Dear sir, On 22nd august i tried booking a ticket from tcr to mas in 12624 with a journey date of 31st aug through my credit card for five passengers in prs avd chennai.in initial transaction 9983.64 was deducted but the ticket was not booked and counter staff told me it will be refunded back but as of today it did not get refund back.in the second transaction ticket go booked with 9475 rupees. During the day of travel the ticket did not get confirmed and i cancelled the ticket in angamaly railway station but as of today i have not received my refund in the credit card account. Pnr no. [protected] d. Oj 31st august 2019 I tried multiple helpline which was of no use as i was getting referred to different numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||
