I have booked 3 railway tickets through IRCTC mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 15 min and my money got debited INR 491.50/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when I was checked my account statement the I got remarks in narration column ''[protected]- PAYTMIRCTCECATERING'' and reference number ''[protected] '' and transaction date in 09/02/2017. Train name is GOA Express from Nizamuddin to Agra Cantt. yet my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible and also I would like to share one thing that after this failure was happen I was booked my tickets again in same train and that time I got my tickets but amount of first time not refunded yet.

Providing used bedsheets to 2 nd ac passengers boggie AB 1 even after complaining. Simply folding the used bedsheets and giving them to new passengers doesn't make them new.
