Sir, the man on vending machine charged me ₹10 for 1.5l water in my container. When i asked him for change, he misbehaved with me as well. Then i called rpf officer on rly. Station. The officer scolded him and his manager. On the officer's pressure, he returned me ₹2. Though i got my refund, but this attitude towards consumer cant be considered good. Please take care to it.

I have travelled 3 times this month from Chennai to VZM to and fro with 3AC ticket and every time I was kept hold on RAC status without allowing berth till I reach destination.

How can I complaint and to whom since I have paid for just travelling 15hr by sitting.

i created irctc a/c with myold no but now that number is deactivated by company, and same no. is given to other person .due to long time i forgot password to recover message going to previous no.so icould not log in to book ticket with my a/c
please help to recover to activate with my new no.

    I sandesh s varhadi contact no 022 [protected] email id:- sandesh [protected]@yahoo.in had done air ticket booking from mumbai to coimbatore on 9th may 2019 pnr no. Mvi jqh ticket no[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] / flight no 9w428 but due to non operation of flights by jet airways i had cancelled my tickets for which i had received confirmed mail from jet airways stating the the refund will be done by middle agent. I. E. (Irctc) its almost a more than a month i have being tracing for refund for almost more than a month still not getting proper picture

      Dear sir/madam,
      I have booked retiring room and hotel 1 month back from irctc tourism site.
      I got a confirmation email from irctc that my tbooking is confirmed but we have to take printout of voucher.
      For retiring room now if i go to booked history, it is not showing. There is some pnr number but it does not have any details in that pnr.
      For irctc hotel, nothign is getting displayed.

        No refund from irctc of failed tranction
        I had booked three ticket on 16 may 2019. The money deducted but ticket not booked, then i contacted irctc they were saying that it will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days. But i have not received any refund.

          My parents have booked tickets from dr. Ambedkar nagar to katra on 8th april, 2019 from the railway counter of dr. Ambedkar nagar (Mhow). But the lady booking the ticket was very new and she booked the tickets for wrong date. So she cancelled the ticket and said we would get the refund and we booked another tickets of correct date.

          Transaction done was from bank of india account. We have received partial refund but some amount of rs. 3, 798 is still left. Transaction number of bank for this debited amount is medr/wr - mhow /44611/

          We have given written complain to bank of india, they are telling us to bring details information from railway and railway is telling that they have send the details. No one is really helping. Please do the needful in this matter.

                  I was booking a ticket through credit card and after some time message came amount spent... And ticket not came. It told refund will be directed to ur account in some days. After some days when i enquired, it told refund directed to ur account but it didn't came. I contacted to my bank also but bo support.

                          I filed tdr on 24 april 2019 with pnr no. [protected] nauchandi exp. From bareilly to prayag due to train not touching the boarding station i did not board the train. Unfortunately the tdr status is showing cr registered. I also filed another tdr with pnr no.[protected] from nauchandi exp from prayag to bareilly on 25 april 2019 which was approved. I could not received any of my refund till date kindly resolve the matter, inform me. Accordingly.

                              Slowness observed in tatkal booking:
                              1. Loading the captcha
                              2. Logging in
                              3. Displaying the saved passengers list
                              4. Nationality drop down is not displayed
                              If these are not addressed at all, then no use of tatkal booking
                              The website is just pathetic.

                              Suggested solution:
                              I would suggest to have the website statewise so that load of the customer requests are evenly distributed.

                              If the load balancing is already done, they have to increase the number of servers.

                                Lingampalli (Lpi) akividu (Akvd) tdr filing date : 12-may-2019 07:28:07 hrs

                                I have booked the ticket in tatkal for the above train. Schedule departure from lingampalli is 20.05 hrs on 11.05.2019. But the train came came to lingampalli at 4:30am on 12.05.2019 and i did not travelled in the train for which i have filled tdr on 12.05.2019 at 07.28.07 hrs.

                                Now i got email that my tdr has been rejected.

                                Please arrange my refund

                                  Dear sir, at abu road rly station, water vending machine vendor is cheating customers by supplying ro water at the rate of rs 25/5 ltrs and rs 10/2 ltrs etc whereas the rate displayed there is contradictory to the actual supplied rate. On enquiry the concerned vendor argueeing shamelessly and damcarely. The curruption i physically faced today but he may be continuing from long. Please look into it for eradication of such currrupt practices. Thanks. Hoping for due action.

                                    I booked a ticket from tumakuru to davangere, for yesvantapur-chandigarh samparkakranti express, and when i opened the irctc app it showed me the availablity of tickets as 63 for chair car so i booked, but later when i tried to check coach position i found that there is no chair car at all, but i got a confirmed ticket from irctc, with pnr, i had a hope that as irctc has shown chair car in their website so it might be there while boarding, even when i contacted irctc about this they said that there will be a chair car, but unfortunately there wasn't any, and they deducted an amount of ₹445 from my account and not refunded also

                                      I am trying to book tickets via tatkal. When i reach the passenger details page, most of the time i am getting either captcha error or security question failed error, even though i gave right information. Today when i tried to book, i encounter another error, i am not able to see any captcha and getting error while trying to continue. As i was in a hurry to book tickets, i took a quick snap and attaching the picture below. Please take necessary actions. The old website was good as i can at least book tickets.

                                        I have booked a tatkal ticket on 21st april and cancelled the ticket at the waiting list stage after chart preparation but the refund initiated amount was zero.

                                        So, i mailed irctc stating my issue and they have raised a ticket at that time.

                                        Now its almost a month and i am not given with any proper response. I have called the customer care more than thrice and still the same.

                                        Till now not getting any response from the IRCTC customer .I have called the customer care more than Five times and still the same.It is almost 40 days completed .Please look in to the issuse and requested to refind the amount asap.
                                        I have booked pav bhaji n biryani from thali.com panipath.. I was provided with very bad food and instead of ordered food I was provided chapati and bhaji...
                                        I booked my parcel through INDIAN RAILWAY Parcel on 19-04-19 from SALEM jn to Mathura jn but yet received & there is no response from railway parcel office.

                                        Please arrange to resolve this problem at the earliest
