I cancelled my three reservation train tickets, through irctc web on 6th mar. The cancellation ticket details given below: 1) date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:06-mar-2018 Refund processing date:08-mar-2018 Refund amount:680.0 Refund reference no: Payment option used : paytm wallet 2) date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:06-mar-2018 Refund processing date:08-mar-2018 Refund amount:680.0 Refund reference no: Payment option used : paytm wallet 3) date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:06-mar-2018 Refund processing date:08-mar-2018 Refund amount:635.0 Refund reference no: Payment option used : paytm wallet Above tickets are cancelled by me on 6th mar. Mar 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to all. Today my ticket cancellation amount is refunded to my bank account after period of 15 days from the cancellation time. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I (Basudeo Das) am (residing in Kolkata) the user of irctc, my date of birth is 15.10.1969 have forgot user ID & Password, for that complaint many times but problem is same. So, you are requested to send the same in my email at your earliest possible. Thanking you and hope your kind cooperation.
