I bought samosa for 20 only 2 samosa was provided with tea 15 and coffee 25. Chowmin which was 30 for 100gm is now 45 for 100gm.
They are saying that government has increased the price of irctc pantry catering. But the price of 3 samosa in ispat express is 20 for 3 samosa

    Its' really surprising that the food supplied by the service provider is of below standard in a train like rajdhani express to guwahati and new delhi. Earlier menu was there in the serving tray which is now replaced by the some other pictures. Above all no jam with bread, sometimes no ice-creams. On the other hand, soan papdi is replaced by mere cheapest biscuits. Above all, the rotis served were stale in most of the cases and the no bread-stick & butter with soup. The quality of the butter is deteriorated. Amul butter is replaced by verka butter. Whereas the food charges are not less, rather the fare is going higher day by day. If the complaint is given to the catering manager, it's of no use. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter very seriously.

      I had booked ticket from ahmedabad to gurgaon in train swarna j raj ex (Train no 12957) thro irctc web site and date of journey was 19th may 2019. Pnr number of ticket was [protected]. Transaction id is [protected]. The payment of ticket was made thro my credit card. I had cancelled the ticket partially. Originally ticket was for 2 passenger. Only one passenger (Paramtap lal) was travelled and ticket for one passenger (Mitesh lal) was cancelled. While checking credit card statement i found that till date no refund we recd. Please check the matter.

        I cancel ticket on 27 june. And journey date of both ticket was 5 jul and 7 jul.
        And it has been 10 days sine cancelled my ticket. There is no amount of refund money of none of tickets.

        When will deposite refund amount in my account??

          But still i have not recieved the refund, i had called customer care but no refund, such a bad service from such a big organisation in india is unbelievable, there are daily so many transaction and there would be many people like me who havent recived refund, railway pls do something about this as its hard earned money and in the name of refund we are not getting anything, whom should we complaint help for fast resolution.

            This is a major issue that I am facing.

            My Mobile number which I have had on me for more than 10 years is being used in another IRCTC account which doesn't belong to me.

            The mobile number updated in my account currently is no longer with me. It is discontinued and now belongs to someone else. Every time I book someone else gets my travel details. Being a woman its not safe for me to disclose my travel details to strangers.

            I have never been able to book a train ticket in fear of not receiving proper train details.
            If we all continue to use whatever number and email we wish, IRCTC will have nothing but inaccurate fake data o[censored]sers.

            Please make mobile OTP verification the mobile number update process.

              Booking no s1907012110360060478626 for pnr no [protected] transaction id p1907012110360302212593 ticket from manmad jn to datia from train no 12137 punjab mail on booked on 01/07/2019. Train has getting late on that day train timming is 12:15 am and train comes on 05:30 approx so i file TDS for cancellation of ticket because i am not avail to travel on that train now i could not get any refund for that ticket till now.
              so i request you to please see that ticket history and i have mention the resion for cancel a ticket and that is vallid for that
              amount i have paid for that ticket is 2240.98
              so please help me

                I've booked the tickets on 28th june, 2019 for howrah to njp for 4 persons and money debited from my account but not get ticket. Then i called irctc customer care. They said me to wait for 7 days. Yesterday, 5th july, 2019, i again called customer care. They said the tickets are not booked and i should go to my bank. When i update my passbook i see the amount rs. 3275/- debited from my account on 28.6.19 but the amount is not refunded in my account.

                  I made 2 tatkal bookings in wait list through irctc website… and none of them got confirmed. Now, more than 2 months had been passed and still refund hasn't been processed. I've raised the concern to irctc several times through emails and customer care team but every time they make the false promise that it'll process in another 2-3 days.

                    I cancelled two tickets on 16 june. The refund is still pending, even irctc employees have stopped replying to the mail.
                    Please help
                    I have tried everything, called on helpline

                    Even submitted my passbook copy to them.

                        I had booked my flight ticket from Chennai to Kolkata in the month of April. However my money was deducted against failed transaction. I have called the help desk many times and also sent email quoting transaction id and I have sent all the documents they asked for. But till date I have not received my refund and they are not helping and responding now. Please help.

                          I book ticket on 3rd june with 3830.49/- through irctc app but ticket get cancelled and money shown as refunded to my bank on 6th june. But money still not credited. I approached the bank with the refund reference number 17203019155922756126998 against order id [protected] which irctc given to me and after 15days i received a mail from bank they don't get any refund from irctc. I attached the mail to irctc what i received from bank but still not get refunded. It's almost 1month i made all efforts with bank and irctc sending mails and doing everything.                           Sir I did reservation in yashvantpuram express on 22nd June, since since train was running late by 11 hrs I filed TDR before 10 hrs of actual departure of train from station. Later when I checked my login it is showing no details of Filed TDR plz suggest how will I get my money refunded.

                            I had booked flight through Creditcard however due to Jet flight issue flight got canceled..! so i requested for refund on 1st feb 2019 today is 2nd 2019July still i didnt got any refund.! I am getting charge for creditcard late fee which is not received from IRCTC..!

                                  On 6th june i was tried to book tatkal ticket from bangalore to mangalore. Two times i tried. Both transaction is in failed status. And i got message from irctc that your ticket is not booked you will get refund within 3 days. Its around one month now my amount is yet to refund. Amout debited is rs.385.49 two times. My transaction done through dena bank debit card. Kindly look in to the matter and refund debited amount

                                  I boarded from habibganj railway station in B3 coach at 23:57 on 28 June 2019 I found there was not any bed sheet and pillow on my sheet. I searched for atandent but there was none.

                                    Today I booked a premium tatkal ticket from the hijili junction to Nizamuddin junction and paid through BHIM powered by Paytm and money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked and it still is showing pending from bank side but the amount has been deducted. Please help me out here, either give me a ticket or give me a refund.

                                    Now it's showing Not booked but still, I haven't got any refund. You can see both the photos have the same transaction id. So after some time it just happened that ticked was not booked and money was also not refunded.

                                      Today, i have booked online ticket through irctc portal from new delhi to dhanbad station in duronto express, journey date - 08/07/2019 (Booking date - 01/07/2019). I have paid the required amount through hdfc net banking. Amount have been also deducted. The same have been confirmed by bank in sms and email by bank. However, tickets are not released.

                                      After checking into irctc account, i found this transaction details in "last transaction details". Screenshot of details (Booking no.- [protected]) is attached. It is mentioning that pending from bank end. However, banks are confirming that payments are made..

                                      Please look into the matter and confirm whether tickets will be released on not. If not then when payment will be returned. A line of confirmation will be highly appreciated and will help me to plan for further ticket booking.

                                      Ticket was cancelled but amount was not refunded it is been more than 10 days I have cancelled the ticket
                                      It's a bug in irctc aap that train in running regularly but not showing in the week calender.
                                      Ex 26 Oct is saturday train is running on saturday but not showing in the week calender i.e saturday is shadow

                                        My PNR : [protected], Trn:12203, from: SPJ to NDLS
                                        On 27-06-19 at SPJ the train was already 4 hrs late. While we reach at Moradabad on[protected], we get information from TTE that train route changed and it will not go to NDLS. So we get down. We consulted with Moradabad Station Master, but there was No arrangement to reach our destinations.
                                        We have to forced to arrange own convenience to reach our destination. In an unknown city I have spent Rs.300 to porter to get luggage out of station, Rs.200 for Auto fare and Rs.415 for Bus fare.
                                        No refund from IRCTC, no Compensation.
