I booked a ticket from tumakuru to davangere, for yesvantapur-chandigarh samparkakranti express, and when i opened the irctc app it showed me the availablity of tickets as 63 for chair car so i booked, but later when i tried to check coach position i found that there is no chair car at all, but i got a confirmed ticket from irctc, with pnr, i had a hope that as irctc has shown chair car in their website so it might be there while boarding, even when i contacted irctc about this they said that there will be a chair car, but unfortunately there wasn't any, and they deducted an amount of ₹445 from my account and not refunded also
