Hello ma'am/sir
I am prachi jani. I mistyped my email i'd in irctc account as [protected]@ymail.com but my i'd is [protected]@ymail.com. My wrong i'd was registered and so now when i am trying to login through application it is not happening because it's asking for confirmation code from email i'd but as my i'd is mistyped i am not able to login. So i request you to make corrections as soon as possible and i apologise for my mistake.

On 8th Sept I was trying to book a ticket in Kalka Shtb and at first time my ticket was not booked but 536rs have been deducted from my account and till now i have not recieved my refund back .
