I have booked a General ticket on 5th August. 2021 which was having waiting 1. Finally when the cart was prepared, it still remained waiting 1 and ideally I should get all the refund amount accordingly. Instead they have charged me with INR 7.98 as a part of ( TIPS/Schgs/exh//IRCTC) on 7th August.2021 Here the question is not about 7 INR but the question is how they can debit money from customer account without informing about the same to costumer and how they can use customer’s credit/debit card information even after the transaction ha completed for the said purpose of customer.
