Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cr registered on the tdr still refund not received

I was going to travel from hwh to bbs.
The name of the train was hwh puri exp.
Date is 5-may-2019.
But the train got shortened to kgp and wasn't going to the bbs station.
I filled for the tdr because i didn't take the train.
The tdr is stuck on cr registered.
It has been a long time and i haven't received the refund.
Please look into it, i am student and i don't have that much money.
Please return my money.
