/19 from ranchi to chandrapura amounting to rs. 358.68. I used google pay for this upi transaction id[protected] to - irctc. [protected]@icici. And
        The irctc transaction id - [protected] transaction status - pending from bank end. Even after 24 hrs rs. 358.68 has not been added to my account. As i read on this website i waited 24 hrs to see if the money was credited to my account but failing this deadline i am writing this letter.
        So, kindly do the needful.

          Dear sir
          Booking has been done today on pnr no [protected] for dormitory accomodation at bangalore (Sbc) station for the date of 22/12/2019 for 12 hours and has paid rs. 142.80 inclusive of the banking charges through the axis bank debit card and transaction number is '" inb/11046441/irctc services (Razorpay). But, the allotment advice has not been received. This is really surprising. An amount of rs 142.82 has been charged on 12/12/2019 and there has been no communiction from irctc at all. Please arrange to refund the amount and credit the same. Also ensure the proper working of the system so that i can rebook immediately... Appreciate prompt reply.

            I cancelled a ticket of 3 passengers (3ac), around 3 months back but i have not received the refund till now. When i checked the status of the refund it shows refunded but it never reflected into my account. I am not even able to file a tdr as it says that the tdr can be filed only when there is a case of failed transaction or failed refund or delayed refund.

              This is to inform you that the train in which I was traveling, Train no. 7310 arrived late at yeshvantpur only at 4:10 pm . Due to which I missed the connecting train to Chennai shatapdi Express. This incident was intimated to the station master immediately on reaching the station. The station master has given in writing for refund of ticket. Copy of which is sent to you. Waiting for an immediate action.

                Today i have tried to book a train ticket (From tirunelveli to hosur) in irctc app through hdfc debit card. The amount was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket was not booked. And also the transaction status showing nothing.
                My transaction id was (Protected) and my transaction date was 12-dec-2019. The amount deducted was 647.7
                I want to know whether the amount deducted will be refunded or not and about my transaction status.

                  I, Aishwarja Nath, booked a roundtrip ticket of CCU-DEL-CCU but the airlines Air India canceled the flight AI-764 of DEL-CCU on 9th November 2019 time 16:55 with PNR Number HEDWQ and transaction no [protected] and give us one computer copy for full refund which is attached herewith.

                  I mailed previously and got a reply from IRCTC stating that the refund will be done wihin 7-8 working days on 14.11.2019. Then again I mailed on 29.11.2019 and got again a reply from IRCTC stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5days. I still didnt get the refund and its been more than 14-15 working days. This is the fifth time I am writing to you and everytime I am getting reply to wait. And this process almost took 1 month. Everytime I call on your Customer Service number, the assistants are ready to give nonsense reply which doesnot make sense.

                    I booked a ticket for train 12503 - AGTL Humsafar for Katpadi Jn - Vijayawada Jn and they charged 3k rupees.
                    But the train is late for more than 12 hours, so i filed a TDR request. due to delay in train arrival, travelled in bus.

                    After 10 Days the status is showing CASE REPUDIATED & Repudiated reason : " AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED".

                    we are not travelled in that train.
                    How they are showing we are travelled and not issuing any refund ?????

                      I tried booking a ticket through uts app and the payment was done using freecharge, the transaction shows as successful and money got deducted whereas the ticket was not booked.

                      I tried contacting the customer care no. But the calls are not going through and they are not responsive on the email as well.

                      Please let me know how this can be resolved.

                          Hi, i booked ticket for 4 members including myself for 16 feb 2020 malwa express from indore jn, transaction id is [protected].

                          The amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket is not booked and comments say pending at bank end. How many days it will take to get the amount refunded?
                          Would the tickets ever get booked?

                          Please respond asap as there are limited seats available for the desired date and if i need to book a fresh ticket i will do the bookings again then. Hope you understand.

                                I have filed TDR Refund as my Train has been diverted to another route and hence not reached my Boarding Station ie. KUDAL and hence I have to cancel my train journey. I have filed TDR on 25.08.2019 and Railways has given assurance that I will get the Refund within 3 Months . I have not received the refund till date, I have been calling to ITRC Helpline many times regarding the Refund but till date I haven't received any Refund.

                                  I have booked a ticket on 25th october and i cancelled it on the same day due to some reason and the pnr no is [protected]. They said money was refunded on 30th october. No amount got credited till now. I raised a complain using my mail to [protected]@irtct.co.in but they gave a ticket id for complaint 5425827 which was still in progress till a month. When i coordinated with them using mails they are keep on generating new ticket id where resolution is nill. Please refund the amount asap. Don't make customers lose trust in such a big organisation.

                                    I have booked 5 passenger second seater tickets for 5 december 2019 for train: 16057 sapthagiri exp. Pnr: [protected]. Still all my tickets have been waitlisted, after chart preparation also. I have paid rs. 437.7. But i got a message only for rs. 100 amount have been initated for refund. For your kind information, i didnt modified or cancelled my tickets, then why i am not getting my full amount as refund. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Actually i forgot my password, when try to go with option forgot my password then after entering all details it's saying that "password recover profile details not available". Same message sent many times to irctc complaint department but they said mobile number not updated on this account. So after our conversation they told updated mobile number as my wish. But still facing same issue and no response from irctc for this query even sent same complaint many times. Let me know how can i proceed to recover my profile as this profile given by sbi irctc credit card department. Please help.

                                        Sir,
                                        On 12 July 2019 fraud transaction done from my account and same day we approached Cyber police to resolve issue and cyber Department submitted complaint with case I'd.4440592 to IRCTC imudra it department to get fraud transaction details from IRCTC.

                                        It's been more than 6 months From July to till date December 2019 from date of complaint against IRCTC but they are not cooperating and how cyber department will take necessary action to find the fraudsters.

                                        I called number of times but they are not answering calls.
                                        Please help us.
