Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — complaining for the seats. | |||||
I booked two tickets through irctc containing pnr - [protected]. At the time of booking it was lower seat but at the time of travelling the staff says both the seats are upper seats. Why? The passengers are aged and handicapped. Please take a look at it and solve this as fast as you can otherwise i am going to complain about it to higher persons/community.
