Dear sir madam I am umesh kumar kain i booked ticket on 21 may 2017 train no 12060 e-ticket chair car pnr no [protected] and transaction no is [protected] I still waiting for refund because i not travel on this ticket and ticket collector refuse me that your ticket (Pnr no [protected] and transaction no is [protected]) is canceled and your refund payment is transfer with in weak and make without ticket 440/- and travel in general coach i contact with irctc costumer care team by email they reply mail says that your ticket was confirm i send you their email answer ([protected]@irctc.co.in Attachments jun 22 (4 days ago) To me Dear customer, We would like to inform you that no refund of fare shall be admissible on the ticket having confirmed reservation in case ticket is not cancelled or tdr not filed online upto four hours before the scheduled departure of the train and now tdr filing time limit has exceeded so we are not able to forward your case to concern department.
