Hi there, I have book 5 tickets 2 tier in train no. 181001 from sonipat to amritsar on[protected]. Pnr no. [protected] My ticket was confirmed in tier 2, seat no. 13, 14, 15, 16. When i board the train a tc. Came to me and he said railway has removed the tier 2 coach so you have to sit in tier 3. Even tho tier 2 was also full. All seats was reserved. So i asked the tc to allot the seats then he replied that all seats are reserved so you guys have to stand for couples of stations and his behaviour was totally pathetic. This was the worst experience of my life. I will never travel by train again in my life. Irctc is ripping us. I hope irctc understands and pay my difference of 2tier to 3tier.
