Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Cancelled waiting tatkal ticket but did not get refund

I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 10 October 2020 from Kanpur to Bhopal in train no. 02533 for 11 October 2020, but got waiting ticket so I cancelled my ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be credit into my bank account within 72 hours on ticket cancellation but I haven't get.
