I have called 5 times to IRCTC Delhi call center regarding Overcharges on my booked ticket like the fare on Indian Railway web & Erail web even on 139 its 1055/- per person but when i have booked the ticked i have seen they have charges 2010/- per person, after talking with care people they have given me excuse its some kind of dynamic charge, i have spoke with 5 person all have disconnected the call saying that transferring to senior officer, Still my question is same what is the meaning of Dynamic Fare & why they have not mentioned this on Indian Railway web & Erail web even on 139, when i have booked the ticket there was 550 available seats i understand that the Dynamic charge is applied when there is few or low availability for seat so how can they put any such charges & without informing or mentioning this info on there websites. I am totally disappointed with the service our IRCTC Customer Care they don't have any value of consumer we are just like some kind of Garbage or product just used for taking money in there account nothing else... with this quote i am attaching snapshot were any one can clearly see nothing mentioned related to dynamic fare on Indian Railway web & Erail web... Stil saying that this is not as per standard rule you are just taking double fare in the name of Dynamic fare where there is no shortage of seats at the time of booking...
